Property was centrally located. Reception was largely unstaffed during our stay. Receptionist tried to charge double the tax on arrival and later argued that this was a misunderstanding when challenged. Towels provided would have been inadequate as hand towels. Shower was tiny and doors broken. Wallpaper in rooms was peeling off. All in all I would avoid if other options are available.

The location is good, decoration is nice, and the staff, especially Kristina who hosted us, was very pleasing. But the place needs a serious air-conditioning -- the rooms were very hot and there was no ventilator. That is why no one could really spend time at the hostel besides sleeping when the weather gets cooler.

Hostel not accurately reviewed. 9-10 rooms sharing one shower and 2 very small \"toilet rooms\". Beds were extremely uncomfortable and pillow almost nonexistent. No towels in \"toilet room\". Towel they give you is a large wash cloth. To top it off, our room (#6) had bed bugs and we ended up leaving after our 2nd of 3 nights to get new hotel room after we discovered bites all over our bodies and while packing our stuff up, inspected mattress to see bed bug full of blood. I do not usually review and am very relaxed about room choices but was shocked at all the 9-10 point reviews. Feel that it is totally inaccurate and misleading. Pluses do include location and cost which are amazing, but is far outweighed by negatives. I would not recommend at all.

Inez is super enthusiastic and helpful! She gave us recommendations of things to do around Zagreb and made us feel welcome at the hostel. The rooms are cute and comfy (even the mattress, unless we were too tired to notice haha). Only complaints are the walls are thin so it’s easy to hear neighbors inside and outside, and there’s no a/c. Oh, and the shower is a little funky... you have to hold the spout with one hand while you use it because it’s not attached to the wall.

The hotel is very central, just minutes away from the cathedral & some decent resteranuts. The lady who checked in was friendly and helpful. Tea & coffee is included. The rooms are basic but done out nice. The only issue was with the lock.on the toilet door which jammed numerous times. Overall good value for money.

The hostel reception is only open from 2-11pm, we however were late getting there as our bus from Split was delayed, by the time we got to the hostel it was 11:30 and no one was there. Luckily I was able to contact via the emergency line on WhatsApp and the owner had expected we would call late so she left the room open and prepared for when we'd get there. Ines was a great help and was so friendly.

The hostel was located right in the city centre which was very handy. Staff were really friendly and helpful and when we arrived they straight away gave us a map and pointed out some restaurants, tourist places and the starting point of the walking tour. Bathrooms were very clean as was the bedroom. Kitchen was small but had everything bar a cooker.

Easy to find, great recommendations from Ines on what to do and where to eat. Walking distance from most landmarks. The position of the double bed in the room meant you have to be both short and very slim to access from both sides. We ended up moving it and it was better but then showed all the cobwebs that were otherwise hidden. It's missing a few things that they could sort easily like a mirror and lamp in the room and bathmats for the communal showers. As the location is so great and right next to the cathedral I'd suggest taking ear plugs as it chimes every 15 minutes. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Clean and close to everything
As the name states it's smack bang in the centre of town, bars and food is a 5 minute walk tops and having a cathedral just behind it makes it easy to locate on the stumble home. The rooms are and air con is available. Only thing I would say is that the shower is a bit crap but it works

You are close to the action. The main square, the cathedral, upper and lower streets are walking distances. Just out of the building there is an attraction, Croatian music bands playing in the afternoon. Trams, buses, taxis if you plan of going somewhere is within a few minutes walk. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Vi kom for en enkelt overnatning og forventede ikke det store. Desværre kunne vi ikke sove om natten, da der var et stort hul i madrassen samt var sengen knækket. Derudover var der ikke gjort rent. Nummeret man bliver bedt ringe på, hvis ikke der var åbent gik på telefonsvareren. Det andet nummer var ikke gyldigt. Dog har det en fantastisk beliggenhed!

Huone oli perussiisti, tosin ylimääräinen viltti oli täynnä hiuksia. Huoneeseen kuuluu käytävältä ja muista huoneista kaikki äänet läpi. Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä, sillä kaikki on lähellä. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli vaikeaa eikä hostellilta tullut mitään ennakko ohjeita sitä varten. Olimme oven takana tasan kahdelta kun sisäänkirjautumisen piti alkaa, mutta työntekijöitä ei ollut paikalla.
