Room had dirty silverware from previous. Pillows hurt my neck due to nothing to them. The water for the shower was luke warm and no pressure. When you ran the water it always smelled like sewer. Dog poop all the property yard.

The room was mostly clean. I did notice a (presumably blood) stain on the mattress cover under the sheet. The pool looked great although we didn't use it. The staff (other than the maintenance guy) seemed aloof and not particularly friendly. They charge $100 for \"incidentals\" that is supposed to be refunded upon checkout. The breakfast was pretty good and the room was big. Beds were comfortable.

I forgot to extend my stay, while I was out at work these people packed all my stuff and threw it in a storage room. Was going to book for another week. They treated me like a dog and threw me out. Gaslight me like every thing was my fault. I ended up unpacking all my stuff in the lobby. Lost 2 weeks worth of business receipts and my fire stick in the back of the TV. When I asked for it back they said they could not disturb the current guest in my room? Funny how they didn’t have any trouble flipping my life upside down. They packed my expense headphones at the bottom of my storage bin with heavy stuff on top. Typical Brampton culture. These people assured me when I check in my room my stuff would be ok specially after eversprings inn robbery. Then had to drive 2 hrs to a different city to get a room. And I still need to get my money back form yesterday cause hotels.com booked me for a week and went to check in and there are no rooms available. Like can some call me and explain this madness. I was dealing with a supervisory on chat and just left. Nobody wanna deal with me? Should I stop using this platform cause I’m having such bad luck.

The fridge in the room did not work.
They had a birthday party going on three of them, we had repeatedly told the parents please ask your kids to quit splashing us.
And when we mention it to the staff person who was putting more towels in there did the parents work no making their kids obey this is what they said.
,(The staff said that the birthday party was paying more than we were for 2 days.). I will never stay there again and I will inform everybody else I'll come across that with the unfriendly staff unwilling to make things right and making comments like that that I'll never stay there again.

Stay was good room was clean, room did not have enough towels for the family and when we asked the front desk for more all they had were pool towels so big miss there. The bath tub drain plug was broken so bath for the little ones not the end of the world, showers were fine. Overall would rate the stay a 7 out 10.Not anything major to ruin the overall stay just small things that start to add up during the stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Bedding was not clean, from the top cover to the sheets & pillowcases. Hair on sheets & lipstick on pillowcases. Staff very uncooperative, we changed our bedding ourselves at 11pm when we arrived. Staff argued with us & said about the filthy top sheet/blanket “it’s only the top sheet” like we shouldn’t care that it was dirty from the last how many guests. Disgusting.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, pool and water slide were fun and the breakfast options were great!
The only cons were the pool room was out of towels so I had to go ask for some while dripping wet. And the pull out couch had no bedding. I called the front desk to request some which they said would be brought to us but they never did. Luckily we had some blankets in our van we could use. The kids said that mattress was uncomfortable even after laying in on the floor since the frame was a little broken.
We would totally stay again even with those little issues.

The bathroom had a really bad odor, decided to skip the shower since it was a very short stay. The head board had water damage at the bottom which looked half way rotted, no furnishings in the room (no pictures, fridge on the floor with microwave sitting on top, phone didnt work for quick checkout). Vending machine for drinks was broken, no way to get drinks besides the gas station down the road. Maybe it was just bad timing since we had stayed here previously and the room seemed to be ok. Water slides/pool are the main attraction. Very dissapointed after looking to get a quick comfortable nights rest.

Overall, the stay had several maintenance and service issues that detracted from the experience.

Room Condition:

One lamp was missing a lampshade.

A second lamp had a burned-out bulb, and a third had a flickering bulb.

Paint was peeling on the bottom of the bathroom door.

Bathroom:

The shower did not have hot water at 6:30 AM on a Saturday. Hot water finally became available around 6:45 AM.

The sink faucet was missing a diffuser (aerator), which caused the water to spray forcefully and splash excessively.

The sink was also missing the pop-up stopper, which meant the sink could not be filled, and small items could easily fall into the drain.

Amenities:

The pool and water slide were nice and enjoyable. However, the area was very busy, and there were not enough towels available for guests.

Breakfast:

Breakfast was acceptable but fairly average.

The property has some nice amenities, but several basic maintenance issues should be addressed to improve the overall guest experience.

The room had chewed up gum in the carpet that we stepped in upon arrival, 2 nights in a row we asked for extra towels because there were none in the pool and we were told they do not have extra towels to give. On our final night our teenage daughters were walking from a friends room when the front desk clerk kept telling them to get in the elevator with him. They told him no multiple times and he made them very uncomfortable. We were never contacted about the girls being loud or disruptive, so this also made us incredibly uncomfortable.

Pool was very fun! I was able to sit and watch my kids anywhere they were at. The entry was nice, but my room was not what I expected. The microwave, coffe pot, and fridge just sat on the floor with no counter of any sort. The bathroom was okay, but there was no counter space and the mirror was tiny and tilted. For the amount of money we paid, I was disappointed.

Will not be back. We live in town and decided to try this hotel for the pool. Everyone needs a wristband to be in the pool area. That would be fine but the wristbands don't stay on. They will check to make sure you have wristbands. Our room key continously quit working (because i guess that happens, go to the front desk EVERY time says the manager). This is a huge pain with a family of 5 coming and going. There were no sheets for the pullout bed because if you put sheets in the room \"people will think they are dirty\" so go back down to the front desk. The end table and clock were so sticky it was gross to touch. I received an email from Country Inn that states pool time is open 0600-1100 so they can clean. But they shut it down early. When we entered the pool area in the morning there was garbage and wristbands laying all over so not sure they really clean as much as just wanting everyone out. The sauna worked last night but would not turn on in the morning. Definitely not a welcoming feeling and the manager has no time for discussion because he is too busy with his family since it looks like he lives on site.

The bathroom walls and door were very rusted. The jetted tub was not clean and I had to clean it myself before using. Overall the appearance of the room was ok but I felt it could’ve been better. This hotel is very run down. The deadbolt didn’t work on our door which left us feeling very unsafe while sleeping. The bathroom was dirty and when I brought it to the front desks attention they tried to gas light me and told me it wasn’t dirty (There was actual feces on the wall). The tub was dirty and dingy and had mold growing under the bath mat that looks like it has never been replaced.

Upon arrival at 8pm, the hotel had a strong, spicy food smell that we could even smell up to the second floor where we stayed. The hotel clerk announced our room number aloud when another guest was in earshot, which I did not like since that can be a huge safety issue. Both my husband and I slept horribly. We've never stayed at a Country Inn before, so I don't know if it's the norm to only have 3 tiny pillows on the bed, but they were so uncomfortable and our room was so hot throughout the night even though we had the temperature set at 64. Breakfast was okay. Will never stay here again. Just an overall bad experience.

Hotel was clean with a great continental breakfast. Coffee station always available. Rooms were clean, however, in our suite we needed to use the pullout couch. The mattress on that was blood stained. The bathroom in our room clogged with only toilet paper being used and no staff would assist to fix the clog. Instead after asking repeatedly, they offered my husband a plunger to fix it, which he was unable. We had to go to the main bathroom near the lobby if we needed to use the restroom. Which then later clogged as well. Finding staff in the hotel past 7pm was very difficult. Calling the desk and also ringing the bell at the desk brought no help, it almost seemed as though no one worked there.

the reason we booked a room here was for my daughter’s birthday. upon booking you are told that you are allowed 6 wristbands for the swimming pool, and that additional wristbands can be purchased for $10 each. so upon check in we were very upfront and requested 2 more wristbands as were anticipating 8 swimmers. we were told this was unneccesary as it was sunday and the hotel was not full. we then went to our room and were told that we cannot have a birthday party without booking the balcony above the pool which is $300. we declined this, had some words with the staff and completed our daughter’s party. we left the room as clean as we found it (did not actually spend the night). this hotel needs to realize that guests may book rooms to take advantage of the pool, and that the guests will not cause damage to the rooms. what is the point of allowing 6 wristbands for the pool and charging $10 for additional wristbands if birthday parties are not allowed?
