Very polite and helpful staff, great made-to-order breakfast, clean and spacious rooms with balconies and nice view on 3rd floor. Small boutique and perfectly located in Palermo Soho area. Close to many restaurants, bars and walking distance to gardens and parks. They also offer luggage storage and a nice shower bathroom facility for those with late check out.

The rooms were very good size and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the location in Palermo Soho was great. Many dining options nearby, etc. The most outstanding thing about the Glu, however, was the staff. The place was extremely clean and the front desk personnel were so friendly and helpful with restaurant or drink recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay at Glu. The hotel is very clean and quiet, the staff is extremely friendly and made sure to accommodate any needs. The hotel features a nice little backyard where we liked to hang out at night over a glass of wine. We had to leave one big luggage at the hotel while we took a 2 nights trip to Ushuaia and the staff at Glu was more than happy to accommodate and store the luggage upon our return. We really appreciate the help for keeping our belongings safe. Definitely recommend this hotel and will book again next time in Buenos Airs

The hotel is small, only a few rooms so the service is so personal. We loved the breakfast options and are hooked on the mezzilunas! There are so many ways to enjoy the Palermo area within walking distance. The restaurant recommendations from the staff were 10/10.

When we come back to Buenos Aires this will be our first choice or a hotel.

Every staff member greeted us by name, knew our activity schedule, along with how we preferred our coffee.

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, comfortable and quiet. Good location. Close to Hop On Hop Off Yellow Bus stop and close to a square where there are good local restaurants. Breakfast is by order (not buffet type) but it offers sufficient quantity and variety.

The Glu Hotel has a fantastic, kind and helpful staff, perhaps the best I have seen in any hotel. They pay attention to their guests. This is a small and personable hotel. We stayed in one of the smaller suites, which are located in the back and are very quiet. The location is excellent, close to many activities in Palermo, yet not noisy. The breakfast is served by order, including fresh orange juice. The room is in excellent condition and very clean, and spacious. I highly recommend the hotel

Horrible. Booked our room as a 2 bed room for me and my father. Got here and only one room was available with one bed. The desk clerk said they had other rooms with 2 beds but the cleaning staff left early today and they can’t be cleaned. Paid for a double bed room and got stuck sleeping on the floor so my dad could have the bed. No waters in the room and it was dirty and the shower didn’t have hot water. How does this place have a high rating?

Nice spot in BA

The room was quite large, and the bathroom very small. It's comfortable. Breakfast was nice, they bring you eggs, pastry, ham and cheese, and you can have it in the lobby or your room. Everyone is very friendly. It was pouring rain for the two days we were there. No umbrellas available. They suggested we walk 6 blocks to a mall to find one. Other than that misstep it's a nice hotel, albeit a bit basic.

Well-situated in Palermo district, but this is NOT downtown Buenos Aires. Uber is inexpensive so going anywhere is cheap and efficient. Staff was immensely helpful. An intimate, casual but 5-star experience.

The hotel is advertised as 4 stars but I would consider this hotel a 3 stars. It is small private hotel but if you are looking for a more modern and service hotel like this will not be the place.

Very cozy hotel on a quiet street in bustling Palermo Soho. Staff was extremely attentive. Breakfast is good and can be even better if you tell them what you want (way to cook eggs, what condiments you need and type of coffee). Unfortunately, there was an issue with water leaking from the shower onto the floor in the bathroom. Other than that, our stay was perfect.
Rooms are big and cozy. Location is a very happening area with many great restaurants to choose from.
Staff provided excellent recommendations regarding tango shows, shopping, walks, etc. and helped with getting a taxi or private car to and from airport.

The Glu is nestled in the heart of Palermo Soho, a very eclectic neighborhood, somewhat unkept. However, as Anthony Bourdain would have said, it is the soul of Buenos Aires. Here you find locals mixed with tourist, plenty of dining experiences and safe walks through the neighborhood. I would’ve given the property a five star rating or not for the intolerable coffee.

My wife, 22-year old son and I recently traveled to South America during my son’s 2 week break from work. After visiting Brazil, we traveled to Buenos Aires and stayed at The Glu Hotel. My wife and I are reasonably well traveled having visited Europe, Africa, Central America, South America etc. Never have we had a better hotel experience than at The Glu Hotel.

We arrived at 3:30 A.M. and were greeted at the hotel by a young man who let us in, quickly got us registered and directed us to our spacious and well appointed room.

The next day, after having had fallen somewhat ill in Brazil, the wonderfully lovely Carolina at the front desk recommended 2 hospitals and I went to one, received excellent treatment and was soon getting well.

Both Carolina and Hirlanda who worked the front desk never saw me again without asking, with genuine concern, about my health.

They also were both extraordinarily helpful with suggestions for dining, bars and sightseeing. Never have we had the experience of such helpful and caring assistance from the many hotels at which we have stayed.

I don’t know when we will be returning to Buenos Aires but whenever that is we will be staying at The Glu hotel.

I have been in hotels all over the world, and traveled extensively for over 55 years. The people operating this hotel are the nicest, friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered.

It is a small hotel, only seven rooms, and I felt like I was staying with family members. Actually, they are nicer than most family members.

If you do not need the trappings of a major hotel, this is a terrific choice. I commend the Hotel and it’s staff without reservation.

The location and the service make this an excellent option in BA. The decor is a little dated and tired around the edges, but the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful and speak fluent English. Palermo Soho is right on your doorstep - easily the best neighbourhood to stay in BA.

The customer service was great! Everyone at the service desk speaks English. There was someone available 24/7. The door is locked at all times and only opened for customers.
The rooms aren't fancy but they are great, comfortable and clean.
The shower pressure is SUPER.
The breakfast is delivered to the room until noon and we loved it.
The hotel location is EXCELLENT.
I recommend this hotel and would go back.

My husband and I just took our first trip to Argentina. I was told that SoHo Palermo was the best place to stay and they were right!!!! I really enjoyed the area, full of restaurants, bars, shops and charm!!! Our staff at the Hotel were all amazing and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Its a boutique hotel, smaller but the room is spacious and the patio was perfect for the in-room breakfast! LOVED IT!!!!

Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well. Breakfast delivered to the room was an interesting and convenient twist. A little balcony facing into a backyard was nice -- though during my visit, it was too cold to spend much time out there. The actual block the hotel is on is unremarkable, but only a short walk to a lot of stylish shops, restaurants, and bars. Later at night the neighborhood attracts a young crowd. Overall, quite nice.
