All of the staff is very nice and accommodating along with the room that was clean. The bed was firm but it’s a king size and comfortable and there’s a safe to store valuable items. The room had a private patio downstairs and includes a table and chairs. Breakfast and coffee was great and walking distance to all the shops, bars, and restaurants.

Its a nice boutique hotel. Rooms are average size. Best part is they have a bakery in the front of the hotel. The baked goods are pretty good. Its nice to have fresh baked breads in the am. Its situated in a great area, in the heart of palermo soho, where all the action is. Everything is withing walking distance; bars, restaurants, entertainment. Bad things are, water pressure in the shower was so,so. One day there was no hot water. You have to enter security gate, which is ok. No elevators. No bar or lounge area. But you can always just go to the bars next door or within walking distance. It can get loud on weekends as all the bars are close by, but im cool with that. There are no chain hotels in the area so this is a good option.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Its layout is such that while it's in the middle of Palermo Soho, rooms are in the back and shielded from noise from surrounding bars, restaurants, etc. While advertised as \"boutique\", there are no real luxuries. Rooms are nicely designed, but with minimal accommodations and breakfast could use a little upgrade (hard to believe croissants were almost inedible given how good average pastries are in Argentina!). The staff was super helpful and accommodating of special needs (they purchased low-fa/sugar-free yoghurt for one of the members in our party that was diabetic). The affordable price made this an excellent value and I would stay there again.

La localización es perfecta.
Me asignaron una habitacion en el patio, en el primer piso.
Estaban haciendo reformas y las obras empezaron antes de l nueve de la mañana, el ruido insoportable hasta las 15 aproximadamente.
La mañana siguiente como mi vuelo salia por la mañana no pude tomar el desayuno ya que se sirve a partir de las 8. Segun me habian indicado al momento del check in podia pedirlo mas temprano si era necesario asique lo pedi para las 7.15-7.30 pero no estaba disponible a la hora acordada

Great location and staff.

The staff is super friendly and willing to help you and give you recommendations. The only thing that bothers me was the shower tiles. They need an upgrade or a deep cleaning. Other than that the location is great, close to the Subte and with a lot of bars and restaurants.

Very nice hotel in the heart of beautiful Palermo with lots of cafés, restaurants and shops just a few steps away. Friendly staff, spacious & clean room. The breakfast included is basic (coffee, tea, toast, muffins, cheese, meat, spreads, scrambled eggs, fruits) but plenty for a good start into the day.
If you book a room facing the street (which we did / with balcony) be aware that it might be a bit noisy from time to time due to the road / traffic. But didn’t bother us. Only thing that comes to mind in an overall really great stay is the fridge in the room which was very loud.
We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Buenos Aires.

Good enough, but not great.

The hotel was OK, but I wouldn't go back. We didn't have internet access in the room for four days (out of a six nights stay). I complained several times, and they were receptive, but the fact that we didn't have internet connection was not good for me. The hotel is very nice (a recycled old house), and our room has a small patio.
The room was good enough, and the location is great.

A nice hotel with all the amenities you need. The hotel staff isn't extremely welcoming and definitely don't rely on them for good recommendations in the area. Wifi isn't great in the garden rooms either (more expensive rooms), so definitely opt for one of the rooms closer to the front.

good location

This was a good location in Palermo Soho close to shops and restaurants. Service was excellent and the breakfast in the morning was good for Argentina with scrambled eggs as hot item. The room was comfortable but there was no safe and the bathroom was quite unfinished looking. We were more interested in a good location and not planning on spending too much time in the room so for the price point this place was good. You can also read my other review for another hotel in same area. There was a small pool (almost like koi pond) with somewhat brownish water which we did not try. We also did not make use of spa.

Cockroaches and tiny rooms

I found cockroaches in the bathroom attached to what was a shoebox of a room. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room was pretty terrible. After complaining, the best that was offered was for a maid to clean it thoroughly. The cockroaches were still there the next day (they were living behind the bath in the space that concealed the pipework). Apart from that the location is great but I'd suggest L'hotel Palermo directly opposite....much better

Right in the heart of the fun.

If you are wanting a great boutique hotel experience in an area of Buenos Aires that is active late into the night, this is the place for you.

The breakfast in the morning is just right to get you going and the staff are friendly and helpful. My wife and I received a free glass of wine and a trip to the spa/sauna.

The rooms have a great style that definitely fits with the area. Two thumbs up!

Encaminhei mensagens ao hotel e não foram se quer respondidas. Chegamos ao hotel e nos deparamos com um café na entrada e o hotel aos fundos, fomos bem recebidos pela equipe e nos alojaram no 2 andar do hotel, um apartamento bem diferente do que haviam mostrado no site e instagram, um apartamento simples e básico. Na primeira noite foi difícil dormir pois o colchão estava com defeito bem no meio e havia um barulho de exaustor vindo da cozinha muito forte, solicitei a troca de apartamento sendo somente feita no terceiro dia de hospedagem para um apartamento melhor no primeiro andar. A equipe sempre muito prestativa e educada. Sobre o café da manhã, sempre o mesmo cardápio, aonde você não tem o direito de modificar, não existe um controle de qualidade e de variedade... Para ser sincero, não vale o valor que pedem, sim vale 50% do que eu paguei, nada mais que isso. Hoje em dia temos de ter bastante cuidado, porque quando dizem ser hotel boutique, tem que ter sim conceito, atendimento, acolhimento do cliente e identidade e realmente falta isso (o cheiro é terrível de manteiga por causa do café, barulho de exaustor, pety friendly no café, dentro de um hotel...) Ou é hotel ou é café. Ficamos oito dias e não temos vontade de voltar.

Atendimento muito cordial. O ambiente é agradável e charmoso. Mas não é um hotel boutique. Por exemplo: não há roupão e chinelos para saída de banho e o piso é frio.
O café da manhã é limitado e não é self service. Pode parecer besteira mas esse detalhe faz toda a diferença. Especialmente se vc não domina o idioma.

Deixou muito a desejar.
O café da manhã é integrado com a padaria que está em frente e o menu é super restrito, tendo quase nada do que a própria padaria oferece. Você se hospeda em um lugar onde a entrada tem uma padaria e não tem acesso nem ao que está servido na vitrine deles. Ainda no fim, pedi um café (expresso) na padaria enquanto esperava para fazer o check out e não nos serviram, mesmo que pagasse ou de qualquer outra forma.
O atendimento das pessoas de portaria, são bons, mas o resto não chega aos pés de um atendimento de BOUTIQUE. Os recepcionistas são educados, mas em compensação o resto do atendimento, péssimo. O hotel e suas instalações são OK, o único ponto que vale é a localização dele em relação a PALERMO SOHO.

Hotel nota 5/10. Localização excelente. O resto apenas razoável. Camas ruins e pequenas. Se tiver mais de 1,80m vai ficar com os pés pra fora. Chuveiro fraco. Cobram tudo, até eventual cartão perdido. Check in tarde. Check out cedo. Se precisar de qualquer coisa para melhorar a sua experiência, não será possível. Serve para quem quer economizar ficando em boa localização e tiver disposto a passar certo perrengue.
