This is a nice hotel and all rooms above ground floor have lovely ocean views. We do find that hotels in Brasil are expensive for what you get with facilities. Small things broken in the room and public areas. For this sort of money you expect a bit better. Also for an adults only hotel, some staff and policies were more aimed at children. For example, being told where and when you could fill your water bottle for the day, and where and when you couldn't. It's not a big thing to manage.

The room was clean and beautiful (super classification). Breakfast was nice. Restaurant for lunch and dinner wasn’t that good at all. It was a true disappointment. We ate there twice and had to go elsewhere. Front desk staff was very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay there. To be honest, we were a bit skeptical at first since the streets outside seemed a bit run down and we realized that this is more of a local tourists spot and we were likely the only foreigners there with none of the staff speaking English. However, the staff’s friendliness and the raw beauty of the beach really changed our opinion. All the staff had friendly smiles and were patient with us as we used a translate app to explain what we need. The food was also really delicious. You can tell that all the ingredients are fresh. We especially enjoyed the breakfast where the waiters would come around with various extra fresh juices & smoothies and snacks beyond what’s in the buffet. I already miss the fruits in the buffet as they were always fresh and delicious! Staying in Recife now in a more commercial hotel and the fruits there are just not the same :(
Walks on the beach just after sunrise were also very relaxing. While the city center is full of interesting shops and restaurants, we felt a bit uncomfortable as the only foreigners there that really stood out so we stuck to staying at the hotel area and enjoyed a relaxing two days. Thanks kembali staff for making our stay enjoyable!

Super friendly staff and beautiful property basically on the ocean. But beware--pre-paid dinner is for a limited menu; make sure you ask for that menu if you pre-pay dinner. The first two nights, we did not know about the limited menu, so ordered off the regular menu. Despite that, the hotel agreed to take responsibility and credited us for the charges.

I liked the hotel & would stay again. The room was lovely. Staff at reception were great. However I found checkin an over complicated process, where we were told to access a website on our phones & fill in the details. i found the staff serving food and drinks a bit slow. Although the food was very good. The pool I felt could be a bit cleaner & nicer. However I liked the hotel it was modern & clean & I would stay here again.

Amazing stay. Hotel feels like new despite being 10 years old. Rooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to fulfill all requests.

Only minor issue was during checkout day: planned to have lunch in the hotel, but it took so long for food to arrive that we had to cancel. Had dinner in the previous day and food was great, though.

Very disappointed with this hotel, I will never stay here again. I had a reservation confirmed and upon arrival I was charged an additional $300 for no reason. If I didn’t pay I would be charged $800 to cancel my reservation so I was forced to pay extra. The check in was mostly self serve and the service was terrible. It took nearly 45 minutes to check in. The service here is terrible, they only care about your money and that’s all. They are not friendly AT ALL. The location is terrible and they said it’s also very unsafe. For spending $1100 for one night I am completely unsatisfied, I feel I was ripped off. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere closer to the city centre, that’s where you want to be, not here. The rooms are also not worth the price you pay, they are very simple and the beds feel very old and uncomfortable. None of the toilets flush even when there is no toilet paper being flushed. The maintenance people had to come to our room several times to unclog the toilet. The breakfast is not that great, the fruits were not ripe and very sour, the juices are very watered down and the hot selections looked terrible. Our complimentary bottle of wine had a mouldy cork as well. Housekeeping kept knocking on our door several times in the morning, well before checkout and waking us up. Nothing in this hotel was enjoyable.

Umbrellas by the beach, ocean had a lot of waves. But do yourself the favor and watch the sunrise. You can’t go wrong

Our stay at the Kembali hotel was perfect, the staff were all excellent even though we did not speak portuguese. Extra shout out to Christian who spoke enough english with us to help with everything we needed. The rooms are clean and comfy and the breakfast is great, they keep the pool and grounds clean and are a short walk down the beach to the main town. Was a very pleasant surprise not knowing much about them or the area.

If you are looking for amazing property that is laid back and you can completely relax, this is the place. Very artsy cool vibe throughout the entire hotel.

I have stayed at various different resorts in Porto and this by far has the best breakfast around.

The only area that I would say needs improvement is the waitstaff service in and around the outdoor area.

Paradise, the grounds are well maintained and visually very pleasing. Staying here was the highlight of the trip. The only night we tried to go out, we ended up running back to the hotel because of how much more peaceful it was to be there vs. going into town. Live music was great to drink wine to outside. Only complaint was that the food \"looked fancy\" but was not actually as good as it should have been.

The breakfast was good. The views from the rooms is great. HOWEVER, it was VERY BORING. No exciting or fun activities or entertainment! If you just want to sit around, read a book, or count the waves, this is the place for you. Otherwise, if you want a fun time, meet new and exciting people, you will not find this here. Our secondary complaints are: NO 24 hour access to the fitness room. NO irons in the room. NO power adapters for foreigners. NO information about local clubs or places to go, or things to do. If we knew all this beforehand, we would have never gone to this hotel.

Great Boutique Break

This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in in Brazil but also the most expensive. The environment and service were both great and the themed rooms were very comfortable. The Adults Only requirement further added to the relaxing atmosphere. There are very few restaurant options in the near vicinity but the hotel restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner although some dinner options were expensive. The WhatsApp service to request food and drinks was a nice feature.

The hotel is great, but the town is a little odd. I was so glad that we rented a car (and that Kembali provides free parking) because we spend every day driving around the coast. The water right in front of the hotel is not really swim-able, at least during August when we were there, because it's really choppy water. There isn't anything you can walk to - the town of PdG is a long walk away, and very touristy once you are there.

But Kembali was clean, and easy, cute decor and delicious breakfast that is included. No complaints other than the strange town.

We had a wonderful time staying here, starting from the moment we were met at the door with umbrellas to protect us from the tropical downpour. All the staff, particularly the young people in the restaurant were friendly and helpful-not to mention patient with our attempts at Portuguese. We were in a third floor retro room and it was delightful. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, the bed was very comfortable and the retro furniture (especially the red fridge) made it unique. The grounds were lovely and well cared for with plenty of sun loungers and chairs for relaxing. The beach in front of the hotel was wonderful, very quiet and clean. The waves are very powerful but it is fine for paddling and we saw plenty of people swimming. Breakfast was amazing. Not only was there plenty of delicious food to choose from yourself, but speciality dishes were brought round continuously for you to sample. Some of these were strange to us but always delicious. The complimentary coffee and cakes in the afternoon were a highlight of the stay. The cakes were obviously home made and real works of art, with different choices every day. We ate all our meals here as the food was incredible and very good value for money. The restaurant itself is charming with colourful chairs and 'interesting' tables. I really cannot fault this hotel. It is as close to perfection as you can get.

This is a very good hotel. It is quiet and small enough to feel relaxing. It has an amazing breakfast... The best I've found in Brasil. Chefs cook to your request as part of the standard (included) breakfast. The rooms are funky and the overall feel is cool and trendy. A great stay with amazing staff who are respectful and kind.

O atendimento da equipe foi incrível e o hotel conta com ótimas instalações. A piscina conta com bom atendimento de comida e bebida, com destaque a inclusão de pratos vegetarianos e veganos deliciosos!

E o que era o café da tarde? Simplesmente fantástico, tanto pelo sabor dos bolos quanto pelo atendimento da senhora extremamente simpática que nos atendeu todos os dias.

O café da manhã também era maravilhoso, mas infelizmente pouco usufruirmos pelo cansaço das festas de Reveillon.

Por fim, destaco o ótimo atendimento e simpatia da Marina Matos!

Um paraíso dentro do Mar!

Lugar incrível e encantador… As fotos, por incrível que pareça, não retratam a real beleza desse Hotel que fica DENTRO DO MAR!

Eu e minha esposa passamos uma semana por lá, e sem dúvida nenhuma, foi um dos melhores lugares que já ficamos.

Ambiente maravilhoso, funcionários afiadíssimos e impecáveis, cozinha ótima, café da manhã ótimo, enfim… Tudo perfeito!!

Ficamos na suíte Super ( custa um pouco mais caro, mas vai por mim, vale cada centavo), a vista de lá é de tirar o fôlego e vc estará “dentro do mar” todos os dias.

Toda a decoração do hotel e os ambientes são um espetáculo a parte, tudo de ÓTIMO GOSTO!

O restaurante do hotel é ótimo, almoço e jantar com cardápios e comidas maravilhosas.
Sem contar na música ao vivo, dentro do hotel, quinta a sábado, que é um show a parte….Literalmente!

Já estamos organizando a próxima… Muito obrigado por tudo Kembali, sem dúvida nenhuma foram férias inesquecíveis. 🙏❤️

O quarto que ficamos era bem espaçoso, porém a cama era dura e por ser inverno eu acho, o quarto estava extremamente húmido, o chão não secava nunca e a roupa de cama parecia ficar molhada, isso incomodou um pouco. O banheiro era limpo, chuveiro bom, porém precisa de manutenção , uma das pias estava entupida. Quando chegamos o quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte de produto químico. O café da manhã tinha uma variedade muito boa de coisas, algumas coisas eram gostosas outras nem tanto. Almoçamos uma vez e o almoço não estava legal, o frango muito seco e duro, não deu para comer. No jantar comemos lanche e estava muito bom. Os músicos que tocaram na quinta e na sexta fizeram toda a diferença.

Sehr schönes Hotel am ruhigeren Strandteil von Porto de Galinhas (also ca. 2 Kilometer vom Zentrum).
Individuell eingerichtete Zimmer, alle mit Meerblick. Die Hängematte auf dem Balkon hat mich immer wieder überzeugt, erst später in Richtung Meer zu gehen.
Tolles Frühstück (von leicht wässrigen Säften abgesehen) und auch das Essen generell war sehr lecker. Lediglich der Service dürfte etwas aufmerksamer sein.

Excelente! Primeira vez que fico em um hotel exclusivo para adultos. Achei fantástico! Pontos positivos: café da manhã (espetacular), atendimento, cordialidade, limpeza e ambiente. Pontos negativos: piscina não é aquecida e no início da tarde, já está na sombra, preço das bebidas e drinks (achei abusivo uma Heineken longneck custar R$24) e poucas opções no cardápio (mas deliciosas). Infelizmente o mar da frente do hotel é perigoso e não pudemos aproveitar muito.

Viagem em família. Pra um hotel 4 estrelas deixa a desejar em alguns pontos.
Shampoo, condicionador e sabonete são de péssima qualidade, as toalhas e roupas de cama tbm são confortáveis, porem bem limpas. A limpeza dos quartos é boa
Um nicho e saboneteira no box seria bom.
Café da manhã bom e o chá da tarde é um diferencial positivo.
Restaurante bom, o valor da comida é justo, mas as bebidas tem o valor bem elevado.
A vista é deslumbrante
O mar do hotel não é indicado pra banho (mar bravo)

Boa, mas pode melhorar muito

Piscina que só pega sol até as 11 horas, não é aquecida e fica fria. Não usamos. Pessoal de atendimento muito bom, sem exceção. Não recomendo adquirir a meia pensão, o cardápio é a lá carte e ruim. Café da manhã muito bom, todavia o cardápio, seja da piscina seja do restaurante é fraco. Precisa por aquecimento na piscina, melhorar o cardápio e informar que a meia pensão não é self service e sim um cardápio fechado que deveria ser divulgado antes.

Chegando ao hotel pedi up grade por ser cliente gold, tinha vagas pra outros quartos, mas disseram que não dariam, já foi um ponto negativo…
Café da manhã ok, em algumas coisas e outras precisam melhorar como os sucos sem sabor algum, muita água, na minha opinião.

Silencioso precioso!

Sinceramente o melhor horel que já fiquei. Já me hospedei em diversos hoteis e resorts no Brasil e no exterior. Foi a primiera vez que fiquei em um hotrl só para adultos. Ébum hotel família, mas como ébsó para adultos, o silêncio é uma preciosidade. Quarto confortável, limpíssimo, café da manhã maravilhoso e atendimento de todos os funcionários nota 10! Já tenho outra reserva para voltar na semana que vem, para ficar mais uns doas de férias. Recomendo!

Ótimo hotel, tranquilo, beira mar, pé na areia. Ideal para quem deseja calma e ambiente sem crianças. Quarto confortável, com TV, ar e sacada de frente para o mar, inclusive com rede, muito legal ver o nascer o sol de nosso quarto. Ótimo café da manhã, sempre com algumas novidades do dia.

O hotel é maravilhoso, tem uma ótima localização e estrutura, funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. O quarto é bem confortável, tudo novo e muito bonito. Só deixo como sugestão colocar mais opções no cardápio pras pessoas que ficam o dia todo no hotel. Além disso, colocar caixas de som voltadas pra área externa pra gente ouvir a música ao vivo da piscina à noite.
Mas é sensacional, super indico e valeu muito à pena!

Um lugar tranquilo em frente ao mar

O hotel é diferenciado. Com o reduzido número de apartamentos é o local ideal para uma viagem a 2, acrescido pelo fato de aceitar apenas hóspedes maiores de 18 anos. As instalações são bme cuidadas e o ambiente externo, piscina e acesso a praia muito agradável. O serviço de bar é eficiente e as opções de drinks e petiscos com boa variedade, embora com valores elevados, mas este é o custo da localização. O café da manhã é diferenciado com muitas opçoes, tendo além do buffet uma oferta a la carte. O ponto critico é o restaurante, com poucas opções e acreditem, o peixe servido é a TILAPIA, pensem ao lado do mar com ofertas diferenciadas não existe a oferte de pescados e as opções de crustácios limitados ao camarão. O hotel deve rever este cardápio e ofertar variedades.

De uma semana para outra o atendimento mudou.

2a vez no hotel e ao contrário da 1a tivemos alguns problemas. Pedi 3 vezes toalhas para piscina e o hotel simplesmente estava sem. Disseram que estava muito cheio e as tolhas acabaram. Oras, bastava tirar uma lista de hospedes no dia anterior e se programar para isso nao acontecer. Para entrar no restaurante do hotel, que é pé na areia, tem que se secar e colocar as roupas, nao pode entrar de sunga, isso nao faz qualquer sentido. Ai sem toalhas disponiveis tive que molhar a minha roupa por ser obrigado a cobrir a sunga para entrar no restaurante do hotel \"pé na areia\". Qual o sentido disso? Por fim, nos alocaram em um quarto destinado a portadores de necessidades especiais e que provavelmente estava em manutenção, cofre sem revestimento, sifao da pia vazando e telefone quebrado e ralo do banheiro transbordando. O propagado chá da tarde não passa disso mesmo, uma fila de hospedes para pedir uma xícara de cha ou cafe e uma tira de bolo. Pedi frutas que estavam em uma cesta e negaram.

Um hotel excelente

O hotel é sensacional. Chegamos muito antes do horário do check-in e o recepcionista Anderson foi maravilhoso, nos atendeu muito bem, guardou nossas malas e disponibilizou a sala de tv do hotel para que pudessemos descansar até que um dos quartos fosse disponibilizados pela governança do hotel.

O café da manhã é excelente. Piscina e área de lazer extremamente bem cuidadas. Vale muito a pena se hospedar aqui.

Todos os funcionários estão de parabéns pelo excelente atendimento.

Bom.

O hotel é bom, mas não achamos extraordinário como promete ser. O check-in foi ok (apesar de ter um aniversariante no dia - motivo da hospedagem- e não se atentarem à data para sequer um parabéns). O quarto é confortável, cama grande, tv grande e limpo. Paguei a mais pelo quarto do primeiro andar com vista pro mar, mas a vista era 50% mar e 50% telhado do restaurante. Nesse caso um quarto térreo que também é virado pro mar e tem acesso direto pra piscina/jardim talvez teria sido mais vantajoso.

Quanto a estrutura de lazer do hotel, achei bem \"normal\". A piscina é bem pequena. E a praia em frente é impropria para banho. Porém tem bastante espreguiçadeiras com uma vista bonita do mar.

O menu do restaurante é ótimo e diverso, mas um pouco caro. Dá pra ficar lá sem precisar sair para outros locais.

Fomos com expectativa alta para o café da manhã, pois era o que mais falavam de positivo nas avaliações. Mas, não encontramos nada demais. Era um café da manhã básico de um hotel \"normal\".

Em resumo, é uma hospedagem cara que faz o básico bem feito (conforto e limpeza do quarto). Mas se você quer pagar caro por um \"conceito\", vai gostar.

Hotel maravilhoso, pe na areia, silencioso!!!
Quarto amplo, com frigobar, cofre, secador e cortinas blackout! Silencioso com barulhinho do mar.
Poderia melhorar: iluminação dos corredores com sensores de movimento, pois a luz acesa a noite tda acabava entrando no quarto! A água quente nao funcionava direito e o dia que peguei muita chuva e quis um banho quente nao consegui!

Cafe da manha excelente! Petiscos muito bons!!! Dribks bem servidos e cervejas geladas! O menu de almoço e janta poderiam melhorar com mais opções!

Piscina confortável com mobiliário farto e vista para o mar! Praia com mar agitado e não tão tranquilo para banhos! (Dá pra ir pela manha, a tarde é muito agitado com muitas correntes).

Funcionários extremamente gentis, educados, solícitos! Agradeço em especial o Jamerson e a camareira Maria!

Tem estacionamento, nao é coberto, mas tem vigia. Fica ha 7 minutos do centro de Porto de Galinhas.

Avisar aos hóspede quando esquecer pertence!

Hotel pé na areia! Os travesseiros precisa melhorar! Às portas do restaurantes precisa de abre e fecha automático, pois toda hora que vai entrar ou sair tem que fazer vc msm, tem uma das porta que estava pesada! No demais foi ótimo, chá da tarde muito bom, funcionários educados!

Esqueci um carregador lá e não foi avisado! Só quando liguei lá a noite as 23 horas que disse que achou lá! Acho que deveria ter me avisado o mais breve possível, que tinha esquecido um pertence!
