I booked my April reservation in February. Showed up and the hotel was closed. I googled and apparently this was due to a kitchen fire 2 weeks prior. I understand these issues can happen, but I should have been notified.
Instead of having time to book another hotel prior to my trip, I was left to do it in town last minute. I ended up wasting time and spending more money.

Guy at the front desk barely uttered a word when checking in. We get to our room and then can't actually get in to our room so I go back up to the front desk & let the guy know. His response was, \"oh, they still haven't fixed that.\" Then he proceeds to follow me back to our room where he also cannot get the door open. Finally gets the door open once he throws all his weight into the door. I was offered no resolution other than to deal with the door all weekend long and we did, every time we had to get back in the door. Also, the hotel was not full and we could have been moved to another room(the people with the same issue next door were moved to another room). The walls in the room were in serious need of a GOOD wipe down! The beds are probably the most uncomfortable thing I have ever experienced. There was trash all over the parking lot. The place needs some serious help!! I will not be back.

The hotel was not bad, but was also quite a bit dingy-er than we expected. The room was fine, clean etc, just a bit outdated. When we walked in, the desk staff and I couldn't even hear each other because guests in the lounge were drinking and being so loud that we couldn't hear 4 feet from each other. I also heard LOUD music and lots of talking and asked if there was a wedding reception tonight and he says, \"no.... thats the swimming pool\". We then got settled and headed down to the pool with our kids, the main purpose of our fun trip to swim and have a hotel stay, and the pool was absolutely packed, minimum of 40 kids, just absolute chaos. No open chairs or places for parents to sit, etc. We made it work, found a corner of the pool to keep the kids in, because we were afraid if they left our general area we wouldn't be able to find them in the sea of other kids, all older than ours and rough housing with each other. Next morning we had continental breakfast which was very good, staff did a great job keeping everything stocked, a challenge with the many families there that night I'm sure. We then tried to swim one more time before check out but they had the pool closed, which was frustrating because as I said, that was the main purpose of turning what is normally a day trip to Bismarck into a hotel stay to swim.

Well when we went for breakfast the guy had pulled the stuff for the waffles so he can wash them when their was a hour left for breakfast, milk wasn't stocked, also the hot tub needs to be bigger. Also pool parties should not be allowed cause they get to be rude to the guests.

Requested first floor but got second with no elevator. Heaters, doors, etc were broken throughout public areas, food received from bar was raw, pool area had rust and mold visible to guests, lots of drunks, drunk drivers, and drug attics all over the property all hours, floor in my room had random small trash pieces scattered around(definitely had not been vacuumed or mopped in a while), I rinsed the ac/furnace filters because you could not even see through them there was such a thick layer of dust, still had tons of dust in the unit itself, not a single vending machine was stocked, not a single bottle of water was available in any of them, most vending machines didn’t work.

The staff was very courteous. When I drove up to the place it looked like it was abandoned. The Ramada sign out front was flickering and the parking lot was in very poor shape. The room I was given was okay. It was accessible which I didn't ask for but it was okay. The TV didn't work it didn't even turn on. There was a stench coming from the area that the mini fridge was in like somebody had peed in there. It needs to be cleaned. I didn't smell it until after the room warmed up but it was the first thing that I smelled this morning. I did mention that to the girl at the desk and she said she would see about maybe refunding some of my money. I haven't heard anything yet.

Do not stay at this hotel. It smells like weed everywhere along the hallways and as people are coming in and out of their rooms. Also very poor customer service. Very rude front desk worker. Keys didnt work. People im assuming who are drug addicts just walk around the hallways. If you have children dont stay here. Also we didnt stay here we checked out 10 minutes after checking in. It is not a safe place for anybody.

The room was absolutely disgusting. There was paint chipping off the wall. There was dirt and grime all over the walls. The bathroom look like it hadn’t even really been cleaned when I let the front desk guy know that we were not going to stay there. We were only there for an hour, and I booked a hotel at a different hotel because of the cleanliness and the filth in there His replied to me saying we weren’t staying there was OK

Staff was fine. Rooms, shower, everywhere very dirty. At first i was thinking the sheets and towels looked clean then i seen the condition of everything else and made me concerned what the washers look like that wash the linnen. We were looking for a cheaper hotel in good condition. We live 1.5 hours away and go for bulk shopping and some just need a cheap place to stay thats not $150 a night. This hotel is absolutely not it.

The first room had a bad odor the staff said they put a ticket in to have it resolved and it hadn't been addressed. He knew it was bad. The sink was clogged and toilet broke in the second room. Holes in the walls and stained sheets. The front desk was such a mess it looked like a basement storage or construction zone.

The room was not properly cleaned. There were urine stains on the bathroom floor, visible water damage and water stains in the room, and what appeared to be mold. The carpets were dirty with stains and patches of dried mud throughout.
Even the bedding had marks on it, and the bed skirt was covered with noticeable white stains.

This hotel is an absolute disgrace. Filthy, and does not look at all like the photos indicate. The bedding was in shreds. Mold around the dirty tub. Mold around the windows with ripped screens. The TV screen was covered in dried liquid. We checked in, saw the room, took photos and checked out immediately. I have never seen a disgustingly dirty hotel in all my life.

The hallways and room were not clean at all. The room had dust dangling from the popcorn ceiling. The hallways had pieces of garbage in it thst was there the entiry of our 2 night stay. The pool had black scum at the bottom of a wall inside the pool. When we first checked in, our room was the furthest away from the front desk and both key cards didn't work. Breakfast was included, hence the reason we give it 2 stars.

The front staff was really rude immediately when we arrived. The lobby was dirty and full of trash, with wrappers and dirt all over the stairs and dirty cups and glasses on many surfaces. The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud and made irregular noises even on low fan which woke us up several times. I wouldn't stay here again when there are many other options nearby.

Room was outdated, furnature was falling apart, was not very clean, and had the scent of cat urine. Front desk staff seemed very distracted but helpful. Apparently they don't have any maintenance staff on call during much of the weekday and we had to resolve toilet issues ourselves or be moved to another room. There apeared to be blood stains on the floor and walls in the hallway that cleaning staff did nothing about even after multiple notifications.

Needs remodeling, drain did not work, parking lot needs redoing, some drug addict ran over a large cement curb and bottomed out. The exercise room was not open when supposed to be. The room was clean and staff seemed fine. Check in time was not till 4 and should be 3 pm to allow gets time to get ready for events and dinner.

Didn’t get to the pool or hot tub. Had dog friendly room which had no carpeting and no blankets. Just sheets with thin blankets. Also had dirty washcloths in the shower and only two bath towels, washcloths and hand towels. I think if I have to pay an extra 25 for my dog it could be a little more comfortable. Pillows were lumpy and not soft.

The key cards hardly worked, the bathroom hardly had any towels, and no vent fan!! This place sucked for a working man!! I worked 14 hours and wasn’t allowed to use the sauna or hot tub because it was night time, like I’m some kid…. Overall this place was fairly nice but they’re lacking some major upkeep and renovation!! And let a darn adult in to use the hottub after working all day….

Literally only giving 2 stars because there were no bed bugs and the 2 workers we encountered were so kind. The bed had a huge dip in it that you could see without anyone in the bed. They don't have real blankets, the floor was so stained and gross, the lobby smells like rotten steamed broccoli. The doors also don't lock on the outside of the building like normal, so safety is not something you feel here.
