The hotel is very low level, everything in the room is the cheapest, the rooms are small, the whole hotel is on the first floor, you have to pay more for a sea view On the one hand it's good, the view of the sea is beautiful, but no one said that there is a parking lot in front of the windows The noise continued all night, even with the window closed.There is not a single hanger in the room... All the towels are very old, washed hundreds of times...There is no kettle or coffee machine... To boil water you have to go to the reception The only advantage of this hotel is that you cross the road and go straight to the beach...The staff is very nice and especially Lena

Not a 7.2 rating all a lie

This was rated a 7.2 star however this was NOT the case. First, we had to argue for parking because they wanted to charge us instead of honoring the fact that it says free parking but that wasn’t the end of it. When we got to the place the whole hotel REEKED of cigarettes and our room was no better in fact it smelled of mildew and sewage. The bedding was also dirty as there was a red stain on our pillow. In the bathroom there was no hand soap and everything just seemed old and used. The safe where we wanted to keep our valuables was also a joke as someone could have easily just carried it out. The curtains were also see through so I did not feel comfortable changing in our room and there was no blackout curtain. My fiancé and I skipped our last night stay as we both were not comfortable and did not feel safe leaving our belongings there a minute longer. It’s safe to say this was not a 7.2 rating hotel. And the pictures are a lie.

Good location but needs a little fresh air

Great location, so close to the Bat Yam beach and a pleasant (long but comfortable) walk to Jaffa. With only 3 spaces, free parking can be a challenge. It's a no smoking hotel, yet the hotel staff fill the hotel with smoke non-stop. Pool table needs so repairs.

This hotel is located overlooking the Mediterranean. Our surprise was the reception desk was up one flight of stairs with no elevator. The first room was not ready so they found a different room. The hotel parking was secure but with limited spaces. The room was clean but very simple although included a fridge. The staff were very helpful.

It is a clean property. We got ocean view. DEFINETELY not in Tel Aviv!!! When we did a search for a hotel in Tel Aviv close to the ocean, this property popped up so we assumed it was it Tel Aviv and is no where near Tel Aviv, it is located in another town. It took a 50 minute taxi ride from the airport with mininum traffic. Very disappointed of location

I'm supposed to be in a non-smoking room but because the hallway and lobby area reek with cigarette smoke, it goes into my room. I gave to spray Fabreze at least twice a day to get rid of the odor.

It's not \"boutique\" at all...

I was really disappointed when I entered Elis Boutique Hotel. It doesn't look like hotel at all. I would call it more as \"motel\". Hotel's staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Nikita and Misha. Our room didn't have much of the storage space. There were three small shelves only. The room was small. We slept on two twin beds that were put together but they kept coming apart. Our room was cleaned every day. For travelers who have cat allergies be aware. There is a cat wondering around the hotel. There is a limited parking for one car only in the back yard. But it's not guaranteed. This place is ideal for groups. They serve very light breakfast which we did not try . There are lots of cafes around the hotel.

Nice hotel. You can ho for a walk everyday.

To summarize it...... it was FANTASTIC!!! Awesome amd quiet place. A lot of options when it comes to food. The beach is clean. People are friendly.

Not bad and next to the beach

The rooms are old and old decoration, very simple old furniture, but that’s what you get for how much you paid for.
Not recommended for families with kids
The cleaning staff didn’t speak a word of English otherwise the receptionist.
The breakfast it’s a joke.
It deserves one star or may be 2, if they improve the rooms style and the breakfast choices.

Cute boutique hotel right by the beach

The staff at Elis was very friendly. I got upgraded to a seaside view which was beautiful. The room was not overly spectacular, but was clean and spacious enough for my needs. Parking was problematic, but that was my experience all across Tel Aviv, not just at the hotel. The beach is right across the way with a few different shops and restaurants near by. Overall, good location, friendly staff, and a nice enough place.

Super-nice manager who carried our heavy suitcases up the stairs (because there was no elevator.) Small, plain, adequate room in an interesting Russian part of town across from the beach.

Close to the Beach!

This hotel is very well located on the beach front. The general area and the building appears a little older. The boardwalk area was busy with joggers, etc, and was safe. Breakfast is brought to the room which was a nice touch. The staff were very nice.

Let me tell you what is good about this hotel-absolutely nothing, except location and hallway.
In room 215 you will have a choice to plug in a power outlet refrigerator or tv . Also was no frame for mattresses and they was right on a floor. I don't want even to speak about towels and \"continental\" breakfast

Totally inconvenient for people with disabilities, elevator doesn't exist . disappointing info about continental breakfast-hotel limited you with 2 tiny slices of cheese, 1 boiled egg if it will be available (management told us that they run out of them-i ask them whole country run out of eggs or hotel), 2 tiny slices of bread and limited cup of coffee or tea. No cereal, no milk no yogurt. Also was no refrigerator in the room,like management promises you on a website, but was broken night stand and broken faucet in bathroom, towels was so old , that you can see thru them the end of the hallway, at least management never mislead you about location-location was great

I would not suggest this hotel to anyone!! It's localted pretty far away from Tel Aviv downtown but it had major issues. The entrance of the hotel seems very sketchy and the lobby always smelled of cigarette smoke. The room is clean but not nice. The air condition was making noise all the time to an extent that we could not sleep sometimes. Also they charged me 20$ more than what I had signed the bill for which is super unprofessional.

Convenient and clean boutique hotel

For its price this was a very good choice. Decent accommodation and close to the sea. Breakfast wasn't much, but again for the price it was as expected. Staff friendly and helpful. What I did not like was that the room smelt of cigarette smoke when I first entered it. But open windows soon cleared that.

We arrived at Ben Gurion Airport on a very late flight, getting to the hotel after 2 am. The staff was very welcoming and helpful getting us parked in there secure lot which meant we could leave some bags safely in the car. They carried the rest of our bags to our room. The rooms are basic but clean and the breakfast although simple was very attractively served. We were traveling from our winter home in Turkey to our permanent home in the USA and needed a hotel that would accept our Turkish Van cat to stay also.We enjoyed having falafels on whole grain pitas at Falafel Gina a place which they recommended. Ted is very friendly and helpful and we very much appreciated that he programed our rental car GPS back to the airport for us. Very nice Bat YAm location with a sea view--would stay again.

The room was clean and the stuff was more or less friendly, but this is all good things about this place. The room looks different from the ones were posted on the pictures. We had two beds and they were extremely uncomfortable and small! The place is located right on top of the liquor store and has loud and wired crowd downstair. The breakfast we had, made me even more upset about this place: it is not even poor choice, it doesn't have a choice! A slice of cheese, butter and a cup of coffee! What are we playing for?! The place equals to a cheap motel or hostel, however, I've paid 110$ per night! I truly do not recommend this \"hotel\"

The hotel seemed family owned and operated. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was a little tight, but the view was great. Wifi worked and the hotel was secure. Breakfast was decent. Don't get the Turkish-Israeli coffee unless you like tar. I would stay there again.

Room smelled like smoke but otherwise ok

I was only at this hotel from about 7pm until 2:30am, for a few hours of sleep before heading to the airport. The staff were very helpful and made sure we got coffee and some cake at 2:15am since we wouldn't be there for the breakfast offered at the usual hour. Unfortunately, my room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, which significantly downgraded my whole experience there. Also, there was no bedside lamp, so you have to turn off the lights at the wall switch by the door and then move around the room in the pitch dark to get into bed. The walls looked a little beat up. The bed seemed to be a mattress and box spring sitting on the floor, so it was a bit low... not a problem for me, but a less spry person might have found it hard to get up from. Other than the smell of smoke, the room was clean -- no bugs, no mold. The shower was nice, plenty of hot water, good pressure.

The Hotel served its purpose as a base camp. Very friendly staff. They offered to bring breakfast to our room at a pre agreed time - nice touch! Convenient location for the beach and local amenities. Would certainly come again.

One night in Tel Aviv (Bat Yam)

We arrived for one night after two nights in Eilat. Nice little hotel for our restful night before our flight back to the States. Went to Cassis restaurant about a 20 min walk north on the beach. Our room was nice, efficient and clean. Right across from the beach and the staff were very friendly and accommodating (beautiful people from Russia). Served us breakfast in our room at 6AM before our 630AM pick up by taxi. Good TV for English speakers (watched the Eagles kick the Giants tail on MNF at 330AM). The only thing was: that our agreed rate of $110.00 per night, per our agreement with 'Hotels.Com', checked out at $119.86 per night due to and in the staff's words, 'Our exchanged rate is $4.20 ILS (and not the standard daily rate of $3.85 ILS) thus the increase to $119.86). They wouldn't adjust the rate to $110.00 so I'm resolving with the my credit card people. Other than that snafu, I would definitely stay there again. Great location and next to good restaurants and night life in a safe and vibrant neighborhood.

1st off all, Tedd at the front counter was great to deal with. we needed a change in the bed configurations, and he was fast to upgrade our room.
Rooms are newly renovated, nice furniture and very comfortable beds.
We rented a parking spot in their secured gated lot.
Hotel is right on the beach and close to lots of shopping.

Basic but comfortable

We just stopped for 1 night here as it's not too far from the airport and we were arriving after dark. We were lucky to find parking just outside the hotel on the seafront opposite, 20 metres from the hotel. Otherwise the hotel has some paying parking spaces, but outside it seems free from 7pm to 9am, at least in late Sept.
The entrance is up some stairs with no lift, to reception. Our room was small but adequate and quiet with own bathroom. Breakfast was either in our (small) room or in the public area by reception, with a sea view. Breakfast itself was toast, a boiled egg and olives, but with great coffee (we asked for an extra cup). Staff v friendly but not so knowledgeable. We saw in the morning that the beach was just down the cliff from the hotel and had a stroll along, dipping our toes into the warm Med.

Basic hotel close to Beach

I would rated 2 stars not 3 stars hotel. As this is a small family hotel, low level service. They don't have dinning room, so you can eat either in the room or at the reception area. Room is small, breakfast is basic little disappointment but except for the hotel is closed to beach.

Really close to beach.

The location is near the beach. Decent service. However the beds are really small. The walls are really thin so you will hear things from next door. Or they will hear you. Over all if your not planning to stay forever in your room ita not a bad spot.

Very nice staff at the hotel very helpful, nice beaches and places to eat very close. Room was very nice, comfortable ac worked good tv, great internet. But the best part are the staff that work there. It's a little far to walk to tel aviv but bus line 10 is very close and you can go to central bus and train station. Jaffa is a little walk but worth seeing.

It's not a luxurious hotel, it's not in tel aviv, but its not too far away. The first impression can be not the best, but i have never felt like home in a hotel like i did in this one. The reception staff are always ready to help you, specially Ted and the other guy from Ukraine. They made me feel at home and helped me with all my queries and trips. The room is not very big but it's always clean and tidy, the ladies whom do the cleaning don't speak english but are always smiling and friendly. I was in tel aviv for my birthday, they gave me one sea view room with one of the most beautiful sunset i have ever seen. The hotel is located just by the Bat yan beach, such a beautiful beach line, not even in Tel Aviv i saw another beach as nice as this one by this hotel. IF you are looking for a place to relax by the beach, very close to tel aviv, and if you are in a low budget, this is the place to stay, they also give you a nice breakfast that can be served in the room free of charge. I thought i had made a mistake booking this hotel, but at the end, it was the best thing i did. Thank you so much Elis hotel!

Uitstekend ligging, veel geluid.

- Ontbijt stelde niks voor! Enkel sneedjes wit brood, stukjes boter, kaas en confituur met koffie en thee was er aanwezig. Electriciteit valde weg waardoor we pas na het ontbijt koffie uit fe koffiezetapparaat konden drinken.
- Heel veel geluid van rond de omgeving maar ook in hrt hotel zelf, verschillende keren ik de nacht wakker geworden van geluid opnde straat.
+ Vlakbij de strand.
+ Gratis parking iets voorbij hotel.

Без лишних слов и справедливости ради нужно сказать, за эти деньги в Тель Авиве ничего лучше вы не найдёте (февраль 2020). Номера давно нуждающиеся в ремонте, фекальная вонь. В других номерах напротив стойкий запах больницы ! Парковки НЕТ ! Хоть на сайте у отеля есть такая опция. Кругом грязь, крысы, беззастенчивый обман и дикий ценник, даже по меркам Москвы. В результате сильное пищевое отравление и испорченный отдых. Учитывайте всё это в принципе при путешествии в эту \"замечательную\" страну. Мы лично больше туда ни ногой. В отеле из плюсов отмечу наличие какого-никакого завтрака даже в шаббат и политкорректная надпись в холле с флагами.

Очень грязные душевые кабины. Просто противно наступать на пол. По углам, на полу грязь , которая стоит много времени . За такие деньги в Европе можно снять отель 4 звёзды с полным мини баром и идеальным номером. Могу и фото и адрес отправить для интереса . Обслуживание желает быть лучшим. На фотографиях одно а в реальности просто 4 балла из 10

Cheguei no “hotel“ que dizia ter estacionamento e nos mandaram estacionar na rua! E disseram que isso que era o estacionamento. Eu havia reservado o quarto de melhor categoria e me deram a chave de um quarto muito menor. O atendente foi extremamente desrespeitoso quando questionei sobre a não existência de estacionamento e disse pra irmos embora se não tínhamos gostado. E disse que ele mesmo estornaria a reserva. Para a minha surpresa nem o hotel e nem a Hotéis.com estornou a minha diária, mesmo após eu relatar todo esse transtorno. Foi minha última hospedagem com a Hotéis.com

Gracias por permitirme opinar.
El Hotel se presenta en completas ruina por fuera. No hay lobby Y me fue dificil encontrar ayuda.
Finalmente presionando botones , se habrio una puerta y pude hacer contacto con una persona muy poco amable.
Se me dio la habitacion ,limpia pequenia , no lo esperado .
Cuando pregunte por el Parkeo se me dijo que el Hotel no ofrecia parqueo gratis en su oferta.
Enfrente de el Hotel Me castigaron con un Ticket de parqueo.
La persona a cargo esa noche , prometio ayudarme con la cancelacion del ticket.
Bien ,Permaneci 8 noches ahi, y la limpieza de la habitacion fue mediocre.. . El Desayuno , siempre faltante de cafe , habia que hacer el reclamo ,
No regresare a el lugar de 1/2 estrella never.

Hotel simples, para quem quiser mais conforto pague o preço, fica em uma região mais pobre mas como é de frente para a praia não se percebe muito, é um bairro que parece uma comunidade russa, ficamos em duas etapas, escolhi o hotel pelo preço e por conta do estacionamento incluso que consta no anúncio, a primeira estadia, estacionamos em frente ao hotel, mas na rua, como estávamos cansados, acabamos esquecendo de perguntar sobre o estacionamento, no dia seguinte havia uma multa, pois no estacionamento público, somente os cidadãos podem estacionar, mostramos ao recepcionista ( um rapaz loiro) que disse que turista não tinha razão mas que iria tentar cancelar a multa, nos indicou o estacionamento do hotel ( fica em uma área particular atrás do hotel, mas não é do hotel, o hotel tem apenas três vagas nesse espaço) estacionamos lá, quando saímos fizemos o check out da primeira estadia, esse mesmo rapaz disse que havia conseguido cancelar a multa, ficamos muito gratos por isso, na segunda estadia ( três dias após, pois ficamos uns dias na região do mar morto) a recepcionista ( dessa vez uma mulher loira) disse que não tinha vaga disponível no hotel e que era para estacionar na rua, no mesmo local que levamos a multa, meu marido disse que havia levado a multa, então ela deixou entrar no estacionamento, mas disse que era para retirar o carro às 19hs, sendo que turista só pode estacionar no estacionamento público entre as 22hs e 08hs, e ela havia mentido pois haviam duas vagas.
