Clean room, nice motel, continental breakfast, close to many stores. Easy to get to. Man that is at the front desk at night goes out of his way to help you if you have a problem. Only problem we have is figuring out the remote for the tv. We stay here often.

My floor around the heat/ac unit was leaking which caused the floor around it to be wet. We dried it with towels but the water was already under the flooring so if you stepped near it, the water came up and out. My first cup of coffee was full of grinds. The bagels were frozen and needed to be toasted to eat. Been coming to stay here for years as my daughter goes to college nearby and it’s the cheapest around. Better then when it smelled like weed 24/7 but needs alot of work. Need some anti slip pads or something in the shower before someone slips and gets hurt. Good luck to the new owners.

Staff was very helpful upon check-in. Rooms have the, 'this is clean' superficial markers but floors were sticky and lamp shades had very stark stains on them. Also, if you don't have lite-brealfast starting at 0630, don't advertise that you do.

- The front desk person was not very friendly.
- Several what looked to be homeless wandering around the exterior and hallways.
- The temperature in the room varied from 60 to 80 all night long.
- hair dryer did not work.
- the breakfast was limited to a dirty waffle maker 6 Bagels and a coffee pot. The area was dirty and two homeless people came in for coffee.
- no one at the desk when we left.
- it appeared that only a few rooms were used during a busy college visit weekend.

We have been staying at this motel for 2 weekends in a row, 2 nights each time. Price is good, location great .
Rooms were great. Only issue we see is the very lite breakfast. They could do better than toast, coffee and waffles. They had cereal the first weekend, but not this weekend.

We count on something in our stomachs, as we are there for work.

Bare minimum rooms. Smelly, washrooms are not cleaned. 8nder the bedcover there were hair of previous guests may be. I wouldn't recommend going for breakfast. Only slices of bread, butter and jam and waffles and honey. Milk packets were perished. Def. Stomach issues

Most of the TV channels don’t work. Hot water in the sink faucet looks awfully white, don’t know what it is, and the water pressure is too low. Reported the issues, however, they seem to care less about fixing, instead said it’s what it is and they can’t do anything! Fortunately, we could sleep in the night:)

Poor check-in | Uninformed staff | Dirty room. A way-too-long check in process, had to wait about 5 minutes for someone who worked there to actually show up, then they wanted more information from us than any other hotel booking did. Once finally checked in, we went to our room, flipped a light switch that didn’t work just to use our phone flashlight to see it was still dirty. No sheets on the bed, other people’s trash in the trash can. That was enough for us, so we left and asked for a full refund.

Room at first glance looked clean but upon further inspection it had not been cleaned fully. The coffee machine still had a pod in it from the last person. The drawers held the tray with cups and upon removing them from the drawer, there was a film showing that the drawer had not been cleaned. The refrigerator freezer had not been defrosted. Parking was adequate but there was a pothole marked by an orange cone in the middle of the lot. Bathroom needed a deep clean as did the entire room. I was told the room would be clean since we were staying 2 nights, but the room was not.

This hotel was absolutely filthy. They were hairs in the tub when we got there. Hairs on the toilet dirt everywhere. No amenities in the room not even plastic cups.We stayed two nights. The room was not made up in the morning. No fresh towels, no made up beds. It’s shocking how expensive this hotel was for the lack of cleanliness and service. Also no elevator.

When I arrive to check in, the front desk clerk rudely told me I was interrupting his brunch. I politely left came back an hour later. Later that evening, I realize that I did not need the reservation. I immediately contacted the hotel and asked to cancel. They told me there would be one night charge which I agreed to and they confirmed that they would refund the other three nights. Despite follow up phone calls from me and from Expedia tthey have not done as promised and will not refund my money although the cancellation policy says I will only be charged for one night. I would avoid the super eight at all cost!

The gentleman that checked us in was great. My only complaint would be the mattress heavily stained mattress and mattress cover. Safety was the other concern as the screen was severely damaged leaving me to think someone broke into that room once before. Or at least attempted to do so. Upon arrival there was a meth head standing under a tree by the lobby entrance leaving me to think that wasn't the best of neighborhoods. The only other complaint was other guests were being loud all night.
