Can't say enough about the location. It's in the heart of where you want to be for food, drinks, safety. Staff is super helpful and friendly, rooms comfortable and love the outside seating on the patio. Would stay there again next time in BA. Only two minor complaints (lawn chair on patio super uncomfortable to set on and mattress was a little firm). Not enough to give it anything but 5 starts though. Loved this place.

Rooms are OK, however they require updates, specially the bathroom (larger sink, bathroom cabinet).

Really nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice pool deck with both a cool plunge pool and a hot tub. However, the air conditioning was not strong enough so the room was too hot to sleep comfortably

The place is ok. The area is a safe area. The building is not old, but the rooms have not received the required maintenance. The bathrooms are old-looking and stained. The rooms are of a nice size. The people are customer service oriented. The really helped when I needed the help.

A good option if you want to stay in Palermo Soho.
Clean hotel, and I mean, clean. The staff is really friendly.
The area is safe, great to walk for dinner or just to have a coffee or a good icecream.
The breakfast is just ok, don´t expect too much or you´ll be disappointed.
If you are traveling for work you should know that the internet is weak and slow.

Despite having an initial glitch trying to check-in as they hadn’t accepted payment yet from Orbitz, the team working here is fantastic and willing to help with anything!! Mybsafe was broken when I arrived and I asked them to fix it three times but finally just gave up. It’s an older building. The pool and “hot tub” area are very outdated and worn.The shower equipment. Was broken. The WiFi was excellent and I had a beautiful balcony with a view.breakfast is very simple and served in the basement in a workroom environment.The location is outstanding in Palermo and everything is safe and very walkable! Overall, I’d stay again for the value and team working there.

Beware-No pool or jacuzzi during the winter

This is a relatively new building, clean and sleek, with a.modern vibe in a great neighborhood in Buenos Aires. At check-in, be.prepared to fill out paper forms and write down others with your personal information,
My main dissapointment came when I learned that the pool and jacuzzi was not working as advertised because it was "winter". In fact, I chose this hotel in the first place because having a pool and jacuzzi during the winter. When I asked to the staff about it, their reponse was to question my interest because it was obviously "winter" and apparently ludicrous idea wanting to use a.pool and/or jacuzzi in such season. I would have preferred an apology for the misleading advertising and some compensation instead, but none was offered.
Kuddos to some other staff that responded quickly via text message to my need to book a tango show. He was responsive and.got the job done for me.

The hotel was very simple for the price we pay no extra anything it was very expensive addition to that the pool was very poor and small and on top of everything after we checked out the charges another 12,000 peso because they claim the sheet was dirty I don't know what to expect after six nights of sleeping on those sheets

A well maintained boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo Soho. Very helpful and friendly staff. The decor is very Y2K but don’t let that throw you off. Rooms were enormous and comfortable. Quite accommodating of young children both in the hotel and adjoining restaurant.

The room was very spacious, and property is a bit dated. However, I can handle all of that. The one thing I can not handle is a dirty bed. The linens were very dingy and dirty. I asked to have them changed and the linens they changed to were exactly the same. I had planned to stay the whole week, I left after one night. You could literally smell the pillows. Then after I explained my displeasure to the staff they charged me for two nights even though I only stayed one night. Trust me, I come from the hospitality industry, do not waste your money on this hotel.

Great communication with hotel before arriving who organised our airport transfer. Early check-in was available and much appreciated, which was great as we had flown overnight and arrived at 09:00.
Hotel well positioned. Staff were all very helpful, breakfast was good, pool and sun area small but great after a full days walking in BA. Plenty of local restaurants, cafes and bars.

Urban oasis in Buenos Aires

Lovely check in and helpful staff. We were booked later in the week, but then missed our flight and I called last minute for a room. They got us booked, let us store our luggage until the room was ready and were very kind. When we came back we were relaxing in the bar/ restaurant and they sent us up with a free glass of champagne. The pool was great, the beds comfortable and the amenities very nice. We had a great time.

We stayed here for 4 nights while in BA. While we loved the area and the staff were nice, the hotel was less than desirable.

The restaurant in the lobby is not good, so don’t waste your time. The included breakfast was the worst of all the breakfasts we had on our trip around Argentina.

The lobby and common areas had a bad musty smell every day.

We reserved a queen room and the room we got had 2 double beds. When we asked about it, they said that queens range in size and that the beds were in the queen range. My partner and I are both 6+ ft tall so it was a squeeze to fit in one bed.

The blanket on top of the flat sheet was thin and rough material.

Our shower leaked a huge pool of water after every use.

The wifi in the room was very weak...we had to hold our devices to the corner of the room to get signal.

The rooftop pool area was terrible. Both lounge chairs were broken (the fabric ripped so you fell through when trying to sit on it) and the pools were gross: the water was dirty and the pool tiles were brown and dingy.

Well located in Soho this hotel suits small families or group travellers. At check in the staff member spoke English. Our room was large and clean with a small bathroom and two double beds. 2 large people might be uncomfortable in one bed. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The room was a little bit noisy from street traffic but not too bad. The restaurant food is tasty and reasonably priced. The shower was cranking with great water pressure and consistent temperature. Level one has a very small pool and spa which the kids liked. The breakfast is basic and the coffee passable. Overall this was a good hotel in a great location.

First thing I noticed was water damage on the ceiling, next was a broken water temp knob so no showers as one day I had just cold water the next scolding hot. When I decided on a relaxing jet tub when I turned the jets on big chunks of blackish green gunk came shooting out. The toilet seat also looked like it hadn’t been changed in 30 years. Disgusting!

Adequate hotel in a great location

Location is great - in the heart of Palermo, walking distance to all you need. Facundo at the front desk is amazing - bent over backwards to give us great attention from arranging airport transfers, to recovering a lost bag, to making sure our locks were working, etc.

The hotel and rooms are fine. The "keys" are a keypad that you enter a code into to access your room. We had 2 rooms on the 6th floor, and both room codes started with the room number, leaving only 2 real digits to secure the room. Did not feel like the safest method. Also, the chain lock on one of the doors pull right out of the wall. The hotel also did not have the room we booked available when we checked in (isn´t that the point of a reservation??) so they gave us a lesser room and promised a refund - given we booked this through Expedia and the hotel has to first refund Expedia... I still do not know what this will be, and when or if we will receive it, even though the hotel promised to provide me the refund amount before check-out. Also, we checked out at 7am and the included breakfast did not start until 7:30am. We asked if we could at least get coffee - which they provided but with a bill since "breakfast was not open".

Overall, fine stay, but there are many better options in Palermo.

This hotel is in a great neighborhood in Buenos Aires. It has easy access to restaurants, public transportation, parks, etc. The room was spacious, but condition was just okay. The door to the balcony was unlocked and when we asked them to lock it because it had access to an adjoining balcony, they said they would, but never did. Breakfast was just so-so. We ran out of toilet paper, the facilities were just acceptable in general.

Great hip hotel in the heart of Palermo

Shower leaked a little since the glass did not extend far enough. And we aren't a fan of the longer firmer pillows used in most hotels in Argentina. Other than that the room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The balcony would have definitely been used to relax over a bottle of wine had we stayed longer. The staff was the best, constantly giving us any tips about food, the city, transport to the airport. They were very friendly and easy to talk to.

Good overall but very noisy.

Due to the laminate floors and the lack of sound deadening insulation, you could hear everything going on in other rooms especially the one above. Very noisy! Also, we were surprised to find the cleaning staff had helped themselves to some food we had in the room. Otherwise, very clean and friendly. Great location near shopping, restaurants, buses and subway.

what a great value! we had a big room, lots of space - very clean and new- comfy beds - a little balcony overlooking the road -- very nice staff. we were even offered a goodnight glass of bubbly a few times after walking in to the hotel thru the empty bar… :) -very close to subway stop which we used tons - walked to nice little shops and restaurants…. just perfect for 2 friends seeing a new city and new country!

A little gem in the hearth of Palermo Soho

Very well located near the center of trendy Palermo Soho, with loads of cool bars, cafés, restaurants and fashion outlets and local designers around. Excellent value quality price. We travelled with two young children and felt totally at ease and the kids loved it too. The staff was great and very understanding and accommodating. Fully recommended.

Good Hotel with great staff in a great neighborhoo

This hotel was tremendous when it came to it's hotel staff and overall appearance of it's hotel. It's location in Palermo was unmatched to all the shopping, dining and attractions. The room condition, albeit clean, was a little disappointing. The bathroom had some broken fixtures, and loud music could be heard from the hotel's neighboring building, although I'm not sure how they could have helped that. Overall, I'd stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Modern hotel in Palermo

This small hotel (about 40 rooms on 8 floors) has a great location, especially if one flies in/out from the AEP airport. Close to the subway stop (Plaza Italia, 3 blocks), parks and museums (MALBA and Fine Arts). I had a suite-size room with 2 king-size beds that would easily accommodate four guests. The staff was helpful and the restaurant was of decent quality. Highly recommended.

BA Sohotel in Palermo Soho is an excellent value for what you get. The room was large, modern, and clean. The staff was extremely helpful, and most of them spoke English. There was a free breakfast included. The hotel is about a 4 block walk to the subway station (Line D). And it was just a few blocks to a busy area of bars and restaurants. The only real problem we experienced was that the WiFi in the room was not always reliable. The beds were comfortable, but a little on the firm side.

Large room. Very comfortable. Clean. Big towels, big balcony, everything looks great! Mr Facundo was the most professional man from the staff we have seen in our entire trip to Argentina. He was so nice and helpful that we won't forget this hotel. The staff offer to help you even when you don't ask.

Too bad that the refrigerator is locked and cannot be used unless you buy something from the minibar.
The swimming pool is not clean and too small. The jacuzzi is also not clean and cold. Air condition at the corridor (outside the room) didn't work, and wifi was not working good all the time. Breakfast is ok but you have to know that you can ask the staff for cold milk, eggs, etc. Otherwise you eat only a few things that are served on the bar.

However, I recommend this hotel.
