Reservamos sin ver reseñas y cuando buscamos la dirección en google maps vimos su ficha y habían varias reseñas diciendo que habían visto cucarachas en sus habitaciones. Teníamos esperanza de que hayan hecho algo al respecto pero no, encontramos 3 cucarachas en el baño. Deben de fumigar todo el hotel y parar sus servicios unos días. Lamentable.

There is no elevator which is tough with lots of bags but not uncommon. Great AC, room was clean and functional. Good water pressure as well. Pleasant staff, was able to store bags.

Not great at all. Had notified in advance that I would be arriving late, got a response saying not to worry and they will contact me a few days beforehand with everything I need. On the day of booking I still hadn't gotten anything from them. After finally checking in, no reception staff until 9.45, later than the stated 8am/9am (timings differ depending where you read). Dated room with renovations needed, noisy and minimal customer service.

Not you traditional Hostel, individual rooms with in suite shower. I decided to give a shot for a two week Argentine trip. Great location, safe neighborhood, good dining options a short walk away. Room is small but functional, comfortable bed. Bathroom is tiny, with an even smaller shower. While tidy and neat, room needs a good deep cleaning. I stayed on the first level and noise from outside was very noticeable with windows closed. Fortunately the area is fairly quiet at night, with only traffic sounds entering the room.
No social activities you would typically associate with a hostel, which for me was a plus. I just needed a room to sleep in, and this for the bill. With such a low per night rate, I booked the room for 2 weeks straight. Even though my travels had me outside Buenos Aires for several days.

I arrived to the hotel at 10 pm. They emailed me the check in hours and it said they would be open till 11. The front desk was closed and I was stuck outside. I had to walk around and find a near by hotel. which to do late at night in an unknown city is something I didn't want to do. I was able to check in the next day. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room and bed are fine, but everything else wasn’t. The bathrooms was so small you could barely sit on the toilet and the shower was questionable.
But the worst thing about this room was the noise, the traffic noise was ridiculous. You are next to a main road, but the noise is so loud, you can’t even sleep through it and I can sleep through most things usually.

The Hostel is very well located. It is small but is has what you need. The staff was always helpful. The breakfast is not big but it is nice. The area could be a little bit noisy at night. I like that they have hot and cold water and tea all day long!!

Small room. Bathroom was terrible. Shower was a pipe sticking out of the wall over the toilet. Water didn't drain well. Haaad to squeegee during shower to prevent floods in the room. No cold water for the shower. The shower head fell off when I touched it so I had to play plumber during shower. When you shower, the toilet paper gets soaked. It was quite the adventure!

For the price it costs it is a 5*. New, clear, stylish, minimalistic and super-friendly staff. Whitest towels and bed linens. Good-great-and-cool! Good Internet speed still with some few interruptions.

La atención en la recepción excelente, como llegamos muy temprano, dejamos nuestras cosas y al rato nos confirmó que ya teníamos habitación. La ubicación del hostal también un lujo, como también los espacios para cocinar o pasar un rato libre.
Lo que si cuestiono fue el terrible olor a gas que en algunos momentos incluso se puede considerar peligroso para la salud y el bienestar. Según nos indicaron los dueños de la casa no quieren gastar en esas reparaciones que ponen en riego la vida y la salud de los huéspedes.

O hostel é bem localizado, o quarto tem um bom tamanho, com banheiro individual. A cama e travesseiros são ok. O atendimento na recepção foi amigável. O grande problema foi o barulho da rua e dos próprios hóspedes. Nosso quarto era o número 1, do lado da recepção... simplesmente não consegui dormir pois o barulho que vem da rua é absurdo...além de que por várias vezes na madrugava os hóspedes entravam falando super alto e parecia que estavam dentro do quarto. Seria bom colocar uma placa grande avisando que após as 22 deve-se fazer silêncio. Mas o barulho que vem da rua não tem oque fazer. Era uma noite só para dormir e voltar de viagem, mas se dormi 2 horas foi muito.

En servicio en general fue bueno, si bien no tuvimos mucho contacto con el personal del hotel, el baño y la cama eran doferentes a las fotos, el baño muy pequeño y la cama doble eran dos colchones individuales sobre un sommier. Si bien la reserva de hotels.com y el mail de confirmación de arte Factory detallaban que el desayuno estaba incluido la recepcionista dijo que era un error y debíamos pagarlo por separado.

Das Hotel ist für eine kurze Nacht oder für Personen mit wenig Anspruch ganz oke. Die 24-h Rezeption ermöglicht späte Checkins und frühe Checkouts und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht auch Englisch. Die Zimmer sind klein und ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Mit einem eigentlich tollen Stil im Hotel fällt dies aber erst beim Zimmerbezug auf. Das Zimmer ist hellhörig und die Dusche sehr klein und unkomfortabel. Sauberkeit ist so lala aber eigentlich i.O. Für einen kurzen Stop oder Hostellovers ist die Unterkunft ganz ok.

el lugar nos gustó por su buena vibra, los chicos q nos atendieron dispuestos y amables. el desayuno normal. lo que a mi criterio debería modificar es: las toallas no estar rotas, los acolchados sin manchas y las sábanas deberian ser limpias.. Ajustar el tema limpieza en el tema blanqueria..

El personal super atento, muy amable. Todo se veía moderno y limpio en una casona de estilo. En la habitación doble nos pusieron jabón nuevo todos los días. Lo único negativo es que no tiene ascensor por lo que hay que subir uno mismo su equipaje por la escalera, nos ayudó una chica del servicio por suerte. La ducha puede ser un poco estrecha si sos robusto pero fuera de eso todo bien, volvería.

Considerando os padrões de hotel de Buenos Aires que em geral são velhos e ruins este está acima da média. O banheiro não é tão pequeno como li em outros comentários, ele é maior do que de muitos apartamentos do Brasil. Tem mais ou menos 1,80 x 1,80 m. Da pra ouvir o barulho da rua mas consegui dormir normalmente, salvo algumas buzinadas no meio da noite, não tem janelas acústicas e a janela fica a 1 metro da rua. O café é muito bom e o hotel é bem localizado, a menos de 500 metros das melhores casas de Parrilla, e da pra ir em vários parques caminhando. Um fato ruim pra quem está de carro é que não tem estacionamento e os particulares que estão próximos cobram de 45 a 60 reais a pernoite. (300 a 400 pesos)

Só deixou um pouco a desejar na frequência com que limpavam o quarto. Dos 4 dias que passamos lá, somente 1 dia limparam o quarto. As toalhas também não eram trocadas sem que pedissimos e passavam a impressão de não estarem tão bem lavadas. Fora isso, foi tudo maravilhoso!!
