Easy to find, easy walk to the bus station and easy walk (or tram) from the train station (for tram/bus tickets I recommend using the official moj ZET app).

Didn't meet the host in person but his communication was excellent, key in a lock box, all very easy. Room itself was surprisingly nice, obviously recently refurbished. Spotless, comfortable, nice hot shower. WiFi not super strong but OK for basic use. For a solo traveller it was a great room.

Happy to recommend and would stay again.

Amazing stay! Although we here for one night, Oliver made it feel like home! Perfect recommendations, super close to the train stop to go right into city center and right next to the bus station for any long term bus rides/flixbus. Highly recommend, perfect rooms with a comfortable bed, bathroom super clean. Water pressure and all was amazing. 10/10!!

Excellent accommodation, very close to train and bus stations, but in a lovely quiet location. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with everything that we needed. Very efficient air conditioning which was a must with the weather being so hot during our stay. Oliver was very knowledgeable and helpful, would not hesitate to stay here again

As a solo traveller I usually aim for a 3/4 star chain hotel, so as a 1st experience of a guesthouse setup I may never look back, it was clean and accessible even though I arrived late, the room was everything I would expect, close to the tram & bus station, Oliver was a wonderful host and, if I get back to Zagreb I would stay there again

Oliver the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms were functional and clean and good value for money. The rooms are located close to the tram lines and we had easy access to see the sights of Zagreb. There we lovely little bakeries nearby where we could get breakfast. All in all an enjoyable stay

Perfect for solo travellers!

Great place to stay for a solo female traveller as I didn’t want to stay in a hostel and it was a very reasonable price and I felt very safe. Helpful location for the bus station but was easy to get round Zagreb. Lovely room and bathroom. Very helpful and friendly service :)

Fantastic rooms with really beautiful design and decor.
It's 2 mins walk to the bus station and 20 mins walk to the railway station / start of the tourist area of the town. So easily walkable everywhere. There's also trams 1 min away.
Oliver is fantastic, helpful and checkin/out is super easy.
Room was lovely and cosy - there was ice outside but inside was toasty warm!
Would stay here again!

My room at LogIn was clean and modern; there was A/C and all the bathroom appliances looked new. It's a short walk to the train station (15 minutes) and an even shorter walk to the bus station and several of the more convenient tram lines (5 minutes). Even though I arrived around midnight, the owner greeted me and walked me through the details in person. The neighborhood is pretty residential, i.e., extremely safe and walkable if a little light in food / drink options, but it's easy to get to places with more going on.

Overall, not somewhere huge and fancy with a ton of amenities, but a modern, clean, convenient place that's a great base from which to explore the rest of the city.

I loved this place! Highlight of my trip.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was a high point in my trip.
The room was so great and comfortable.
Although it was 2 twin beds pushed together.
The wifi was so fast, I was able to skype my friends.
The TV was nice, I watched a few movies and relaxed in bed.
The bathroom was great and the shower products were good quality.
They even had a shaver outlet that outputs 110v electricity.
The terrace was a great place to relax.
And the staff were all just so nice and friendly and helpful.
The location is a bit off putting, it's kind of far away from the city center so you'll have to take the tram. But it's ok, just buy some tickets from any tabacco shop and you can ride it. Be careful because I did get ticket checked on the tram.
Although this place is super close to the international bus station. You could even walk there.
But it is not close to the international train station.
They had a hot water boiler and tea and coffee and cups.
They had a mini bar, in the mini fridge.
It's kind of in a residential neighborhood so there aren't any convenience stores or restaurants super close by.
I would absolutely book this place again.

Would Recommend - Clean and Nice

Affordable, clean, and in a safe location. Only bummer is finding a place to park the rental car without the hassle of getting a ticket you have to then go to a post office to pay off. We lucked out and found a free spot across the street then stressed about the extremely tight parking but it all worked out. Would definitely recommend this place especially if you don't have a rental car variable. Eating spots within walking distance.

I liked the bathroom which was very modern and clean. The hotel was a 3 min walk from the bus terminal and the location suited us as we used the bus to go to Plitvice Lakes and the airport. Taking a tram to Zagreb town centre was a straightforward option. The owner was very helpful and let us check in early before noon. He also recommended a restaurant in Zagreb and it was very good.

We expected more from the staff. The service (they aren't a Hotel) is quite isolated and we got lost trying to get back to it from the Bus Station. We found a used Sticking plaster in our bedding. The 'Blackout Curtains ' aren't. The parking is on the street. We won't be back.

Gorgeous bathroom and convenient location

Ante was amazing - he emailed us prior to our visit to ask when we would be arriving and greeted us at the front desk. The building was easy to find once we figured out how Croatian addresses work. We were able to park our rental car close to the building. The area seemed safe and quiet. Ante gave us a personalized map with interesting things to see in Zagreb, showed us where the public transit station was if we wanted to use it, and told us where to find amazing local food. The room was immaculate and beautiful, with a comfortable queen bed and a stand-up shower. There were toiletries provided and some snacks in the mini bar. We didn't try to use the wifi, but it was available. Log In Rooms is walking distance from a Konzum (grocery/convenience store) and Tommy's (market/grocery), so we were able to grab snacks and water easily. We did not use public transportation, choosing instead to walk everywhere after the long (10-12 hour) international flight. Also within walking distance: Juice Bar (omelettes and croissants for breakfast) and Submarine Burgers (for a late night snack of sliders after we walked around). Some quirks about Croatia that we grew to love were: 1) hotel keys sometimes control the electricity in the room, so if you're planning to split up for sightseeing, you might need two keys; and 2) the bedding is split into two - two comforters and sheet sets rather than one big one. We will be returning to Zagreb, and we will definitely be staying here again!

Great location if you are arriving/departing Zagreb Bus Station (10 minute walk) and to airport. Numerous tram lines to city (15 minutes) and Jarun Lake (30 minutes) run from stop near hotel.
In quiet area with small cafes, restaurants, bakery and Tommy Mini Supermarket. Inside the compact rooms are totally modern with high tech features. The bathroom feels like a mini spa with a zen touch. Great lighting including in the closet. Air conditioning worked well. There is an outdoor patio with seating at front of property. Friendly staff. Good base to explore Zagreb.

Very nice location, just a few blocks from tram to downtown. 24 hour bakery around the corner made for a great fast and inexpensive breakfast. the lady who checked me in gave me plenty tips about where to go in zagreb and gave me a map and handy guide.
the room was small but it suite me ,the bathroom was compact but it was georgous!
interent tv was great with netflix and you tube apps.
wifi was good and air con was fine too.

You get what you pay for, and this place was really affordable so...

+ Really nice lady at the front desk. She stayed up late to welcome us, shared great tips about the city. If we had stayed longer, she would help even more I'm sure.
+ AC worked well, which was essential!
+ Generally clean room
+ Location is fine, but you need to be fine with 15min walk before reaching anything
CONs:
- Tiny tiny room
- Bed and pillows below average, bed not even properly made
- Transparent blinds, i.e. not dark room
- Poor wifi connectivity
- No food at all (Hilton nearby or local bakeries were good alternatives though)

Perfect spot to catch the bus in Zagreb

The location is great if you're using Zagreb bus station. We walked to the station, with our luggage, to catch the bus to Budapest.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Our room was a good size for an overnight stay, and had a balcony looking over the street (although not much to look at from the balcony).

Staff were very friendly and accomodating! Our A/C was playing up, and there were very quick to respond and fix it.

Clean Rooms Basic Ameneties.

It is a nice cozy hotel in about 8 minute drive to the center. We were told you can walk for 20 minutes to get to center which I think is not possible. Rooms are very clean a bit small bathroom also a bit small. Not much around locally. Parking is OK but during working days some restrictions which not an issue you can find a spot. Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Good choice for a short stay in Zagreb if you don’t want to be in the center. I booked here just to have free parking and also could visit plitvice and lake bled which worked out well. Overall good choice but don’t expect too high. I guess good value for what you pay, no breakfast options as well and nothing much around. No refill of tea and coffee or even shampoos during our stay. We didn’t complain cause we had no time for that.

The room was very nicely decorated, however way smaller than we expected. Moreover, there was a little bit of sewer smell coming from the bathroom at some point (this was due to the heavy rain we thought, so maybe just circumstantial).
On the other hand the service was really great, the staff was very helpful and seemed willing to assist us with everything we needed.

Lovely hotel, perfect for a solo traveler (probably for solo travelers or young couples only). It got all what I consider the basics: clean room, good and safe location and a boiler (but bring your own coffee). One thing to keep in mind before booking: the reception desk is not open 24/7, so you need to contact the hotel in advance if you are arriving in an odd hour.

Convenient location (just 3 minutes walk to the main bus station). The room is clean and tidy. Staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for short stay in Zagreb

A little suburban gem

I chose Log-In Rooms initially because on the map it looked very close to the Zagreb bus station, where I had to catch an 8:00 am bus to Germany the next morning. I was indeed right—the station was a 5-minute walk away! What I hadn’t expected was the exceptionally welcoming reception at the house (a more accurate description of the lodging than “hotel”) and the clean, modern and hi-tech look of the rooms there. The house is located in what is clearly a local neighborhood, which might be a bit daunting to the first-time visitor to Zagreb, but the host had extensive descriptions of where to go and how to get there using the very inexpensive public transportation of Zagreb. The host also provides a map of the city, and for those who enjoy using a map to explore their new setting, the very heart of Zagreb is only a comfortable, enjoyable 20-minute walk away. I can heartily recommend Log-In Rooms to travelers to Zagreb!
