A perfect stay! The whole experience was great, with the cabin being amazing, veeeery clean and well equipped, and the staff very helpful and kind. They also give you a newspaper with all the details you may need for your stay which was a great touch. Bonus points for the Kumama restaurant on location which had incredible brunch and dinner options.
The location of the cabins is incredible inside the park and next to the river and you can see elks and other animals daily. It’s a 5-10 min drive to the town of Jasper and we mainly took taxis although you can walk (30-40mins) but we didn’t want to have any animal encounters. We’d definitely stay again and hope to do so soon!

The room in the lodge was average and felt significantly overpriced for what was provided. Although the property was not fully booked, no room upgrade was offered. When I asked about getting ice, I was told the ice machine was located across the park, which was quite inconvenient given that we were staying in the lodge. Overall, the experience did not match the price paid.

The cabin is fair size with a samll kitchen. The curtains can't be fully closed in the middle, which made me felt uncomfortable. I saw a huge dead mosquito (about 1 inch size) on the widow cell when we got into the room. There was dust on the bathroom door and other places. Very cold during nights and no blanket available. I had to wear a hat and put bath towel and jacket over the comfort to keep warm. The fire wood was easy to light a fire outside in the pit behind our cabin. Although the hotel located on a river bank, but ther eis nothing to see.

This hotel is absolutely stunning and you really do forget that you're part of a hotel with each little bungalow. We had the river view cabin which was incredible, we could see the water from the windows of the cabin and even further onto the shoreline at the other side. Each cabin has its own parking space which was super convenient especially with the truck we were driving. The fire pits were a welcome addition and the complimentary fire wood was a lovely touch which we enjoyed thoroughly.
The abundance of wildlife in the grounds is also incredible, we woke up to an Elk every morning as well as squirrels and gophers.

We had a lovely stay in one of the river front lodges - so cosy! The location is great, and proximity to everything else in Jasper whilst having the river on your doorstep is perfect. Staff were really helpful and responsive, and the on site shop and restaurant were ideal. Really looking forward to coming back!

We had a great time at The Pine Bungalows! It felt like we were staying in a little wood cabin doll house. It was quite spacious and had a personal fire pit outside with a complimentary bag of firewood. The staff was great too. My 4 year old got to go on a treasure hunt organized by the front staff. The groundskeeper was kind and kept us informed re: bear sitings. And, the food! We went to Kumama many times including just for dessert. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location and quaint cabins. Reception staff seemed distracted and indifferent. Three requests for hypoallergenic bedding were ignored and I ended up having a sleepless night due too feather allergies.

Amazing place to stay in Jasper that has the feel of being remote but is a stones throw from Jasper town. We stayed in a King Cabin and it was extremely comfortable, clean and cosy. They kindly provide fire wood each day for using the fire outside, and you can buy s’mores kits in the reception. The restaurant (Kumama) on site is amazing and some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend and would stay again

I was able to bring my mom and aunt for a visit again to Pine Bungalows after they began visiting in the late 40’s when the property was under the ownership of the Walkendons. They enjoyed reminiscing and trying to map out where the original cabins were located. It would have been nice to see images preserved from the original cabins, and if we find any from their childhood we will send

The room is spacious and has a rustic feel to it with wooden cladding all around - it makes you feel like you're away at summer camp! Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and we loved the creative newsletter provided with useful information and interesting pieces about the property.

We enjoyed our two-night stay. It was a nice location for seeing the sites around Jasper and the north side of the Icefields Parkway. It's a bit more rustic than the other places we stayed on this trip - as they mention, there isn't a TV or wifi (except in the lodge). We loved the scenic views from our bungalow. They give you wood everyday so you can have a fire in the firepit outside your room. They will also light a fire at the firepit near the lodge if you prefer that someone else do it for you. There is a small restaurant on site but we mostly ate out and about during our travels.
