Air conditioning was not working and there was no notification before check-in. Hotel promised ice cream treats in the evening to help guests “stay cool”, but they had none. Hot tub was nice, but was drained the last morning so I could not use it. Breakfast hot food looked disgusting. Other breakfast items ran out and weren’t replaced. Staff in all areas seemed to not really care about any and all issues. Don’t stay here.

The front desk staff told me they were short staffed when I asked for a hair dryer. “I don’t know where they are; I’ll leave a note for the morning.” I never got a hair dryer.
The sheet was stained on the king sized bed when I pulled back the bedspread. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable.

When we asked the desk for more they just gave us a arm full of wadded up towels that hadnt been folded.

We got to the hotel at 11:30pm and found out that the AC in the hotel did not work. There was no prior communication about it. If we had been notified, we would have canceled and rebooked elsewhere. Room was very hot and no air movement. Breakfast wasn't anything spectacular. Juice machine down so only option was coffee.

There was no air conditioning in half the hotel, towels were scarce, employees were nonexistent and when they were around, they were also complaining. One of our parties had mold growing in her room fridge. The elevator was out of order. I could not bring myself to actually shower in the bathroom because I was afraid of being in there without shoes. I spoke with a woman in the hallway who literally had to clean her neighbor's room, change the sheets, etc, HERSELF in order to be moved into a room with working air condition. Very poor customer service, very poor value, and very poor communication. I invite EverSpring Inn to contact me about a refund for this stay. Thanks.

Rooms did not have air conditioning . Hotter than heck . Offered pop cycles or ice cream sandwiches .. lol. . Why not a room discounted next stay . Bathroom by the front desk was absolutely disgusting!!
Front desk man was running his butt off trying to accommodate everyone . Poor guy .. really really disappointed.

The room was outdated and unclean. Air conditioning was out on a very hot weekend. Worker asked my teenage boys to help put in an air conditioner unit at 945pm on our check in day. Staff were not happy to do their jobs (some left early without helping relieve the stress of the hotel guests). I was told to just open my window for air upon checking in on a 90⁰ plus weekend. Do not recommend this hotel.

Room was adequate and had basic amenities. However, the microwave did not work. The bathroom was not clean, there were long black hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Made me wonder if the carpet in the room was ever vacuumed. I was not comfortable taking my shoes off! Carpet was also ripped next to the bed. The breakfast was minimal. I would not stay there again.

When we got to our room, we noticed that there were no towels, the bed was not made, and there was partially eaten food on the counter. The person at the front desk said that all the rooms that were supposedly cleaned by a particular staff person were not cleaned. He also said the other cleaning staff did not show so he did not have another room available. He apologized and was very helpful in getting a refund. We eventually got a room at another hotel.

The cooling tower was on the fritz, so the entire property was like 80°, but my room actually had functional AC, so I stayed comfortable!
The place is a little run down, but the price is right and it's very central to everything, especially all the Sanford locations.
I didn't use the outdoor pool, but it looked clean. Unfortunately the grass around it was knee high. It just looked as if they hadn't had a chance to catch up on general maintenance since winter, and I can't fault them for that.
They were giving out free ice cream in the lobby to help combat the heat, and I'm sure that was much appreciated by those who didn't have functional AC!

The bathtub was half with water upon check in. They do not provide towels in the room you need to ask for them. Elevators, signage, and general areas are very run down. Planters at the front are full of cigarette butts and garbage. Is nothing like the photos

Loved the HotTub and adjoining outdoor pool.
Even if it was too cold to get in the ambiance around, it was very warm.
Does staff was kind and friendly and helpful.

There were no cups in our room. So we had to go in search of them.

I did notice the fitness center was closed. I think due to repairs.

I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.IT WAS A NICE PLACE.

Lock of the hotel room was not working. They got it to work once but it failed again and my luggage was in the room with even the staff not being able to get in. Got a different room which was not clean. Old hotel , not well maintained.

I had reservations made through Hotels.com weeks ago. Yesterday on the app I couldn’t find any evidence of the reservation. I searched my emails and also couldn’t find anything so I called the EverSpring inn. They said they couldn’t find any evidence of a reservation under my name and that they were booked full. I scrambled and had to use a hotel twice as expensive. I’m not happy.

I’ve stayed here a few times in the past but this time I was disappointed in a few things. If breakfast is served until 9:30 then there should be food until 9:30. On Sunday morning they ran out of almost everything before 8:45. Only a few pieces of bread were left. Aldo the shampoo/conditioner etc were out. I had to tell them 3 times before they got refilled. The vent in the bathroom had clumps of dust. They need to shop vac it. And some sketchy people hanging around back and by the back entrance where we were parked.positives were staff was friendly and the jacuzzi was nice and open late.

The room was clean. A bit outdated but the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. No meat with the scrambled eggs. Only potatoes and biscuits and gravy. When we told them at checkout about a faulty heater/air conditioner, he said he didn’t know if maintenance would get to it because there was always something breaking down. I do not plan to come back to this motel.

Entered room to 2 used towels (1 in shower and 1 hanging behind bathroom door), no clean towels and a stained bedspread. Immediately reported to staff at front desk, received towels for the night but did not receive any additional towels or any evidence of housekeeping staff in our room. No one came to take dirty towels out either. Stayed 3 nights and had multiple rooms and none of us had any housekeeping services. Hotel was packed due to graduation in town. Obvious that hotel was incredibly understaffed. Breakfast was pitiful. Ran out of everything multiple times and replacement of items was about 1/4 of what was needed to accommodate all the guests. Coffee frequently gone. Staff was nice but never seemed to do much about any of the issues. Manager was non-existent. Really disappointed but all hotels were booked so had no other option but to deal with it. Would not recommend.

I stay at EverSpring inn all the time when I am going home down south and this is the first time I have a not so perfect thing to say. First thing i was on the second floor and most of the night i heard people moving things around, in my room my bed did not look totally done was missing top spread (Bed was clean) then I had no towels not one had to go to the front desk. I am not sure if the service went down over here because they bought the hotel behind this one but it should not matter because the prices are about the same I understand that things happen but I atleast expect my room to be full of everything we need.

Tried calling so many times to order the shuttle from the airport and it went to an automated service then that hung up on us. Finally got the front desk person and ordered the shuttle for 12:15am, (our flight landing time was 11:43) we didn't want them to have to wait so long for us so we requested 12:15. The front desk person told us to call when we land so when we landed we called while waiting for our luggage and again NO answer 10 times and I'm not kidding. Finally answered and it was about 12:13 so we asked if the shuttle was on it's way. He checked and said the shuttle had been there and left. He texted the driver and he said he had called us but we didn't answer but would come back to the airport. The driver showed up and we found out the hotel gave him our home number not our cell number. Then we got to the hotel, got to our room, went to shower and there was 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel (There were 2 of us staying) so I called the desk and he did bring more towels, wash clothes and a bath mat. Went to shower and NO body wash in the dispenser or it didn't dispense we couldn't tell if it was empty or not working. Also the ice machine on floor 3 wasn't working/no ice either. We went for breakfast and there wasn't any staff around, there was only 2 egg omelet things and 3 sausage links and no one ever showed up while we were there (about 15-20 mins) to refill them. We stayed at this hotel in the past but don't plan to stay again. Haven't heard from the manager!!!

It is not what is shown in the pictures, when we arrived to the room it did not smell like clean, The Bathroom looked like it has been used by someone right before our arrival, No towels in the room, I don't know if there's a Housekeeper supervisor in property, IF you can read this, please pay more attention to these details. I also notice some ugly stains on the edge of the mattress, Definitely a Hotel I would never stay at again.

A lovely location that was quiet. We loved the large hot tub with the garage door to the patio. The breakfast was amazing. This hotel was close to many dining options, and the sightseeing locations we wanted to check out. It was a perfect space to relax on our get awwy!

Checked into my room and there were absolutely no towels, the mini-fridge was missing and the bathroom sink faucet was not tightly held to the counter (I could move the base of it side to side and needed both hands, one to hold it and one to turn it on to use it). I contacted the front desk and was moved to a different room which didn't have any bar soap for handwashing in the bathroom and was missing a bathmat and several towels. There were wrappers under the pull out sofa bed and under the bed next to the wood that's suppose to prevent items from getting underneath the bed. Lastly, the ice machine was not working, and the closest one would have taken me two floors up or two floors down which was inconvenient. I have always had pretty good luck, but this stay was an exception to that average. The staff have always been nice and helpful when they could be and being able to have my dogs stay with me keeps me coming back.

Listing says there’s a pool and hot tub. There’s only a hot tub. The breakfast is only until 9:30 so my husband and I missed it both days by 5 minutes as were used to it ending at 10. Weekends we like to sleep in. Room is very bare bones- no coffee machine and not even a paper and pen.

I've looked at staying at this hotel quite a bit, but every time I've looked at where to stay in Bismarck, I am turned off because this hotel NEVER has \"PO at when you stay.\" This weekend, they did, so I booked. Big mistake! The biggest issue was I was seriously concerned for our safety. They put us, myself and 2 teen daughters, on the ground floor, facing the back of the building. We had to put a chair against the curtains to keep them closed. The bathroom lighting was terrible. There were only 2 bath towels in a double queen room. There were exposed pipes for the toilet, terrible time figuring how to turn on the shower, and strange sounds in the bathroom sink pipes. The biggest issue, by far though, was feeling extremely uncomfortable being on the ground floor with 2 teen daughters.

First time staying there and unfortunately was a weekend they were completely booked. The staff was not prepared for level of traffic.

When i went to check-in at close to 7pm (check in is at 3pm). My room was not ready yet.

The rest of my family had booked a family suite and they were forced to take the other rooms available because it was overbooked. (May have been a third party issue). But their room still had food in fridge from previous guest, the hvac fan did not work, the fridge didnt work (one of our group is diabetic and needed it for her insulin).

My room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. Las The towels were stained. The was hair in the shower/tub. There were no other rooms available in town. I think i would have opted to leave and ive never done that. The breakfast was far better the sunday versus the saturday. (Im sure due to traffic). Saturday everything ran out by 745am and there was no staff there to refill it. Ended up with hungry kids and cranky adults rushing to make it to event and grab some sort of breakfast along way.

I feel like the hotel was not prepared for the level of traffic otherwise it would be a nice place to stay. Wonderful location!!! Maybe worth staying at if theres not a bunch of things going on in town.

We had to stay here for a hockey tournament, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. We ended up having to go out for breakfast and coffee every day. When we asked if we could have breakfast the following morning, staff were quite rude and dismissive, saying it was no big deal since it’s complimentary anyway.

Housekeeping was also an issue, garbage wasn’t changed and fresh towels weren’t provided. We had to ask multiple times, and only some of us eventually received towels.

The rooms themselves were run down and not very clean. Overall, the listing is very misleading the photos online appear to be of the EveSpring Inn & Suites, not the actual EverSpring Inn we stayed at.

We got checked in went up to room n keys didn’t work went down and got a new one. Only to walk into a room that was occupied but thank god they were not there! Went down to desk AGAIN to get upgraded to a meeting suite. Umm very out dated! Walked into large room with a long table 6 chairs as well as a very dirty sofa bed attached was a small bedroom with a king bed stuffed in it end table dresser a small tv. Very dusty, bathroom was small and water was extremely hot with little to no adjustment. If you look around property like elevator it’s filthy and hallways are creepy. Price very low . Staff nice but minimal work to fix problems cuz it’s someone else’s job. Breakfast GROSS!!! Don’t drink coffee either!
