The room was a bit tight but clean. Bathroom tub was high and not convenient for senior.. We had breakfast and the patron kept reminding us to pay for it when checking out!! Leaving the restaurants she told us she will be there till 10;30 and upn checking out while in line to pay she rushed to the receptionist to tell them we had breakfast!! Weird behavior!

We stayed for two nights—Thursday and Friday. The room was good, with a clean bathroom and a firm mattress. The hotel staff also helped with our medical needs. The first night went really well.

However, our room was located directly above a night club, and we felt vibrations from the throbbing bass sounds until 4:00 a.m. on Friday night / Saturday morning. We called the front desk, but they said there was nothing they could do. It seems the building is shared with multiple businesses.

I also mentioned this upon check-out, but I received a very mechanical apology, and the staff member told me she would inform the landlord. If they were already aware of this issue, the hotel should not have assigned that room—especially for a Friday night.

If anyone stays at this hotel on a weekend, make sure your room is not above the club.

The view from our room (2nd floor, last room on the left) was unpleasant.

I found the management team to be rude. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in or out of the hotel; the only one to greet us was the housekeeping staff on the 2nd floor. My roots come from Croatia, and I was very disappointed; the breakfast was very expensive for what was on the buffet menu.

Amazing stay at the Sheraton Zagreb. As a loyal Bonvoy member, this hotel did not disappoint. Really enjoyed the spacious room, the wellness centre with three saunas and a pool, the ease of walkability to the old town and down town. The staff were super lovely and very welcoming. The check in and check out process was very smooth. The only downfall is you can see the wear and tear of the place and needs renovations which are being done gradually. But that doesn’t take away from how lovely the stay was. Definitely book here if you’re in Zagreb.

They don’t have enough staff on reception. Initially one person at checkout time. Who was a trainee. Check in wasn’t much better. We had to ask the concierge to get more staff out. Then they kept coming and going, doing nothing for another 5 minutes.
Also couldn’t get laundry done on a Tuesday.

An immaculate modern comfortable hotel a 5 min walk to the center of the city, trains & buses with impeccable service at an incredible good price. Maja at the front desk was fantastic as were both drivers the hotel arranged to take us to and from the airport. Great gym, pool, buffet breakfast. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in the future.

We had a fantastic 5-star stay at the Sheraton Zagreb. The location is excellent—just a short 10-minute walk to Ban Jelačić Square, making it easy to explore the heart of the city. The hotel offers great amenities; we especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, gym, and spa area, all of which were well-maintained and relaxing. We also opted for the breakfast buffet, which was both convenient and offered a nice variety of options. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We liked it so much that we booked another night for the day before our departure back to the U.S. Would absolutely stay here again!

Check in was slow and I wanted to pay with cash on arrival which I was told I couldn’t and that I had to give a card to hold the room then I paid with cash on check out when I would have preferred not to have had that cash in my room for my stay,didn’t make sense and reception staff not too friendly.

Stayed here for 2 nights in June. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast spread had a wide variety to choose from along with halal options, if one is looking for them.
The pool and spa facilities were excellent, specially for hot summer days to relax in the afternoon.
Location was good and walkable distance from every where. I would recommend this place!

We had a 1 night stay in this luxury hotel. The room was spacious and lucurious. A nice swimming pool and a sauna. The breakfast is outstanding compared to others. The hotel is enormous and accepts tourbuses. As a result, the breakfast room can be hectic. Go early.

The hotel is clean and located relatively close to the center.

The breakfast is varied and delicious, which is an advantage.

A big disadvantage is the parking, which, although it has many places, has a very high rate: 20 euros per day or 2 euros per hour. In the vicinity of the hotel, parking costs 13 euros per day. We asked the Sheraton hotel staff about the rates in the city before we parked there and were told that they are uniform everywhere, which does not seem like an honest explanation.

There are other hotels that offer similar conditions at more affordable prices, have parking included or cheaper and are even better positioned. It would be ideal if the reception staff paid more attention to the needs of the customers. I must mention that we have extensive experience in the tourism industry.

Very nice hotel located in a good area. Housekeeping was good and room clean. Breakfast generally good selection of items catering for all sorts. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. About 15 minute walk into centre and 5 minutes to the train station. One thing that was disappointing was I emailed the hotel a few days before I arrived to ask them to arrange a taxi from airport and no one responded.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, nice breakfast.
They lose a star however.

The day before we left I received an email from the Sheraton saying we could continue to use the Wellness centre after check out and my son was looking forward to a swim.
When we checked out I tried to confirm this was ok with the lady on reception. She asked a supervisor before saying no..we couldn't use the facilities...resulting in an unhappy boy.

This property was very convenient to be able to walk and see the historic parts of Zagreb. The room was enormous and all conveniences were provided, including hairdryer shampoo, etc. there was lots of place to store things and a handy bathrobe to keep me warm. They had a very nice breakfast buffet with lots of fruit.

I was really pleased with the Sheraton Zagreb. We arrived very late, 2am, but the staff were very welcoming, nevertheless. The room we had was very comfortable, we were 3 people, but still plenty of space and well-appointed. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff, especially Dragica, were so nice and friendly. This hotel has a great spa with a very nice indoor pool, which was especially welcome after a hot day’s sightseeing in very hot Zagreb, they were having a terrible heatwave! Would definitely recommend to fellow travelers 👍👍👍

A wonderful 5 nights stay in Zagreb at the Sheraton! The hotel is conveniently located for restaurants and grocery stores. There are stops by the hotel for trams to take you to main sites. Transportation is very cheap! Less than one euro for buses and the tram. However, we walked everywhere during our stay. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the centre and roughly the same time to get to the bus station for the airport bus.
The hotel was comfortable and looked very fresh having been recently renovated. Nice breakfast buffet to start the morning and the leisure suite was something to look forward to after a day of doing the sites.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Zagreb.
