My only complaint, it would have been nice to have ski storage in lobby instead of hauling them up and down the stairs. Elevator very slow which is why we did stairs frequently.
Rooms stay unusually warm so glad we could open slider to balcony to cool off.

First of all the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. The location was excellent. The Aspen gondola was just around the corner and the bus to the other mountains a 3 minute walk. Grocery a half block away, and galleries, stores and restaurants are all minutes away. Our room, unit 324, was excellent. Beautiful contemporary decor, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, huge TV screen, and a spacious well appointed bathroom. Lots of storage space everywhere, great corner fireplace and a balcony with rack for our skis. The 2 hot tubs were never crowded. And garage parking is included and very convenient.

Thought we booked Aspen mt view but wanted to put us in 2 nd floor over street. Did agree to change however room over pool w children playing loud every day. We upgraded for another $500+last 3 nights only to be on corner of a bus stop that runs late into night, no sheers on windows so we were either dark like a cave or fully exposed to other building windows.

We had a corner unit with a great mountain view, the area around the condo was great, convenient to the market and stores. The bathroom area was small but had been updated as had the kitchen. Very nice unit on the third floor. We did not use the pool but appreciated the close parking available to guests.

My friend and I decided to go to Aspen on a last-minute trip in August. We booked a studio condo with a king bed. It was great! Updated, clean and had a balcony overlooking the downtown area. We had such a wonderful stay at Aspen Square! The location is unbeatable – everything is within walking distance, making it so easy to explore town without needing the car. The property itself is very clean and well maintained, and we loved having access to the pool, which was perfect for the whole family. We love Aspen Square and have been going for years. Everyone is super nice. The manager put us in a great condo when I forgot to request a walk-in shower at booking. The hot tubs are wonderful. The condo amenities are the best! Park your car and walk everywhere. In winter we love the wood burning fireplaces in the rooms. Def recommend!!

The condo we stayed in was nicely decorated and the bathroom/shower were great. The sofa bed my daughter had to sleep on was extremely uncomfortable as I tested it out after the first night. The king bed my husband and I slept in was not comfortable at all. So for the 2 nights we stayed there none of us got much rest. Also, if you do have to use the sofa bed it leaves you very little space to move around. There is very little parking so once you do park don’t plan on leaving. The property itself was very convenient to everything in town, including skiing (which we did not do). The staff was very friendly. I had booked this hotel based on its ratings and price via hotels.com, but was personally disappointed in the lack of rest my family desperately needed after some long hours at work and recent hospitalizations due to complications of health issues. A trip to Aspen was what our daughter (23) asked for instead of any gift and I failed her.

This property is really a 5 star property because of it's cleanness throughout the whole hotel including the rooms, sheets and the utensil/ pots & pans etc. in the kitchen, being walkable to all the nice stores, restaurants, city market and most importantly to the ski slopes.
