Arrived 30mins after checkin allowed and when entered room it had not been made up. Offered another room to which they gave the wrong key to the one indicated in the map.
Crockery & utensils in cupboards dirty, constant dripping & flushing sound from bathroom all night. No hot tub/spa as indicated in photos, no games room as also indicated in photos. Following morning, 15mins before checkout time and prior to us leaving cleaners tried to come in. Wpuld not recommend this place.

Had a lovely spacious apartment with balcony, a great view of the ranges and secure parking very close to my entrance. The buildings are beautiful and surrounded by large eucalyptus. The complex has secure fences with automatic gates, making it a very safe place to stay. Highly recommended.

The apartment was in a bad condition. Microwave oven was dirty, no basic cleaning stuff was available, water gets collected in front of the toilet after shower, bathroom had half wall glass, back doors were really weak and outside sitting area at the back was not even swept. We stayed for 3 nights but there was no room service.
Too expensive for a rundown 1 bedroom apartment.

The washer is not within the unit, is a shared washer that was in another room next to the unit. No dryer, hence clothes need to be hung out to dry.
Each unit were given a designated parking lot, and whole estate feels clean and secured.
Stayed on the ground floor, where a door opens up to the staircase leading up to the upper level unit, can be disturbed if the upper level guests are noisy.

The room (studio) was reasonably well-equipped (kitchen equipment, etc.) although very dated in style. Vinyl lounge cover was cracked and torn. Bathroom and shower had a considerable amount of black mould. Lighting in bathroom also poor, making it difficult to see in the mirror with any clarity. Some staff pleasant, others very unresponsive (particularly when reporting mould).

Good place to stay when visiting Alice Springs. Property is safe and secure. Stayed in a two bedroom apartment which also contained a washer in room for us to be able to catch up on Laundry during our extended stay in Australia.

Nice deck to hang out both in the morning and evening to sit and relax.

Property is a bit outside the CBD which can be both good and bad. Not much within walking distance.

Offstreet parking with the gates being closed after 7pm was good given the situation in Alice Springs.

Great after hours check in- texted me access codes and envelope in coded box. The apartments are two level set up, and the signage was a bit confusing- I would recommend putting the actual number of the room on the door as well as next to the door- the map shows the rooms next to each other- then a sign with an arrow showing 'up' which at many hotels i had stayed at means around the corner- the doors weren't clear. Three corporate execs were confused :) Not a biggy- but we knocked on a neighbours door and asked... we were upstairs. Thanks for easy checkout. No other issues. Coffee pod machine would be nice. But there was a plunger available.

Room was far too noisy... Laundry literally right outside my door under stairs and was going till 11pm on first night I stayed... Having been up since 4am and not being able to sleep because of the dryer starting for 5 seconds then stopping (reoccurring every 30 seconds) just about drove me insane... Was busy and noisy again the next day again 5pm when I was trying to have a nap ... Very stupid place to locate laundry facilities could barely hear the TV. Shower was clearly designed for a disabled person... Shower head was at shoulder level so had to squat to get head wet or tilt shower head which had the effect of flooding the rest of the bathroom (was a shower room/ toilet) weird room layout, couldn't watch TV from the bed... Bed was comfortable though which was the one saving grace... When you could get a peaceful sleep that is

Self contained unit we stated in was clean and well appointed. There were some problems with the initial unit we were booked in and the proprietors Stacey(?) and Graham acknowledged this and went out of their way to resolve them. The extent to which they did this which is testament to their wanting their customers to be comfortable and happy. Based on that alone I'm happy to recommend this establishment.

It was a fairly disappointing stay. The towels weren’t changed and they stank! I went to wash them and the washing machine was broken. I was told to use the neighbours washing machine which was fine but I had to pay to dry the towels. That night I couldn’t sleep because the sheets and pillows stank like smoke. My guess were they weren’t changed either. The next day I was on an all day tour that began and ended outside of admin hours and I had no reception all day so I had to call outside of hours at approx 5.00 pm. They lady who answered was extremely rude and told me that she would not be changing the sheets or providing new pillows and that she had two young kids to deal with and she couldn’t deal with my problems. A man came with new pillows an hour or so later and no sheets. The property itself was extremely cold and the heater didn’t heat the room enough for it to be comfortable. It was also extremely dark even with all curtains open. With the curtains open there is no privacy as people walk past the windows to get to their property or on the street. The property has potential but the cleanliness and service is terrible.

Stayed at the Alice on Todd Apartments for a few days for Paartjima. The grounds have some great facilities with a couple of barbecue areas, a communal area if you want to play some board games, pool, or borrow a DVD, and a small playground as well.

The apartments are a pretty good size with secure parking, and include a washing machine, but no dishwasher. It doesn't take long to wash a few plates though, so I didn't miss it. The bed was a little uncomfortable though, with one side a little higher than the other. The only other complaint I had was no power point on the wall with the dining table, which made using a laptop difficult, but this was easily rectified with a 5 metre long extension cable. Despite what appears to be a lot of negativity, I was quite happy with my stay and have no qualms with staying here again next time.

This is the third time we have stayed here, the bed is comfortable, aircon works well and it is dog friendly. The only thing i would suggest is if the owners put some imitation lawn in the yard, it would resolve the mud issue when the dogs are outside. It has a decent pool which was great relief from the desert heat.

The check in process was easy and fast. I telephoned the manger a couple of times and he picked up immediately and on the time I did not get through I was called back in a few minutes.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything needed to be comfortable. It was quite and I felt safe traveling alone at all times. I would recommend for couples or families looking for self catering and a spacious environment.

The property was nice and in a quiet relaxed setting but they have major plumbing issues! We were in a upstairs apartment and every time a tap was turned on or the shower or the toilet was flushed the pipes rattled furiously through the whole building and it was so loud and often lasted for quite a few minutes at a time. I kept feeling bad for the people in the apartment below us every time we turned on a tap cause

Power Meters are in the yard of the apartment just outside of the living area with large windows to the yard. The meter inspector walked into the yard unannounced, via a side gate that we didn't even realise was there, to read the meters. We were in the living area and could have been undressed at the time. That's not a good customer experience. When it has to be done the guest should be advised beforehand. Even better would be to have the meters somewhere else.

we stayed in 2, two bedroom apartments over two nights. A bit noisy in the second room we stayed in. The water pipes shuttered very loudly every time water was used in our block. Lounges were low and sagged (worn and old) in both rooms. Beds were comfy. It was difficult to heat the second bedroom so that was a shame. I would recommend a isolation switch for the ovens so children cant turn it on. button for gas stove was missing. shower was good. shame the kids play area was broken. pool fence gate was broken to the spa. Play could do with some maintenance but it was still a good place to stay.
