The hotel charges everything, including small bottled water.
The breakfast time is late ( at 7 am local ) and around 9 - 915 am the hotel employees assigned at the eating space usualky start to pick up foods and beverages.
The 2 elevators must need an urgent maintenance because of the qeird metalic sou ds they make when you use them.
The check out is at 10 am, too early and if you need to stay longer after 10 am before noon, You should request that “favor”.
Not fitness inside the hotel and you could get an inivitaiom card for the gym outside but open after 7 am
Overall: very unfair cost - quality and NOT recommended

The room I was given had a door with a broken door lock and a sliding door to the balcony that was missing the lock all together. I did not feel safe as the room was in the first floor of a busy part of Buenos Aires where safety is often a concern. I was then told that the only other room left in the hotel was a room set up for a person with a disability which meant the shower in the bathroom had no walls or curtains and the whole bathroom would flood. Since it was 10pm, and was in my own, I felt I had no choice but to accept it. When I walked into the room, which was also on the first floor, I naturally checked all door locks and found that the glass sliding door to the balcony was also missing a lock, which meant someone could simply slide the door open from the outside. I was told there was nothing they could do given the hotel was sold out. I asked if they had a long stick so we could place on the floor of the sliding door to prevent someone from opening. One of the employees found one and put it in place. I of course had a hard time sleeping that night as I was in my own and unsure this safety solution would work. Since both rooms were completely missing the lock on the sliding door to the balcony, I assume it’s same for all other rooms. The other issue is that the bathroom had a strong urine odor around the toilet. It had clearly not been cleaned properly. I could not wait to get out of there and don’t plan to return to this hotel.

The hotel was excellent for a small hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge. Just beware there are 3 Dazzlers in Palermo. My brother and I booked separate Dazzlers not realizing there were more. The area surrounding our hotel had a few places to eat. The steak house at the corner of the street was excellent in all ways. I was coming from a small town in USA and did not feel completely safe in the area at night. We did uber everywhere which is a very inexpensive way to get around.

The service is awful on this property. People seem to have an attitude, a condescending one. One person who was so welcoming was Tomas Divita who helped us set up our SIM cards and helped with getting appointments for services. He truly is the HEART of this hotel. I hope someone will recognize the hard work he is doing in this place. Hope the rest of the staff will follow his example of providing superior customer service. Also, have enough towels so guests don’t call everyday asking for fresh dry ones. The hotel staff made a big deal the last day of our stay about towels. It felt like we were in a motel not hotel. The breakfast is very bad as well. For sure not a 4 star one.

The staff was very helpful and polite. We really enjoyed breakfast at the rooftop area. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We felt specially safe with attended lobby and doorman. There is also a safe in the room, where we kept our passports and extra cash. Concierge helped me set up the taxi service before my arrival which helped me feel more relaxed (I heard taking a random taxi at the airport is not safe).
Palermo Hollywood is in a great location if you want to be within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and parc. The tourist bus stop is about 8 blocks away. I recommend this hotel, we had a great experience.

The hotel was fun to stay at, and I appreciated all the help like calling taxis. I loved the neighborhood, a good feeling and great steakhouses very close by. I am more comfortable in a location like this than a hotel for triple the cost that is in a high rise downtown. The people in the lobby spoke English very well and were not just helpful, but pleasant to deal with.

It didn’t have any space in the bathroom. No cabinets to put anything in or counter space to place on. There wasn’t a hook to hang anything on not even for a used towel. Although the room was large there wasn’t any dresser to put cloths in. The lobby was in need of at least a fresh coat of paint if not a complete upgrade. On a positive note the breakfast was very good.

The locations is perfect for adults (25-45) lots of bars and nightclubs. Also, there are many restaurants with variety of cosines.
Breakfast had scrambled eggs, cereal, fresh fruits and lots of pastries. They have almond and soy milk.
Front desk was very friendly and helpful.
House keeping was very good and clean our room every day.
The room needed a little bit of love.

Bel hôtel, bien situé, à très bon prix!

Bel hotel assez récent dans le quartier de Palermo, qui est situé juste à côté du quartier plus touristique de Ricoletta. Notre chambre (323) etait immense comparée d'autres sur le même étage. Excellent service avec plusieurs personnes qui parlent anglais. Plusieurs restos, services et cafés branchés à deux pas de l'hôtel. Attention de ne pas réserver de voyage genre tour de ville en bus nous avons payé beaucoup trop cher. Pensez à apporter votre ouvre-bouteille, votre parapluie et vos adaptateurs électriques! Vraiment je vous le recommande.

The e key card failed to wired 7 times in the short time I was staying. One lift of the two didn’t work. Wifi is very poor. Virtually non existent at the poolside.

Front desk staff were great. Especially Christopher who was very nice and helpful. All the front desk were nice.

I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel.

The room was huge with a king size bed. Breakfast was abundant and varied, although the coffee could be better. The dining room on the last floor is very nice with great views. The location is great, with plenty of nice bars and restaurants around. The only issue is noise during the weekends. Although the windows are as soundproof as they get, you can still hear music from the bars around the hotel. Aside from this, is a very nice place to stay in Palermo.

This hotel was disappointing since the moment we arrived. It was almost midnight and while checking in the front desk person was not pleasant. No welcoming or smiling and if we didn’t ask we wouldn’t get the breakfast or gym info.

The hallway was dirty and needs wall remodeling.
Rooms are clean but not what we expected based on the pictures. No pool available because of the season. The bathroom was clean. We ordered a queen bed and twin, but we got 3 twins.

Balcony is soooo small and a waste of the space because the way it’s buikt is crazy.

To me it’s crazy that we have to call every day for towels to get changed. We even put them on the floor and they left them there.

Breakfast was ok! Medialunas were amazing with dulce de leche.

I think the only plus this hotel has it is basically the great location in Palermo where you can find millions of restaurants and bars. Also I considered a safe zone to explore around.

Went with friend who was attending conference nearby, but I was there with another friend just as tourist. Hotel facility and people were fine, very clean, nice doorman, reception, excellent breakfast until late (1030 am). We had twin beds - very comfortable and cleaning service did fine job every day. Shower had hot water and excellent water pressure (important to me!). Bathroom was small (hardly any room to put things) but modern and clean. Overall room condition was a little used, but for the price that was fine with me. We were pleasantly surprised that the outlets supported plugs from multiple countries (including United States), although we would have liked more outlets. Area nearby had variety of cafes, beer pubs, etc. Felt generally safe during day and evening, although we avoided some streets if they were very dark. The BA Hop-on Hop-off Bus had a stop about a 12-minute walk away in the District Arcos shopping center, which is a nice outdoor mall area.

The hotel a 10 minute walk to the subway and to Soho Polermo. The front desk is nice and tries to be helpful but they have no clue what American tourists need or expect. Example: they do not have cork screws in the room and only have 1 for the whole hotel so you goto the desk to open wine. They sent us shopping to an outlet mall instead of soho shops. It was nice but really not anyone’s first choice when they ask for the local shops. They did not seem to have an understanding of the restaurants in the area. Bfast was ok. The bathroom needed a update and had no garbage can but it was passable for a very affordable and clean hotel.

The hotel was ok and the staff was kind.
The worst thing was that the rooms were very poorly insulated from noise. I could hear the TV from the next room and every time a door was close at the hallway. The room was very big with a huge bed but without any grace and the curtains were very dirty.
The breakfast was a disgrace.

The hotel is nice and well located, but unfortunately it has some important issues. The hotel has a spinning gym next door sharing the first level of the building. The classes are very loud and you can hear them from the rooms! I enjoyed the rest of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is pretty good and the staff extremely friendly.

The rooms are big but there is nearly no decoration or amenities. Tables are empty, a bit dark. The balcony is small. The worst of all is the wifi, disastrous in the entire hotel. I had to go the nearby restaurants to use it. That was 3 days in a row. Service is poor, I ordered the ironing stuff and they came up with very bad device that did not iron at all. Breakfast is rather good and nice roof top but the staff prefers to have internal discussions rather than attending guests

The hotel is usually good. This time, when I got to the hotel at 10.30 PM, they told me they were closed and moved me to Dazzler Polo. Not good. Inconvenient location, bathroom turns into a pool due to poor shower screening, breakfast room overcrowded and under-staffed, poor wi-fi. To top it, they broke my £150.00 travel shaving-badger and all I got was a "we're sorry" note :-(

Nice and new and clean. We had a king size bed and spacious room. And a major point for me in Sth America, you could flush away the toilet paper. The breakfast was the best ever after 2 weeks in Sth American hotels. But.....it was a Saturday night and the bar music was very loud. It didn't bother me so I still give a score of 5/5, but I imagine it would upset other clientele. The desk bloke on Sept 17 evening was the best also, very helpful. We walked around 2 or 3 blocks (very safe and crowded) and decided on a restaurant that was crowded - fab food Las Cabras. Finally the hotel booked a shuttle/taxi for us to the domestic airport AEP and charged to our room. Easy as.

Those looking to stay in Palermo, this is a nice Hotel with friendly staff. I would equate the hotel to a Holiday/Premier Inn (UK) or similar chain hotel for quality rather than a Boutique Hotel. Served a purpose and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

An excellent hotel in the Palermo district

A great stay- the friendly and informed hotel staff helped us on many issues- saving us considerable time and money. For example the staff found us a much more reasonably priced car with driver for our trip back to the hotel at 3am from a wedding party 40 miles away out in the country. The rooms were well kept and quiet. the breakfast was very good. It is very safe- in an area with many excellent restaurants and bars. The subway is only a 10 minute walk away.

Next time we go to Argentina- that's where we will stay!
