False advertising saying it's a resort when it's a condominium, amazing pool, friendly staff, not too happy when the room I rented had a leak in the ceiling bathroom and also leak from the shower door. Thankfully the owners changed the apartment for us.

Some kitchen staff it was a bit rude, we were waiting around 1:30hs after asked for food in the dinner, it was a nightmare and the restaurant it was empty.

I book an luxury apartment but it was dirty walls e some damaged electronics.

Quarto possuia muitos itens quebrados. O pet friendly é apenas deixar seu animal dentro do apt. Ele mal pode circular pelas dependencias. Cafe da manha, almoco sao razoaveis, poucas opcoes. Funcionarios parecem que trabalham com raiva. Apenas uma mulher do restaurante (que nao lembro o nome) que foi muito simpatica conosco. O resto sempre trabalhando de carq fechada.

O beach class em geral externamente é maravilhoso, recomendo.
Mas cada apartamento tem uma configuração diferente, por pertencer a vários donos.

No que ficamos, número 3115, (alugada e administrada pelo New Time) os proprietários são muito atenciosos, e o apartamento esta com ótima localização. Contudo, é antigo, sem acessórios devidos para um Flat em família. E nos sentimos enganados sobre a divisão dos quartos. As fotos que apareceram quando fizemos a reserva, mostram uma divisória emtre as camas, dando mais privacidade e conforto. Mas a realidade não era assim. Era apenas um grande quarto, com duas camas perto uma da outra, sem a separação que contava na foto. Tentamos trocar, mas não fomos atendidos.

Sugiro que as fotos sejam autênticas à realidade.

Eu esperava mais do quarto, os móveis eram velhos e desconfortável. O local é um condomínio e acredito que apenas algumas unidades estão a disposição para locação e falta um olhar cuidadoso.
Fechamos o pacote de meia pensão o que não valeu.
Os espaços de uso comum são extremamente bem cuidado.

O condomínio é muito bom para crianças, mas a acomodação deixou muito a desejar. Fui com duas crianças e a televisão sequer funcionou. Não pegava nenhum canal e muitos menos conectava a internet. Telefone sem funcionar e sem contato com recepção. Toalhas de banho muito finas, vaso sanitário bem feio e desgastado, e só disponibilizaram um pano de chão. O apartamento é amplo, mas carente de utensílios melhores de cozinha e de material de cama, mesa e banho. Terminou sendo bom por causa do condomínio em si.

Beach class, não é pousada/hotel, é um condomínio. É muito bonito, confortável e dá para aproveitar bastante as áreas externas. A opção pé na areia, é a cereja do bolo. Mas precisa ficar de olho na maré para ser vantajoso.

Viajei com reserva confirmada pelo hotels.com, e pelo whtsapp da proprietária. Porém a proprietária só liberou nossa entrada na hora em que chegamos frente ao beach class. O rapaz da portaria chegou a dizer que nem tinha reserva, ficamos constrangidos! Mas minutos depois, fomos liberados.

A localização é boa, uber, transfer, ifood, vans de passeios chegam direitinho.

A limpeza deixou muito a desejar.

Checkin é as 14h, mas na recepção tem opção de guardar as malas, e tem banheiro para usar também.

Estadia ótima, porém com algumas questões!

Alugamos um apartamento denominado “luxo” por um valor considerável e nos alocaram inicialmente no 3201, quando chegamos confesso que foi bem decepcionante, o apartamento muito diferente das fotos, banheiro com mofo no teto, portas emperradas, tv torta na parede, enfim, chamei a administradora do apartamento e prontamente nos mudaram para o 6201, e foi uma experiência muito melhor, apartamento mais novo, mais limpo e com decoração e móveis muito melhores, vale lembrar que cada apto é de pessoa física, então a qualidade vai variar!
Fica a orientação pra quem nunca foi, peçam para ver o apartamento antes para não ter a surpresa que tivemos!
Por fim, ressalto que a administração entendeu nossa situação e se prontificou em nos colocar em um apartamento melhor, oferecendo até o bangalô, quanto a isso, estão de parabéns!

Foram ótimos dias! O resort é maravilhoso! Uma piscina gigante em frente à praia, funcionários atenciosos e bom café da manhã. O meu apartamento era de uma pessoa física e não tive o contato para falar de pequenas coisas (como lâmpada queimada e ar condicionado de um dos quartos sem funcionar, além de blackouts não segurarem o sol). Mas o lugar é tão gostoso que superou essas questões. Recomendo!

O bangalô tem um otimo espaço. As camas sao confortaveis e ele e muito bem equipado. Os problemas que encontramos foi o bangalô sujo quando chegamos. Precisamos esperar a limpeza que atrasou para depois podermos entrar. A parede do quarto onde os meus filhos ficaram estava com uma grande infiltração. Tao grande que estava molhando a cama que estava encostada na parede. O ar-condicionado da sala não estava funcionando direito.

Serviço de Restaurante Decepcionante, mas Área de.

A experiência com o restaurante terceirizado foi abaixo das expectativas. A qualidade das refeições e o atendimento ficaram aquém do esperado, o que me fez questionar se realmente vale a pena optar pela pensão completa.

Por outro lado, a área de lazer é o ponto alto da estadia. Com espaços amplos e bem cuidados, é ideal para famílias, grupos de amigos e especialmente crianças, garantindo momentos agradáveis.

O apartamento, embora bem estruturado e confortável, apresentou a necessidade de algumas pequenas manutenções para melhorar a experiência.

Foram poucos dias, más muito agradaveis. O Flat é muito confortável, limpo, a estrutura do resort é excelente, o restaurante é muito bom, café da manha otimo e refeicoes tambem, super bem servidas e saborosas, e a praia na frente de facil acesso, e com estrutura. Super recomendo e voltaremos!

O local é muito bom, vc fica isolado tal como num resort. Limpeza e comodidade é a cara do lugar, falta diversão. Mesmo assim recomendo. Se vc quer ficar num resort este é o lugar perfeito com preço acessível. Café da manhã e serviço de bar na piscina e na praia muito bom com preço justo.

Condomínio lindíssimo mas não é hotel

Não refere se a estrutura hoteleira em si. Deveria ficar mais claro na reserva. O condomínio de apartamentos e bangalôs é lindo bem cuidado e enorme. Mas as habitações são antigas, escuras. Paguei pelo café da manhã mas absolutamente não vale, é muiiiito simples e sem opções. Sobretudo é longe do comércio. Então não me restou mta opção. Quem se organizar sugiro fazer no próprio apartamento que tem microondas e geladeira e utensílios.
