Minha estadia no Hotel Solar Porto de Galinhas foi, no geral, muito positiva. O hotel oferece diversos pontos fortes que fazem a experiência ser bastante agradável:
Aplicativo: O aplicativo EasyTrip é funcional, facilitando o acesso às informações, programações, cardápio e serviços.
Equipe de animação: Tanto para crianças quanto para adultos, a equipe de animação é excelente, garantindo momentos de diversão para toda a família. Destaque para as tias Dori, Amora e Bombom, e o tio Morango.
Comida: A gastronomia do hotel é de qualidade, com pratos bem elaborados e uma boa variedade de opções disponíveis. A ceia de Natal foi um destaque à parte.
Colaboradores: no geral, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Destaque para o Sr. Jefferson (maleiro), a Lillian (recepção) e para Eduardo (garçom).
A área externa é um dos destaques, com um mar muito agradável, cadeiras dispostas na praia e uma piscina confortável e bem cuidada. Todo o hotel é muito limpo e bem cuidado.
Quarto: satisfatório, atendendo bem uma família de quatro pessoas. Houve o upgrade para o quarto superior em virtude dos standards estarem ocupados. Agradeço a gentileza que destaca a atenção do hotel com o hóspede.

Very good alternative in Porto de Galinhas
Very good. I was with my family and we expend five days in the hotel. Like 3kms from Porto de Galinhas village. Nothing around the hotel, but just a couple of minutes by car (taxi was R$15) from the village. In front of the beach. The hotel infrastructure was ok. We missed a sauna, but the hotel has a partnership with a bigger hotel (like 2km away) where we could go for a sauna. Good space in the room, even for 4 of us.

My daughter and I enjoyed the picturesque spot-it really is lovely. We were surprised that more of the staff did not speak English, but perhaps it is not a place where many English speaking people go. We also were looking for more fresh food and local food, but did not find that at lunch or dinner (for example good salads and fresh cheeses)

This is good enough resort close to the beach but thats about it. The next biggest city Recife is about an hour taxi. (400 Reals round trip). If being near the beach and other sites interests you I wouldn't stay here.

We had a terrible experience at this place, which turned to be the dirtiest hotel I ever been to. The staff was kind of rude and not fluent either in Spanish or English. The room has in such bad condition that we even considered leaving the place during the midnight. Everything in the room was broken, including the air conditioning and the television. Not to recommend at all.

Ótimo atendimento, local limpo e aconchegante. Bom para família e casais. Tamanho certo para a quantidade de hóspedes no período que ficamos (final de julho), sem filas ou aglomeração. Preços razoáveis. Poderia melhorar um pouco o espaço kids, que é pequeno e fica longe do restaurante, mas nada que atrapalhe. Comida é muito boa também. O quarto poderia ser um pouco maior. Ficamos na torre mais nova e possui mais apartamentos que as demais no mesmo espaço, então os quartos ficaram um pouco mais apertados para o nosso caso, 03 adultos e 2 crianças. Providenciaram um berço para a criança menor, que inclusive já estava no quarto quando chegamos e nos surpreendeu positivamente.

A estadia foi muito boa, local muito grande e espaçoso, ficando à beira-mar. Atividades para toda a família. A limpeza do hotel é bem feita (inclusive tivemos que pedir mais de uma vez em um dos dias, e não teve problema algum nisso), os funcionários são cordiais e animados, com destaque para a Elvira e sua animação nota 1000. Ficamos satisfeitos demais com a qualidade da comida, das instalações do hotel e de todo o resto.

Uma agradável surpresa. Hotel boa localização, instalações bem cuidadas e conservadas, quarto amplo e confortável. Os colaboradores sao bem treinados, atenciosos e sempre a disposição para atender da melhor forma possivel. O café da manhã possui grande variedade de itens e alguns preparados na hora. Quanto as refeições as melhores opções são as ofertadas no cardápio, preparadas na hora, saborosas e muito bem servidas. Hotel lindo, local sensacional. Staff mal treinado e pouco atencioso. Solicitamos check in antecipado com mais de uma semana de antecedencia, nenhuma resposta positiva ou negativa foi informada. No ato da chegada fomos informados que não seria possível o check-in antecipado. Aguardamos 2 horas para receber a chave do quarto. Após aguardar, e voltar na recepção, staff tentou atender antes de nós, outros viajantes que estavam atrás de nós na fila.

Hotel agradável com funcionarios cordiais. Quarto bem confortável. Por estarmos numa epoca de pandemia e a quantidade de hóspedes nao ser tao grande entao dava pra manter um disciamento na piscina, porém acho que com uma lotacao maior a piscina fica meio apertada. No geral o hotel é muito bom.

Não gostei da forma de servir o café, entendo com relação a pandemia, mas vc não poder se servir e ficar dependendo dos empregados é ruim... achei a piscina pequena para a quantidade de hóspedes, não dava pra ficar muito tempo a fim de se manter o distanciamento. Com relação aos demais itens não tenho o que ponderar, é muito bom!
