Great value! Fantastic location to be immersed in local culture. Safe. Just a couple blocks from some amazing restaurants and bars in Palermo Buenos Aries. Far from touristy parts. We are a family of 4 and booked this hotel for a layover night between flights within Argentina given its proximity to the national airport. The hotel served its purpose but was basic. The Palmero Neighborhod is the gentrified neighborhood of Buenos Aires and hosts the hip night clubs in the city. This hotel is 2-3 blocks away from what looked looked like 5 very popular night clubs so its well located and better suited for youngsters looking to party late into the night

I stayed for a weekend in Palermo, considering a great area of bars, restaurants and discos. The hotel is little far from downtown area, Puerto Madero, shopping centers and others. At all, I recomend it.

We were only at this hotel for a few hours, having arrived late at night and leaving early the next morning. The service at reception was great, very helpful in arranging our transport to the airport and giving us tips for our return to Buenos Aires a few weeks later. Room was clean and comfortable.

This HJ rooms, bathrooms, etc are very very very small. Pictures on web lies. My review title is Jail, because every time a visitor comes to your room, they have to register and show ID all the time even when they already know you. I think they should relax more. I felt like they treated my family like criminal or something like that specially at night. The front door of the building is always locked 24/7 the girl that works at night is so rude. I told her that her customer service sucked. We spend a lot money there. If you consume anything from the minibar in your room, pay attention they will over charge. I wouldn't recommend this HJ location they dont have any amenities. I will not come back to this HJ. Next time I will rent an apartment. It's cheaper and you can relax more.

Location of the hotel is good, in the calm neighbourhood, safe to walk in the night as well. Room on the backside of the hotel are quiet, no noise. Receptionists (not all but most-language barrier) are extra helpful. Breakfast is awful, one sort of salami and cheese, joghurt, celerals, bakery products, that's it. Hotel doesn't have a kitchen. What a pitty... there could be at least a toaster.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself and by the neighboring restaurants and shopping which were very very good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable especially the bathrooms. It was the first hotel in argentina that felt like an American hotel because of the space and quality. The neighborhood was deceiving. Its located in an area that was primarily residential but now people have made it into an area to visitfor foodies. We were able to find really good indian, asian fusion, italian, and medeterranean food here. It was a wonderful surprise. The people at the front desk were really nice and accomodating. The hotel is secure with a doorman that opens and locks the front door behind you. Overall It was a wonderful place to stay. If you are looking for a hotel to visit all the different neighborhoods I wouldnt recommend it because taxis to and from the other neighborhoods will cost 80+ pesos each way but if you wanna explore palermo than by all means check in here

Little Out Of The Way Gem
We stayed a total of six nights with a break to go the Igwazu Falls. The hotel safely kept out checked baggage for us while we traveled with out samll carryon. The hotel staff was very friendly and informative. It was a bit out of the way from the major tourist areas but the front desk staff was extremely helpful with directions and information. We found the area very safe and enjoyed staying there. All the staff was excellent.

We stayed here as it was near to where our son is living. It's about 1 hour from the airport. It's a good walk into trendy Palermo or a short taxi ride. Not sure how far central historical Buenos aires is or the ease of getting there from this area. The staff were lovely, attentive & spoke English. Breakfast was a good 'perfectly formed' continental selection in buffet style in a small dining modern minimalistic area and patio. Very fresh & enough to choose from. The bedrooms were large modern & well appointed with a balcony. Bathroom modern & a good shower too! Lovely start to our stay

The major downside to the hotel is the location. The street it is located on is ugly and dirty. It takes 3-4 blocks to get to a nicer area and about 8-10 blocks to get to the nice area of palermo neighborhood.

Palermo is an amazing place to stay if you are interested in good food, good wine, and a great nightlife. This hotel is walking distance to amazing restaurants! walking distance to the Subte and some really great tourist activities. The hotel was the most comfortable we stayed in in BA.I would stay here again and recommend it. The neighborhood is safe and we never felt worried to walk around. The hotel employees were helpful and spoke very good English. They will order you a remise to the airport for about 200 pesos.

Staff very friendly, 2012 hotel, everything new. Bus service to different areas of Buenos Aires very close by. If you book hotel ask for room towards the back. Much quieter.. Less traffic noise. My wife and I stayed there twice on our trip. Everyone working at the hotel was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. If you use subway it is 10 blocks away. Don't bother. Use bus or taxi.

Outstanding accomodations and service. Stayed here for two nights after hiking in Peru. What a luxurious treat! Room decor was trendy and modern. Fabulous bedding, luxurious bathroom with a bidet. Super clean and sleek decor. Would be a top flight boutique hotel in US. Breakfast was included and super yummy typical Portenos breakfast with delicious pastries, ham and cheese, cereal and endless coffee. Much better than a stateside breakfast. The best was the staff. Laurato in particular was very helpful. Suggested a fantastic restaurant Rue 22 where we had steak, wine and were sent a bottle a champagne. Front desk helped me endlessly secure taxis, suggest restaurants, places to walk and things to see. Wish all hotels were this homespun and welcoming. A five star stay!

Hotel muy pequeño, parece un hostel. Recepción, hall, ascensor, todo minúsculo. Habitación amplia, limpieza ok. De todo lo que más me molestó fue esta costumbre inaceptable que sucede en todo el país, de copiar todos los datos de la tarjeta de credito del cliente como garantia.

La unica queja que tengo es que al parecer todos los huespedes tenian el desayuno incluido menos yo. El desayuno era bastante simple pero me parece de mal gusto, llegar ahi y saber que eres la unica que persona que no lo tiene incluido cuando estas pagando la misma tarifa que el resto de los huespedes.

Vuestra pagina debería ser mucho mas clara en relación a los precios finales ,dado que al momento de ingresar al hotel se debe abonar impuestos que sumados al precio de la habitación , nos resulto mas caro que otras ofertas .

Cuando lo reservamos nos dijeron que tenia cochera, pero cuando llegamos al hotel no tenían lugar para nuestro auto, lo tuvimos que dejar a 3 cuadras del hotel en otra cochera.

No hubo modo de comunicarnos antes de llegar para coordinar. En el teléfono no atienden. Los mails los responden a los varios días y desde distintos escritorios se contradijeron en lo que nos informaron. El bidet perdió agua los tres días que estuvimos. El frigobar no enfriaba. La cochera salió más cara de lo que dijeron. Nos dieron el precio en pesos pero nos cobraron en dólares, con esa moneda subiendo. La reserva daba la opción de ser cancelada en el hotel, en efectivo, pero nos la cargaron a la tarjeta.

Ao mostrar a ela a reserva recebida da expedia, a mesma continuou ignorando r dizendo que não havia reserva. Foi indiferente ao nosso drama, pois não sabíamos o que fazer. Até que ela nos disse, depois de uma hora de tortura- “acabei de receber a reserva”. A funcionária não se desculpou.
Como se não bastasse este inconveniente, reservamos uma quarto para casal e uma criança. No site de reserva me foi disponibilizado um upgrade para cama king, o qual escollhi. Minha surpresa foi- a cama era king, mas não havia cama para minha filha. A funcionária do hotel disse que reservamos um quarto para três, mas que não pedi cama extra. Isso é possível? Conclusão: dormimos 3 pessoas numa cama, extremamente desconfortáveis.

No fue. Por una nevasca en Bariloche tube que modificar mi vuelo para dos dias despues. O sea, necesito deste hotel del dia 20 a 21. Me gustaria que hablasen con el hotel, porque ya he pago por la estadia, pero por condiciones climaticas imprevisibles no pudo estar del dia 18 para 19 y ahora necesito denuna diaria del dia 20/21.
