Ideal para unas vacaciones en familia! Destacamos muchas cosas del hotel, pero por sobre todo, la calidez del staff, el excepcional kids club (Vila Brincante) y el exquisito desayuno. La opción de media pensión nos resultó muy conveniente para poder disfrutar más del día y no preocuparnos por salir a cenar. En relación a la ubicación, se puede ir caminando a las piscinas naturales de Pontal do Cupé donde se puede nadar con peces. Si bien la playa es con olas, cuenta con servicio de guardavidas lo cual lo hace muy seguro, además de contar con la comodidad de reposeras, sombrillas, servicio de bar y toallas. Tienen programación diaria de entretenimiento para niños, adolescentes y adultos. Realmente sentimos que cuidaron de cada detalle durante nuestra estadía.

The property itself is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The resort is 10-15min away (by car) from downtown Porto de Galinha where all stores and restaurants are; therefore either you have to have a car, a rental, or use uber. Which is all right, if you are prepared for it… just be aware!

The beach around the resort is nice and much less busy then the ones around downtown Porto de Galinhas, which is very pleasant.

Overall we loved our stay!

We had a lovely time at the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows, which made our stay even more special. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, and the spa massage therapist Amanda was amazing. The only thing I would have appreciated and thought was missing were instructions to the hot tub in the room. We only got to use it in our last day (we stayed 5 nights) because we did not know we could have warm water in it. I was disappointed and would have appreciated if there were clear instructions on how to operate it.

The hotel outside areas are amazing. The swimming and it is just few feets from the beach.
The only things need to be done is some updates on the toilets inside the rooms. The are old. so the walks near the shower door looks a bit dirty.

Amazing place. The staff did not speak English, but made us feel welcome and the kids camp crew kept them busy all day long, every day. Breakfast is great and all food options are on rotation so they don’t get old. Close proximity to downtown Porto de Galinhas makes Uber trips easy.

Beautiful resort

The bungalow was facing the ocean it had an outside area with a hot tub, sitting area and a swing. The room was very comfortable. The customer service was phenomenal, everyone was very friendly. At night they had music by the pool. Overall the entire resort is beautiful and family friendly. The downside was the we had a problem with the shower it kept backing up.

Fotos enganam e musica alta.

Bem, com o valor da diária eu optaria na proxima vez por um ambiente melhor e que corresponda melhor as fotos. Os quartos não são exatamente como nas fotos e precisam de um upgrade. Levou 30 min para fazer o check-in, foi o hotel mais burocratico para se fazer um check-in. A musica ambiente é muito alta e as musicas parecem mais que estamos em uma micareta, não é um lugar adequado para descansar.

O meu unico elogio para para a equipe do restaurante, que sempre ofereceram um ótimo atendimento e muito amigaveis. Em especial a Nadine, que nos atendeu alguns dias gostamos muito.

They were renovating and my room had a hammock inside but no hook for it. Buffet food was average (not great) which then made it be a hotel with pool basically and i am not sure it’s worth pay for a resort to be a room with pool and dangerous ocean in front.

Let’s be honest here. My stay wasn't what I expected; this hotel can't be named a “resort.” The rooms are dated, lack of cleaning and the Staff is unprepared. It was overpriced for the experience.

This is solely on our experience. When we arrived the room was depressing and not at all what we asked for. They where nice enough to switch us rooms. However the bathroom stunk like throw up and wasn’t cleaned properly, a maid had to come to fix the issue. Most of the staff was really nice and tried to make our stay enjoyable, though there are a couple people who just don’t like their jobs and made it known that they didn’t care to be there. For what we paid I wouldn’t stay here ever again. Very disappointed !

Amazing experience

The overall experience at Village was outstanding. From upon arrival to departure the staff was outstanding... top notch. I had several requests given it was my wife and my honeymoon and they went over the top! The grounds were also very well kept and very clean. The food overall was very good and there was plenty to do at the location. I honestly think what made the stay so amazing was the staff and their responsiveness and professionalism. Big shout outs to Roberta and Joao, and for the wait staff Rodrigo and Aline. If I ever have my own hotel I would hire them in a second!

Nice Hotel on the Beach

This hotel is mostly for families with young children. There are several activities for kids. It is fine for adults too. The hotel staff is wonderful! The rooms were cleaned, the pools were nice, the breakfast was excellent! It is not a \"cozy\" hotel, and the rooms do not really have an ocean view. But are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The grounds are well kept. We did not dine at the hotel, but we had appetizers and drinks and they were very good. They also have night activities for the adults. It is very close to the Porto de Galinhas beach. Which is a must for a visit. When you go to the beach, do not go towards the town where everyone goes. Instead drive or walk a bit more south (as you face the ocean, walk to your left). Just a few feet away the beach is much quieter and there are several natural pools there. The town is wonderful and the restaurants are amazing! A great experience!

The hotel in general looks nice but needs a little TLC. Unfortunately, I had bad experience with the breakfast since it offered poor variety and and amount of food was not constant on the table and we had to to wait long time to get served again. The fruits in general were the worse quality very acid for not been either ripe enough especially for being Brazil a good fruit cheap supplier. You could find someone in a traffic light selling better products. The food from the restaurant is in general very pricey and poor elaborated. I asked for \"carne the sal\" which came cold and literally the meat without seasoning.
The worse part was when I asked for my balance: From 202 reals (Brazilian money) that I owed, I was getting charges for 404. It costed me a lot of aggravation to get the right amount. Actually I think the place is not worth for the price I paid.

Had a great time staying here. Everything was perfect! Wish we could have stayed longer. It was further from Porto De Galinhas town than what it seemed on the map, but this was fine as we had a car and we were happy spending a lot of time at the hotel cause it was so nice and chilled. A very nice hotel

The swimming pools are great, and the gardens are beautiful. The hotel has a great family atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. The room was very nice, with a nice balcony, but there was a poor flow from the sink taps in the bathroom. The hotel is not noisy at night, which is good if you want to sleep. There are great Sporting facilities in the pools and elsewhere. I have been to this hotel twice and I would really recommend it. It would be better if more staff spoke English though.

Like many places in Brazil though, the access road was uneven and needed improving. I was not expecting such a fantastic hotel at the end of a disorganized back street. The beach is so beautiful. While swimming is discouraged due to undercurrents, I think that it is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. The beach and sea are so beautiful and walking there is amazing.

Nice kid-friendly resort

They have four pools, two of which are shallow enough for toddlers. Their kid-playing area is very convenient, locating next to the pools, and staffed during the day time. The staffs were very friendly and helpful even though they didn't speak English well. However, the rooms were not well-maintained and had some electrical and pest-control issues. And the food was a little bit salty to me.

O hotel é bonito, paisagismo, piscinas, praia boa. Tem shows todas as noites, comida excelente, equipe prestativa e educada. Os quartos sào antigos, banheiro desgastado, ar condicionado imprestável e barulhento, juntando todos daria uma orquestra. Está na hora de trocar tudo. Praia boa e bem localizada. Uma situação desagradável foi um drink Margarita que pedi na noite de 19 de dezembro no bar na piscina. O atendente não adicionou limão e não agitou a coqueteleira com gelo. Serviu me um purgante, um desastre. Precisam dar curso de bar man para os funcionários.

Terceiro ano seguido e a excelência continua no Hotel Village. A estrutura do hotel dispensa comentários, quartos, banheiros, restaurantes e recepção sempre muito limpos, aconchegantes, várias piscinas para dar aquela refrescada e muitas barracas com acesso pé na areia para curtir o belíssimo mar da Praia do Cupe. Os restaurantes contam com excelentes opções desde frutos do mar até carnes e frangos e excelente sobremesas, com possibilidade de pedir no restaurante ao lado da recepção ou se não quiser interromper o bronzeado, pedir direto das mesas ao redor da piscina ou na praia.
Destaque também para o restaurante Pindorama que funciona a noite com excelentes pratos criativos e com muito sabor.
O time de recreação para o público infantil sempre tem atividades para distrair a criançada! Além disso, o hotel conta com uma equipe extremamente qualificada, competente, além da simpatia característica do povo nordestino, no qual em nome de todos posso agradecer e destacar os grandes Ivanildo (gerente), Arthur, Kleberson e Rayssa (garçons) e mantendo sempre nosso quarto impecável a grande camareira Nai. E pra manter a energia e a diversão os hóspedes podem sempre contar com shows ao vivo seja na área da piscina ou na boate do hotel. E claro, não menos importante, a alegria e a vibe dos adultos e do hotel que mantém o nome do Village no destaque da região não seria igual se não tivessem eles, os mitos, as lendas, Vitor Joelho de Diamante e Chocolate Rei da Batera. Recomendo muito!

A estrutura do hotel é excelente, o café da manhã é ótimo e os funcionários são gentis. Destaque para a Carla, que nos atendeu várias vezes, sempre com muita gentileza, educação e simpatia.
Os restaurantes preparam as comidas e bebidas muito rapidamente, verdadeiros fast foods rsrsrs
Ter música ao vivo todas as noites foi incrível!
Sentimos falta de um chuveirinho no banheiro, pra ajudar no banho da criança pequena.

O hotel é maravilhoso, tem jeito de resort. A boate a noite, o bar com música ao vivo. Tudo nota 10. Ótimo pra crianças, tem recreação a cada hora com algo diferente. Quarto e cama confortável. Comidas gostosas, zero defeitos nas refeições. Praia particular com bombeiro, tem horários q o mar tá bem agitado, mais tem horas que formam piscinas naturais. Piscina rasa pra crianças. Voltarei e indico.

Estadia muito boa. O hotel tem uma boa estrutura e bastante lazer e entretenimento. A equipe é muito profissional e fomos super bem atendidos.

Os quartos poderiam ser melhores em termos de conforto (colchão e travesseiros). Mas no geral foi um ótimo período de descanso.

O banheiro do bangalô onde me hospedei precisa de uma boa limpeza. Dentro do vaso, precisa dar uma boa esfregada. Estava bem sujo.
Geralmente eu reclamo, mas ...nao quis me dar ao trabalho. As espreguiçadeiras do bangalô sao de madeira e fiquei surpresa por que tinhamos que deitar no duro. Liguei na recepcao pra pertuntar se tinha algo alcochoado pra pôr e nao
tem.
A maioria dos funcionarios bem educados, simpáticos...mas tinha uma da tapioca que dava ate medo.
Muita fila pra pedir tapioca e ovos preparados na hora. Teve dia que eu desisti. Parece que as \" bocas\" dos fogoes que elas usam para preparar sao fracas e demora demais para o alimento ficar pronto.
Perdi um anel no apartamento , que certamente foi pra baixo da cama...falei com a moça da recepção que ficou de me dar uma resposta. Ela disse que a camareira naonachou, mas certamente wsta lá..a questao é que o espaco é muito oequeno e tem camas embutidas nas laterais da cama de casal...e sendo assim, seria muito trabalhoso tirar aquelas camas de lá pra verificar .
Infelizmente, eu nao volto para o Village.

“Coisas boas e ruins sobre a hospedagem”!

Hotel intimista e tranquilão, sem excesso de crianças e sem muitas pessoas, em pleno réveillon, o que achei fantástico. Porém na piscina existem funcionários relativamente “mal educados” e que não sabem conduzir um atendimento e isto torna o atendimento da piscina precário. Agora nos restaurantes, onde possui a atenção do João, se é que eu não me enganei quanto ao nome, o atendimento é impecável, com exceção de algumas mal humoradas.
Fiquei no bangalô 176 e infelizmente possui vazamento do box do banheiro na hora do banho. No mais, tudo foi muito bem e recomento, inclusive a localização espetacular para quando quer privacidade de frente para o mar e longe da bagunça.
Gostei muito e voltaria neste hotel.

Custo benefício não compensa

Pedi um up grande gartuito ou uma melhora no apartamento disponibilizado (apto 339), pois nos colocaram no último andar, na ponta, e estavámos com criança pequena, o que dificulta a estadia, pois toda hora tínhamos que subir para pegar algo, mas nos negaram, sendo que tinham muitos quartos disponíveis (fiz simulação no site). Chuveiro no teto, horrível para ligar, não tem regulagem boa da água. Brinquedoteca fecha 18h até umas 20h, o que não faze sentido, pois os pais podem ficar com os filhos ali brincando nesse período, mesmo que não tenha monitor. Som do salão pernambucano onde ocorrem os shows é exageradamente alto, então se tem criança pequena, já não consegue curtir o som. No entanto, os monitores são ótimos, super carinhosos e divertidos. A estrutura é boa. Mas pelo custo benefício, achei muito muito caro e não compensa pelo que oferece.

O hotel possui uma atendimento espetacular por parte dos recepcionistas, camareiras e atendentes. Contudo, a política de check in após às 16:00 e checkout até às 12:00 é abusiva. As camas do nosso quarto estavam bastante gastas com aprofundamento do colchão o que impacta na qualidade do sono.

Bom hotel, bem estrurado dentro sua categoria.

Tive problemas com ar concionado do apto. Na primeira noite a unidade de força, que fica na varanda, com barulho esurecedor. Todos com dificuldades de domir. Relatado o problema foi trocado o equipamento e durante duas noites problema melhorou bastante. Mas, na última noite, voltou a dar problemas e o barulho incomondou o sono da família.

Infraestrutura e diversão noturna fantásticas.

O hotel tem uma estrutura fantástica e o ponto alto são as piscinas e a programação noturna sempre com um show temático. Não curti muito o café da manhã (poderia ser melhor.... falta salada de frutas e bolos diversos) e inusitadamente havia uma reforma nos quartos e o barulho chegou a nos importunar (tive que reclamar junto a gerência que providenciou a parada da reforma).

Funcionários educados e receptivos, porem a limpeza dos quartos e piscinas deixou a desejar, assim como os valores exorbitantes cobrados para alimentação, nao existem filtros de agua disponíveis para consumos dos hospedes, tudo é pago!

Hotel muito bom para crianças e idosos, com várias piscinas com acessibilidade. Nosso primeiro quarto teve um problema no ar condicionado. Na área de refeições, só uma pequena parte tem ar condicionado - poderiam colocar mais ventiladores com umidificadores. Colchão muito mole também. O atendimento do pessoal do hotel, principalmente dos restaurantes foi o ponto alto, além da área para as crianças. Custo-benefício bom também e pretendemos voltar

I absolutely recommend it.

The hotel is great. The only “con” that I found is that, being a 4 star hotel, the rooms were located in 2 floor buildings without elevators. It was not a problem for me as the hotel staff carried the luggage up the stairs. And I could see that the visitors who were not able to climb the stairs in the ground floor. So no big deal.
Hotel staff were super nice and helpful. The food was great too. I recommend it 100%.
