Very well equipped apartment, especially liked having washer and dryer in room. Needs a few more kitchen tools, like paring knife, etc. Two knives were provided but were too large and not sharp. Providing items like salt and pepper would be appreciated. Parking lot was crowded, difficult to maneuver, and pool is too small and not very nice - filter is not run continuously so debris floating on top of water was a problem.

Clean and well kept property in Alice Springs and certainly better than some other properties I have stayed at for comparable money. Front desk is manned all night so if you arrive late, no worries. There is an excellent Korean (Simply Korean) restaurant a 5 min walk.

Our main problem with the Quest was that it was too far from town with few options for transport and no dining on the property. It was too hot in Alice Springs to walk back and forth to town for each meal. We cut our stay short for that reason.

The hotel receptionist was wonderful and helped me with several things I needed. The room was very clean and quiet. Across the street is a nice walking trail and it's close to a couple of restaurants, within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay.

The apartments were clean and more expansive than I’d even expected - living room, kitchen, washer/dryer. The staff was very helpful. The property it gated at night. We did a tour from here and it was easy to get picked up right outside. The riverbed across the street seems potentially walkable though we didn’t try it.

Has everything you need. Property is at The Gap, just out of the town centre.
The only fault I can pick is with the particular room I had. Room 7B is located over the front entrance to the property. After hours there is a gate that guests open for entry to the property. The gate itself is noisy but also guests often linger in the area, talking at 3am after a night out.
I’m sure most rooms at the property are fine but those over that entrance might be disturbed, particularly on the weekends.

The Quest Alice Springs is everything you’d expect; clean, comfortable, modern and a little soulless. Check in was very efficient and impersonal, room comfortable and swimming pool a relief after a long drive. Located next to the river, the property is close to the Town Centre.

Stayed for 2 nights during peak season so was quite expensive for what it was. Kitchen was small but we didn't intend to cook anyway, bathroom was great with an excellent shower, bed was really hard and not comfortable, linen and towels were worn and need to be replaced, was a very quiet and safe location with secure parking and gated car park next door when hotel car park was full, and was lovely and clean. Hotel staff were lovely and always watched out for guests arriving late so they could unlock secure car parking next door when car park was full. The only issue we had was the water went out completely without notice the second day around lunch time and came back on by late afternoon and the day we checked out we had no hot water. Advised staff of course and they were polite and apologetic but were unable to fix.

This hotel is not suitable for tourists unless you have a car. We did not. Although walking distance to town centre is 20 minutes, this is not suitable at night. Alice Springs Taxi service is not good and Uber is not at Alice Springs and so dining out at night was tricky.

Staff were excelent Annie on reception when we arrived could not do enough for us and changed our room downstairs as I am having treatment and not that good walking.The next day the Reception made sure I had my own parking space for the rest of our stay . The Hotel was clean although a little out dated but in good condition .

Parking was an issue at times because they allowed parking at night that blocked exit in the morning. They did not use the overflow parking available next door.

This property is marketed as a 'Luxury' property and I would like to know what part is the luxury. The foyer is really lovely, but that is it. The room was dark and musty, carpet in room and hallway in need of a good clean. The bed was held up by 3 novels on one of the legs and had collapsed in the middle. The bathroom was in need of an upgrade, you couldn't adjust the height of the shower head and when you tried the pipes inside the wall moved. The drain must be blocked as there was a smell and the water was slow to drain away in the shower. There is not enough parking for all the guests, so they had an overflow area, but once the car is locked in you cannot gain access until 7am the next morning, so we found we didn't go out at night as we did not want to miss out on a car park. We could hear noise from other rooms. We stayed here for the last nights of our stay in NT thinking we were paying extra for some luxury, this is definately not what we got, very disappointing. Not sure how they got all the other positive reviews, we would not stay again and would not recommend.

Its a reasonably standard 'Quest' - I wouldnt consider high end - but its comfortable - When travelling and staying more than one nite I do prefer for my room to be cleaned - bed made - having said that though bins were emptied and clean towels provided. I had originally booked some extra days the following week but cancelled as the parking is dreadfully difficult. Unless you get in before about 600 ish .. there are often no parks left and you are out on the street

The Quest apartments are Ok. Security was pretty tight. Had to park my car in the overflow next door for half of my visit which was not ideal. The car parking spaces were very tight. Our room was on upper floor with 18 stairs to get to it. Room was compact, queen bed. room only serviced every couple of days. Large split system air con over to bed. very strong air flow not ideal. Noise from next door very audible as was neighbouring industrial allotment. I rate at three stars.

Our experience started prior to arriving with a phone call to inquire as to our requirements and expected time of arrival. We appreciated that our room was ready earlier than 2pm as we arrived on a midday flight from Melbourne.

Room are clean, but small. We had issue with the WiFi which was not setup and then was terribly slow. Cannot be used for work or watching videos. We rented for teo nights and the room was not done after the first night.
Hotel does offer breakfast, but you have to order byb7:00 pm the night before.

Clean facilities but no room service is provided on Sundays or public holidays to clean the room and restock supplies.
The room WiFi was removed, when found to be faulty, but was not replaced. Access to another room’s WiFi was offered.
Car parking is limited at motel bit an adjacent locked facility is accessible via hotel staff.

Was all good. Only problem was they had one person only onsite to deal with everything so there was no-one at reception desk to check in for a while as they were attending to another guest. Rooms on the road have loud road noise. they need to put double glazing in these rooms.
