Issue #1 - The first room they provided had zero view of pool, ocean or even a coconut tree … our view was the side of the adjacent building and the parking van lot in the building furthest away from pool and beach … they did relocate us to a ocean view room in the building closest tot the beach which we appreciated.
Issue #2 - the room key access panel had issues … we had to “recharge” the room key 7 times in the first 2 of 3 days of our stay … they eventually replaced the door lock at the end of the 2nd day of our stay
Issue #3 - the booking room photos showed a kitchenette how zero utensils, dishware, or cookware were provided or available … no microwave … we are very disappointed we could not even make some coffee or toast

Very disappointed. They down grade our room without telling us. impossible to communicate. Very far and expensive to go to twon. Room does not have some necessary staff like chair, sofa and such. Over charged us for 2 days because they fail to make the change in the time they allowed. Over all very disappointed.

Hotel decadente. Estrutura precisando de reforma urgente, precisamos trocar de apto pq a fechadura da porta não funcionava, em seguida fomos surpreendidos por hóspedes entrando no nosso quarto com o cartão com mesmo número de quarto, demoram de repor alimentos no café da manhã e na janta, janta sem café porque as máquinas de café estavam quebradas, chaves desprogramavam sozinhas e ficava esperando 30 minutos, aguardando um único técnico p/ vim abrir o apto. Enfim, não volto mais.

A qualidade do café da manhã poderia ser bem melhor, considerando o preço da diária. Vale comparar (benchmark) com outros hotéis similares em Porto de Galinhas.
A mercearia que vende produtos na entrada estava com problema de ar condicionado faz algum, sem uma solução definitiva.
No checkout pediram para eu ir ao restaurante para pegar a nota fiscal, no que me recusei.
O pessoal não computava os gastos com o Frigobar , eu tive que buscar na memória o consumo de todos os dias da estadia.
Finalmente, não recebi uma nota fiscal ou RPS da estadia, disseram que isto seria responsabilidade da agência. Algo novo para mim, que sempre viajo a trabalho.
Enfim, não me cabe voltar.

o lugar é lindo, bem localizado, quartos amplos e arejados, mas mobilia velha e cansada de uso, tive problema com a TV e a geladeira, mas o serviço de manutenção foi agil no atendimento. O atendimento na recepção foi pessimo, demorado, o pessoal sem tato ou treinamento pra lidar com atendimento, trabalhando de má vontade.

Terrible resort, do not go there! Broken door to apartment , broken door to balcony that was not possible to close, dirty apartment , used water bottles left in refrigerator , one small tv in bedroom, no tv at all in living room etc etc.

Minha estadia foi de razoável para ruim, apartamento oferecia cozinha que não possuía nenhum utensílio (prato, garfo, panela), sala que não tem televisão, unica coisa que usei foi o quarto, porta do banheiro lotada de formiga, passei o tempo todo matando formigas (grandes), uma geladeira que não tinha como usar, pois estava lotada de produtos para serem vendidos, o condomínio na sua parte externa era bonito, piscinas bonitas, mas o café da manhã também não agradou, a praia de Muro Alto sem comentários muito bonita.

Não foi legal minha estadia. Fiquei no terceiro andar, elevador quebrado, sem telefone no quarto, sem shampoo, frigobar sem comida e sem agua. Solicitei edredom a tarde e só entregaram a noite quando pedi novamente.

Já sou cliente do Marulhos, e adoro o local, o que me chamou a atenção foi o mau estado de conservação do hotel. Armário danificado, uma aparência de descaso, o bar da praia desativado fedendo a mofo, sinais claros de má gestão do patrimônio. O restaurante não poderia ficar de fora, apesar do atendimento excelente da funcionária, a qualidade e quantidade dos alimentos deixou muito a desejar. Espero que melhore logo, pois o lugar é maravilhoso, muito lindo mesmo, já foi o melhor Resort da região, mas está precisando de uma manutenção urgente para recuperar sua qualidade

Se diz “resort” mas na verdade é um condomínio com famílias com apartamentos particulares. A bagunça na área da piscina é gigante, com crianças correndo pra todo lado / utilizando piscinas de adultos, caixas de som pra todo lado e gritos. Não é um lugar para relaxar. Apartamentos básicos e antigos pelo preço absurdo, falta uma boa reforma no “hotel” inteiro. Áreas comuns (restaurantes, recepção...) sem ar condicionado, comida ruim que nos deixou de estômago ruim! A maior insatisfaçao foi com o cafe da manha oferecido, no geral alimentos ruins.Apresentaçao horrivel dos rechaud, demora na reposicao de louças e talheres. Ainda bem que nao adquiri all inclusive. Ótima estrutura, porém poucos funcionários têm que se desdobrar para dar conta de tudo. Não existe entretenimento nem mesmo em alta temporada, pois são apenas 2 pessoas para entreter todo o hotel 24h por dia, aí fica impossível!!!!
