Choosing this hotel was a big mistake. Check-in took at least 20 mins, per person in line, and there were many. The man at the desk was unhelpful and uncommunicative. No elevator, confusing signage, and everything dated and dingy. People in front of us asked for an accessible room and were given 2nd floor room with no elevator to get to it. The room was at the end of the hallway and ridiculously small. Bed, pillows and bathroom okay. Didn’t stay for free breakfast because frankly didn’t trust it.

Filthy! The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Stains all over the walls, furniture, toilets and sofa. When we opened the sofa bed, there was multiple tooth flossers, a comb and Candy wrappers and crumbs. The toilets had not been cleaned. We checked out after the first night. The hotel was unable help us because we booked through Expedia. Save your money and go elsewhere. The last straw was when a giant black thick spider crawled onto my son Pajamas. Never going back.

Our stay here was meh. The whole place could definitely use a deep deep clean, room was dusty, ripped carpet in places, breakfast room and pool garbage can lids were gross, they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, countertops were also in need of being wiped down. The pool was really warm which was awesome, but the tiles needed a good cleaning, there was puddles that were nasty. Also, there is no elevator on property, but the front desk lady was very helpful in getting our stroller up the stairs. We definitely would not stay here again.

Were given one key to a room, and when we entered, someone from within said \"Hey you are in the wrong room!\"
The bathroom was dirty, and a towel from the last guest still hanging on the door of the bathroom. The caulking around the tub cracked and about a half inch above the tub, not sealing wall from tub at all. It was one of the cheapest hotels in Bismarck, so we expected an older motel, which we don't mind, but dirty is something else.

Hallway to our room smelled horrible of Marijuana. We were stuck in a snow storm and needed to a place to stay. You definitely get what you pay for. Checking in was ok. Place is run down. Gave us card holders that were used with other room numbers and a poorly written wifi password. Tried to call front desk. No answer. Had to go down to desk. She said wasn’t her fault. She didn’t write it. Maybe use fresh key holders?? Room has mold in caulking of tub, so we didn’t use it. Room was crazy small. Hardly any plug ins. The ones that were available just dropped the cords out. And I was sure we were supposed to have a fridge. No fridge. However. We stayed one night. Didn’t have time to really care. Bed was clean and comfortable and hot breakfast to order was nice. If you don’t care much about the minor annoyances. And it is priced low enough. It is ok for a short stay.

Place is in rough shape. Air conditioner sounded like a propeller engine plane taking off. Something in the sink smelled really bad. There was a leak in the shower spraying the ceiling tiles so they were warped and about to fall down. Huge TV but buffered forever. Waited 20 min for someone at front desk to check in. And 10 min before I just left and checked out online.

I booked a queen room. First room they gave me had an ozone running in it. The room they moved us to is a double which sucks for 2 people. Rooms are less than desirable and not very clean. Hallways smell like a mixture of poop and weed. I called ahead to make sure the pool and hot tub were working. I was told they were. When arriving the hot tub was under maintenance. Won’t be saying here again.

The room was very comfortable. It was very quiet. The TV was great because it was big enough that I didn't have any issues seeing without my glasses. And the hygiene supplies in the shower. Like the shampoo body, wash conditioner and lotion were amazing. They smelled good. They smelt very fresh and cleansing on my body. It was just great all the way around. Thus hotel is not kept up. The hallways smell of mold and mildew, and the front lobby is dirty and messy. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived, but there were instructions to call the manager. We did and he came in about five minutes. Although the room and the linens were clean, it was ridiculously small--you could barely walk around the bed. The bathroom had mildew in the tub. Clearly it's a place used by itinerant workers. In the morning, before dawn, someone started up a truck in front of our room, and the exhaust quickly filled the room. It's probably the worst motel I've ever spent a night in.

At check in the staff were chaotic, unorganized, and looked unprofessional. When we got to our room there was no handsoap, lotion, or conditioner in the bathroom. The tv was not connected to the wifi, that didn't reach that room, so the only way to watch tv was to connect it to my phone's hotspot. The bed was also uncomfortable. The only reason I didn't go back to the front desk was because I felt very confident the 2 guys there would not have a resolution for anything.

The hotel room we stayed in was not up to par. The room had a missing drawer, screws were loose on the towel rack and shower. No clock in the room so we could tell the time. I made a reservation on Expedia but it wasn't saved because it was through a third party so we got a dump of a room. I was highly disappointed. The only good thing they had was hot breakfast and the pool was nice. That's about it. Oh and I also over heard another guest complain about bed bugs. Gross!!

This place was dirty the floors and bathroom was disgusting and our key cards had to be changed every day because they stopped working. I was never asked for my id at check in which i thought was odd. An icecream bar was on the floor in the hall for 2 days it was finally picked up but no one cleaned or mopped the floor where it layed. The toilet was dirty and barely flushed the tub looked dirty, caulk was missing and moldy in multiple places.

Someone had changed the settings on the TV and with streaming services after over an hour of trying to program it we gave up as it was later in the night. The bed was hard and the ventilation system was very loud. The couch in the suite area was missing the pillows for the back rest. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past but doubt I will return. In trying to book the room I called over several days and no one would ever answer the phone. I finally registered online. I saw people show up that were told their registration had been cancelled and a friend told me they gave them the wrong room and had to go to a different hotel. The breakfast is good a big reason to stay here but I don't think it is worth it.

We have stayed here many times in the past with no complaints.
On this stay, when my wife took a shower there was no shampoo in the bottle. Thay have shampoo and conditioner bottles secured to the shower wall.
They apparently just put a new TV in the room, a nice big smart TV that has to be connected to the internet to stream all of the channels. You would think that it would be all set up and connected to the internet, but no it wasn't. Of course they give you their WIFI password when you check in, but I tried several times to get the TV to connect to their WIFI but it never would. I used my Hotspot on my phone and it worked with no problem.
The light fixture in the bathroom has three bulbs in it but only one was working.
The sink in the bathroom barely drained.
The air conditioner/heater looks like it was replaced and there are gaps along the sides that I could feel air blowing into the room. I took towels and stuffed them in the gaps to keep the air and the fly's out.
We stay in Bismarck quite a bit and we don't stay at the fancy places with all the perks, we don't need them.
A little maintenance goes a long way.
I don't usually leave a review but this was not a good stay!

It’s been several years since I stayed here, and it’s really gone downhill. The only thing going for it is the friendly staff and made to order breakfast. Seeing a razor blade with white powder on the floor in the hall, and several rooms with the lights left on, doors open, and beds stripped at night didn’t add to my desire to stay here again. Room was okay and cleaner than the main areas at least. Cheap room if you’re in a pinch, but I’lll pay extra and stay somewhere else next time.

They are upgrading and so we had to switch rooms due to no wifi access. Network was not discoverable unless you stand by the door. TV not connected. No associated instructions and no info regarding how to contact front desk short of going back to the front desk. Phone in first room was for a different room and was not connected. No shampoo. Difficult to find outlets to use. Has to move furniture. Overall very frustrating considering we had driven all day and just wanted to relax.

My only complaints are that the big fancy TV did not work (said it was not connected to internet, so I guess it was just a “decoration”), and the breakfast was lacking (only margarine and grape jelly with the toast? Not cream cheese or peanut butter?). It is possible the guy was just setting it up, I was there kind of early, and he seemed to be huffing and puffing. I ended up having Raisin Bran.

Horrible experience

My reservation was confirmed and paid for a standard room with two queen beds a month in advance. On the day of my arrival I called the hotel to confirm it and inform them of my arrival time. When I got to the front desk to check in, they didn’t ask me for any identification, but still checked me in without informing me that they had apparently booked out all the rooms with two beds. Once I got to the room I thought I was given the wrong room number since it wasn’t what I reserved, they gave me a room with one bed because that was all they had left for the night. I requested a cancellation right away and called hotels.com, the representative told me she needed to call the hotel while I was on the line to get more information of the situation to proceed with the cancellation. The hotel didn’t respond and I was advised someone would follow up with me on my refund/cancellation request, in which they did, telling me that the property manager at the hotel did not approve the refund. Basically, I paid for a room that I never stayed in.

Not as advertised, not worth the price

The property claims to offer rollaway beds, and the room was supposed to sleep 5. The front desk staff stated that the hotel has not offered rollaway beds in years. We had to have one of our children sleep on the floor, since there was not a sofa bed, either. I would not have booked this room if it were not for the false advertising.

The hot food breakfast was overcooked eggs (despite a form where you specify how you want them cooked), cold bacon, and lukewarm hashbrowns. I would have preferred a buffet style with food kept warm in chafing pans.

The whole hotel is rundown, dark and dingy. Our room had a hole in the wall for the cable box with exposed wires just tucked inside, without a panel. The walls had flaking and missing paint, the bathroom appliances were stained, and the tub had hair in it and did not drain properly. We also could not get the WiFi to work.

The staff were very friendly, and the beds were comfortable, but otherwise this was an extremely disappointing experience, more along the lines of an old motel than a mid-range hote.
