The room was cleaned every day. Tea coffe refilled as well. The front of house (reception). Could not do enough to make our stay welcome. The out door swimming pool was fantastic with a jacuzzi built-in. The casino was excellent as well. Just next to main hotel. Did not have breakfast as we did not have e enough time with all the day trips

The hotel room is spacious and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly, however l was a bit disappointed with their knowledge. Eg. I asked and l was informed that there are no bus services to the town centre, and my best option is to go and walk there.

I took a 35 minutes walk to the town centre and l found a bus ride back to the hotel with a bus stop 50 metres away outside the hotel.

I also discovered that the hotel has a bus shuttle service to the town centre on a limited schedule. 1st service around 1 pm, roughly around the time l was at the reception desk.

It was my 1st time staying in Alice Springs.

Booked a room in Block 5, the newest rooms. Lift was out of service, had to use fire stairs. Hallways were filthy on L1 and L2, rubbish, leaf litter etc. Room stank like sewer. Access to gym is good, nice pool but overall, poor standard.

Courteous staff. Comfortable, spacious room though it would seem obvious to equip a room for two with two armchairs - there was just one plus one swivel chair at the desk. There was certainly room for more.
Extensive TV options but annoyingly when turned back on the unit always started at the hotel home screen and then when the guide was opened it was always the same Sky type sports oriented channel that came on, not the one you'd been watching when you'd turned the TV off, and you had to scroll through the dozens and dozens of offerings to find any of the standard free to air channels. (A small, first-world gripe I know, but even so...

The Lassetters hotel is located in a good, quiet location in Alice springs next to the Gap and Todd River. It’s easy to find and located within 5 minutes drive of most places in Alice Springs. The casino was very quiet, even on the weekends. The pool area was lovely but not supervised or monitored so there were cases where kids were a bit loud and unruly. The bar area is wonderful and had indoor and out door seating. Food was mediocre there. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and had a great variety. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, but I had to wait several times for assistance. There is a nice washer annd dryer anrea too which is a plus. Overall, a great location, great food, nice staff, decent clean room but the outside exterior really needs updating (it’s tidy and clean but looks dated). Inner court yard areas and pool areas are all really nice!

Nice hotel with both casual dining and more formal dining options, access to a gym, the casino, etc. a decent walk along the gap into town, overall very comfortable. Some advice to the hotel, pushing laundry trollers with plastic wheels on tiles outside of guest rooms consistently until 10pm sounds like a plane landing outside the room. Maybe invest in some rubber wheels or something to reduce the noise for guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room, the size/arrangement/decor etc. But what does $170 buy you these days? For this property it is a bed/shower/massive gym with sauna. It does not however extend to basics like coffee/tea/sugar, and their towels are so old/used they are fraying along the side, which is kind of gross...

I had my BUSY RELAXING sign up my whole stay and the male staff on shift was lovely enough to call and check in on me. I had made 3 separate bookings and stayed an overral 4 nights. The Staff were so amazing they gave me a free upgrade on my standard King room. If they had a microvwave in the room it would've been the cherry on top, but still I'd give it a 10/10 will definitely recommend 😊

Dirty blanket was put on my bed off of the floor. Was robbed of $630 in the casino (my ticket in the machine was stolen) during a medical episode and the casino took no responsibility even though they could clearly see on their security who the robber was. (They did offer me a free drink). I will NEVER stay there again or go to the casino. Security told me these thefts are a common occurance.

Very disappointed as we expected better room service all meals we quite well below warm. The noise on the Friday night after 1am of revellers required a day of extension as we were woken from 1am through to 5am almost hourly. Obviously we couldn’t continue driving due to the lack of sleep, consequently we had to extend our stay. My husband slept through to 4pm.
