Room was clean but a bit outdated and the wallpaper was peeling off in one corner. The bed was very comfortable. The only disadvantage was the website claimed there was pack n plays and cots available for guests, so we booked one king bed and was planning on putting our baby in a pack n play. Come to find out they don’t offer cots or pack n plays, with the hotel being full and no other room options we had to go buy a pack n play for $60. If they don’t offer those amenities, they should take it off of the website we that guests can plan for that.

This is our 3rd or 4th time checking in at this hotel. We always have a great experience. We appreciate their staff, Steve. He was very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we visit Bismarck.

As you walk to the front door you question entering due to the condition of the welcome mat. The stool behind the counter was duct taped and foam was sticking out. The entry furniture was grimy and the breakfast area chairs had vinyl peeling off of them. The pool is dirty. The floor and pool. One pool was not heated. The splash pad did not work. The room was ok but the chair was grimy. Would not recommend.

The room was little clean, the reason why is that. It had cobwebs and bugs in the closet. The bed was cleaned. The bathroom was cleaned. The only thing was different because you know how some hotels you have a door sign where it says housekeeping or do not disturb cause I was staying here for more than one night and I needed in my room vacuum and garbage taken out there is no housekeeping around for that request. The breakfast was delicious. It was freshly cooked. The pool was awesome. My kids love it overall I would rate this a six with the Lil complaints they have.. the front desk people were polite.

The room was clean but pool area and common areas were not. Peeling wallpaper next to the bed and the bathroom door was badly scratched and looked terrible—shower curtain rod drooped. Chairs in the breakfast room were in horrible shape—vinyl coming off the seats in big pieces. No pool towels either evening my family used the pool.
The woman at reception at check-in was friendly and warm, as were housekeeping staff, but the other folks at the desk were not. One guy was literally sitting behind the desk with his feet up and hands behind his head—really annoyed when I asked for pool towels.
I chose this hotel for the two waterslides and they didn’t disappoint, but everything else did. (Out of coffee and most everything else at breakfast.)
Unfortunately, the hotel seems to be poorly managed; two of the staff mentioned being on duty alone or having to run two hotels (it’s attached to the Mainstay next door.) I felt sorry for the employees. Definitely won’t stay there again.

When to check in only one staff for the two hotels. Dinning room chairs were old peeling. We went into dinning room to eat supper while kids were swimming and they kicked us out. Couldn’t bring food into pool area and thought it was ok to eat in dinning room to keep an eye on the kids. In our room no pillows for the couch no blankets. Got them at the front desk when asked for them.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The room was not very clean, and the bathtub did not drain properly, which made showering unpleasant. There were also not enough basic supplies provided in the room. Additionally, I felt uncomfortable during check-in, as the front desk staff asked questions that I felt were inappropriate. There were no pool towels and the staff would not give us more than 2 towels to dry off with after the pool, we are a family of 5. There were a dozen kids in the pool that were throwing balls, standing up on the water slides so other kids could not go down, and being so disruptive that my kids could not swim in the same area. There was music pounding until well past 11pm. The toiletries in the bathroom were mismatched and sparse. There was brown dripping liquid coming from the toilet onto the floor. We will not be returning.

Booked for the pool area, except they have a sign when you come in that says one water slide is broken, the kids area is broken, and the pool heat is broken on the other pool. Asked for sheets, blanket, and pillows for the pull out couch, the staff huffed and said \"I'll bring it in a minute\". She brought ripped up sheets and one pillow saying that's all she had. Blankets and sheets al had holes in them. Beds were really uncomfortable. Breakfast was a waffle maker, one choice of juice, eggs and sausage that looked really over cooked. We went day one and decided it wasn't worth going back again.

After reading current reviews on this hotel, I decided to try it out. Check in went ok. They do require a $100 hold upfront for incidentals on a credit card which I wasn't aware of. Their yellow waterslide isn't working until further notice, this includes the kiddie slide & mushroom spash play area for little ones. Our bed boxframe was broken. The sink had toothpaste from the previous occupants that stayed still in it. The bath tub in our room had a crooked faucet but it functioned. The beds were not comfortable whatsoever. The pool which had a functioning waterslide was ice cold. Breakfast was ok. Definitely not somewhere we would chose to stay again.
