Além disso, caso deseje comer tapioca no café da manhã o tempo de espera é de 40 min mais ou menos, oque acaba atrasando o café de todos. Fora isso super recomendo!

Very good hotel, with great swimming pools and common areas. The beach lounge is very pleasant. The staff is very attentive.
As suggestions I'd say that the quality of the beds in the standard room could be better (very small) and some adjustments to the buffet could bring more quality to the service, such as increasing the variety of salad options and the meat served at the grill station (I never managed to receive medium-rare meat, despite making it clear how I preferred)

Title: Great Stay with Room for Improvement

I recently had a great time at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. The staff was exceptional, offering friendly and attentive service throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist and made me feel welcome.

The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I enjoyed every meal, and the dining experience was top-notch. The culinary team truly knows their craft.

The hotel itself is set in a beautiful location, providing stunning views and a serene atmosphere. It's an ideal place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway.

However, there were a few aspects that I believe the hotel could improve upon. Firstly, it was disappointing to find out that the coffee during lunch was not covered by the meal. It would have been nice to have this information mentioned beforehand.

Another issue I encountered was with the pool towels. It was incredibly difficult to obtain them, which was inconvenient. Streamlining the process for guests to access pool towels would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Lastly, I experienced some unexpected charges on my room bill. Despite not consuming certain items, I was still billed for them. I recommend the hotel to review their charging system to ensure accuracy and fairness.

In conclusion, despite these shortcomings, I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff, food, and beautiful location made for a memorable stay.

My family and I liked: the facilities, the comfort, the extreme good taste of the decoration, the quality of the food and drinks offered in the Restaurant, the amazing pools, the great location with an incredible beach, the well trained staff

The Hotel is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous swimming pools and beautiful warm ocean water. The food in hotel was satisfactory but not \"spectacular\". It takes about 75 minutes from Recife Airport to get there - definitely worth it as the city itself of Recife has terrible industry with various toxic smells. Only \"negative\" in hotel is there are tons of mosquitos so bring your repellent.

This place was pretty cool. We are from the US, and do not speak Portuguese. We felt comfortable the entire time, and enjoyed every moment. The pool was terrific, there were a few staff members who spoke enough English to help us get by. We stayed in one of the rooms that has a hot tub on the balcony, which I highly recommend. Food in the cafeteria got a little old after a few days, but no complaints really. Only real complaint is not enough free drinking water, and only instant coffee in the room. You get 1.5L of water free with the room, but that goes quickly, especially if you wake up with the slightest hangover. Would be better not to have to get ready and go to the cafeteria to get water and a cup of real coffee. All in all, a very relaxing oasis.

Every year I book a different resort to spend the Brazilian summer holidays with my family. I wasn't expecting too much from this resort, but it completely surprised me in all aspects.
Staff is amazing, special thanks to Robert bartender at the beach. There is always an umbrella and chairs available for you by the pool or at the beach. Food is really good quality at the buffet (you can actually order anything from the full menu they deliver to you on the beach - not every hotel offer this). The pool restaurant needs improvement - environment is good, but the menu has few options and small portions in my opinion. Room is very clean and new.

Liked most of the staff (although virtually no English, lucky I know a little Portuguese), the grounds and beach are nice and reception is nice. Rooms are a little tired l, the French doors did not even close properly, let alone keep out the noise or mozzies, and the place feels more like a holiday camp than a hotel, definitely not a 4* hotel. However, the staff are very hard working and pleasant and are a credit to the place. Was a little difficult to work everything out with so little English, although on the last day, it seemed all those who could speak English came back from holiday. The food is not great, but they have a good wine list. They did a lot of nice touches for Xmas and New Year. Very much a family oriented place and not so great for a couple. The tour company had no English speakers in the hotel, again I managed with limited Portuguese, but they forgot to pick us up for our day trip and we had to try and catch the coach up. Trips are only Portuguese or Spanish, apparently to arrange an English guide would cost extra (they say they speak your language, they don't). On the return transfer to the airport, the baggage ended up strewn along the road and it was only the quick thinking of a motorcyclist racing to catch up with the coach and attract his attention to stop, that meant the luggage got picked up and made it to the airport. Without the motor cyclist the luggage would have stayed at various points on the way to the airport and probably lost forever.

Nice place for a beautiful getaway

I went as a solo traveler (probably the only one in the entire resort) and had a lovely time. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Only downsides are that even with “meals included” you still have to pay if you want anything to drink. You get 1.5 L of water free on the first night and everything after that costs $$ .

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but after all day in the sun I still slept great. Bathroom could definitely be improved - the shower felt a little old (because it had grout in the tiles you could see the parts that looked a bit less than clean).

We were wonderfully accommodated by all the staff members of the hotel. The check in was smooth and the front desk associate was eager to inform us about all the amenities of the resort.
Our room was exceptionally clean with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We were offered a hammock to hang on our balcony, which added a great relaxing way to lounge.
The pools were warm and comfortable, but not very clean. I’d avoid all the corners of the pools as they seem to collect the most dirt.
The service poolside and beach side was exceptional, and all the servers worked quickly and accurately.
The food was pretty good and caipirinhas strong.
The hotel offers an extensive concierge service and the lady we spoke with was absolutely phenomenal! We appreciated her assistance so much.
Nearby you are able to access the Porto De Gallinhas Village- and I highly recommend you do so!

The hotel is well located and the staff is super nice. It’s a very family oriented hotel. It’s like an average all inclusive in the Caribbean. The two major problems that we faced were: quality of the food at the buffet was not good and anothe problem was the WiFi that doesn’t work properly around the hotel. If we come back to Porto Galinhas we will try a different one.

The hotel itself is very nice, grounds are nice but pools are cloudy and dirty. The beach is too rough to go into and everything is very expensive.
They charged us R$55 to add the dinner buffet to the resveration for a guest then called the room 10 mins later saying they charged us the wrong price and that it was $65 and that we had to go to the front to pay the difference .. that alone left a sour taste in my mouth that they would call to ask for more money.

Overall, everything was great, the location is perfect, the employees were friendly and the food great. We only have two complaints. FIRST, the hotel is under major construction, which starts around 7am everyday (except for Sunday)...so, no sleeping in late. SECOND, some of their rooms need serious maintenance. Towards the end of our stay we asked to have a hammock at our room's balcony, which they brought in. However, before my husband laid on it, he didn't realize the metal plate and the hook that held the hammock to the wall were very rusted. As he laid on it, the hook broke (split into halves) and he fell full body to the ground. Our vacations ended with him with a sore (black and blue) back, stiff neck (from holding his head up to prevent it from hitting the floor), and tension headache.

Solid all-inclusive resort

Very affordable resort with great amenities. Good for families other than the beach here, The pool makes up for that with respect to kids. The beach here is unsheltered with reefs and has a strong undertow/current. It's 5KM to the main village where the beach is tranquil. There are cabs that take you there for 20 reals or you can walk. The breakfast is outstanding, and they have nets over the food to keep the flies and mosquitoes off. Keep in mind that Recife and Porto de Galinhas are in the tropics, and very close to the equator. There are mosquitoes. There are flies. This is unchangeable, so don't complain. For anyone from the northern US, it will seem like there are actually very few mosquitoes. However, these mosquitos leave a nasty bite at night, whereas I no longer get mosquito bites in Minnesota. I've become immune to them. So keep the porch doors closed even when on the porch hammock! My only complaint is that some of the wait staff is a bit slow, and a little too concerned about talking amongst themselves than serving the customers. They were mostly younger \"kids\" - late teens or early '20s. Other than that, by Brazilian standards, this is a top notch resort hotel. By American standards, it may be a 3 star resort due to the expectations we have in the USA. We really loved our stay, and hated to leave.

The Hotel was in a beautiful location and had nice facilities, but it was impossible to order in the restaurant because none of the staff spoke any English. When many of the people staying there are foreigners, I find it hard to believe that the hotel did not employ anybody in their restaurant who could handle an order. The staff was friendly, but the language barrier was just too strong. There were also lots of mosquitoes, which was a pain.

Hotel lindo, com área grande arborizada. Ótimas piscinas, lazer para adultos, com shows no Deck de frente para a praia de dia e programação a noite também, com show e jogo de futebol/filme passando no cinema - muito legal. Quarto bom, comida muito boa - restaurante não repõe muito as coisas e começa a recolher até antes do horário (único defeito). Tem um Spa delicioso com piscina aquecida e hidro. A praia da frente não é muito boa para banho, mas a uma curta caminhada para esquerda, para o pontal do Cupê, já tem uma ótima praia cheia de peixinhos! Necessita transporte para o centrinho de Porto de galinhas.

Hotel com ótimas instalações, pé na areia, com varias piscinas e comida excelente, principalmente o jantar.
Mas peca no atendimento de check-in e check-out, com funcionários despreparados e seus superiores grosseiros.Fiz minha reserva com 2 camas Queen (paguei mais caro) e na hora do check-in me disponibilizaram o quarto com apenas 1 cama de casal. A gerente foi grosseira e depois de muita discussão, colocaram 1 cama extra de solteiro, ou seja, tive um DOWNGRADE.
Outro ponto negativo foram as toalhas, de banho e piscina, BEM DESGASTADAS, parecendo pano.
Se melhorar esses defeitos citados, o resort ficará excelente.

tenho infelizmente algumas observações negativas: 1) Achei um absurdo cobrarem 50 reais caso nós optassemos em fazer 10 ou 20 minutos de sauna. É o primeiro Resort que vejo cobrarem para fazer uma simples sauna rápida. Detalhe que frequento resorts e Hoteis Fazenda desde que minha filha nasceu há mais de 24 anos. 2) Ontem a noite percebi uma barata das grandes no corredor. Acho que poderia ser melhor detetizado. 3) A cobrança da cota turismo ambiental deveria ser comunicada previamente ser apcional. Só soube depois de pagar porque escutei outro atendente falando para outro hóspede. 3) achei os aparelhos da sala de musculação de 3 categoria. A esteira melhorzinha estava quebrada no dia que fui usar. Dia seguinte percebi que iriam consertar daí fui fazer então na outra de pior qualidade, estava fazendo um barulho alto, incomodando até que estava na sala. Enfim, pelo valor das diárias achei que poderiam oferecer uma melhor prestação de serviço.

Estadia em férias, o paisagismo excelente, limpeza, a simpatia dos funcionários, destaque para o pessoal dos bares e restaurante, nossa estadia incluía jantar, e digo que era ótimo, cardápio variado e tempero delicioso, o número de funcionários no resort era muito bom, mesmo nos momentos que estavam cheios o atendimento era rápido, local para belas fotos e descanso

Quartos velhos, áreas comuns ótimas!

Hotel que sofreu bastante com a passagem do tempo. Áreas comuns bem conservadas, agradáveis e bem decoradas. Equipe colaborativa e com iniciativa. Porém, os quartos estão precisando de reformas que vão desde a substituição dos chuveiros e ar condicionados, até coisas simples como roupa de cama e colchões velhos. A experiência foi ok, mas precisam ter a mesma atenção que possuem com as áreas comuns nos quartos.

Simplesmente não existe nada nesse resort que seja ruim.. NADA!
Cafe da manhã com muitas opções todos os dias. O jantar então? MA RA VI LHO SÓ!!!! Tudo muito gostoso, pratos variados, comida vegana, sobremesas todas deliciosas.
Sem falar que o resort inteiro é muito lindo, aconchegante, organizado, atendentes todos atenciosos.
Realmente pude descansar tranquilamente durante 5 dias que nem tive vontade de sair de lá pra mais nada. Tinha muita opção do que fazer por lá. Incrivel
Cama boa, limpeza excelente e sempre deixavam o quarto com um cheirinho maravilhoso.
Recomendo muitooo e com ctz voltarei mais vezes

Os quartos são muito confortáveis, limpeza excelente, colchões muito bons, possui vista para o mar e dá para curtur a varanda com rede. Guarda vidas e segurança excelente. Comida é de excelente qualidade, com muita variação e etiquetas para alimentos sem lactose, sem glúten. Temos uma sugestão muito importante para fazer, a INCLUSÃO de informação da quantidade se SÓDIO nos alimentos, isso é muito importante para pessoas com necessidades especiais e condições crônicas. Sugiro que equipe do restaurante seja mais assertiva no aspecto da preparação de alimentos sem sal quando solicitada com antecedência, pois desde a reserva, no check in, como também com os responsáveis pelo restaurante, nutrição e chef de cozinha, enfim informamos a todos da necessidade da dieta especial para meu filho de 5 anos e não fomos atendidos com a eficiência e qualidade necessária. Infelizmente isso trouxe transtorno e preocupação durante nossas férias programadas com muita antecedência, chegando a ter de esperar por volta de 1 hora para um peixe grelhado sem sal, com toda informação dada corretamente e antecipadamente, ou seja, uma criança de 5 anos ter de compreender que tinha de continuar esperando e que não podia comer toda aquela comida maravilhosa. Uma situação de constrangimento que poderia ter sido facilmente evitada pela comunicação adequada e eficiência da equipe do restaurante. Espero que não se repita com outras pessoas, visto a expectativa de excelência do serviço de um resort.

Foi uma ótima experiência nesse resort com muitas opções de lazer. Quarto confortável, piscinas e restaurante muito bom. O ponto alto da nossa estadia foi a massagem realizada no Spa do hotel, com acesso à jacuzzi e piscina aquecida! Única sugestão é melhorar o isolamento acústico do cinema, pois os shows que são realizados no ambiente ao lado interferem no áudio do filme.
