This hotel is kind of great but also kind of disgusting at the same time. The big water slide is pretty incredible and much faster than you’d think. Staff is always friendly and hospitable but everything in the hotel needs a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. Was a little nervous to sleep in the bed.

Room was booked for 2 people. For towels there was 1 bath mat, one face towel, 1rag and one towel. When I asked for more towels and some pool towels to visit the pool I was told they were all out of towels. Not even a 'i'll see what I can do.' There was dried food stuck on the wall and on the edge of the bath tub. There was a water leak in the hallway coming from one of the clean outs of a room drain. Called for a noon checkout and still had housekeeping knock on the door twice trying to get in. Place is definitely dated and showing its wear and tear.

Stayed on third floor. It is not updated and not maintained. Lots of saggy ceiling tiles die to leaks in roof. No staff at front desk checking in and checking out. When staff was at front desk, busy on their cell phones and not as friendly as was hoping. Room not updated at all.

Let’s start off with the good. The room was clean. That was the only good. Walking into the building and it was filthy. The elevator was filthy. The hallways were really dirty. The restaurant said it operated until 1am and it did not. The price was high and the drinks were expensive for what it was. The $120 should be $60. Not a place I would stay again.

The day front desk girl was rude. We showed up at 245. She said rooms aren’t ready come back at 3 or 330. She was too busy talking to a bus driver who took up much of the space in front of front door. The guy who worked the evening shift was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel it’s self looks like corporate owners who only wants money to come in but won’t put money into the business. The pool area had stained walls, holes in the ceiling. The pool and hot tub were clean. There were only 2 battered thin towels to dry off with and one had a huge hole in it.
Room was clean but again to save money the updates were sloppy.
It’s unfortunate, hotel would be really nice if the owners would put in effort. The attached bar was really nice and breakfast had lots of options.

This building is a teardown. It's beyond renovation. It is dirty dark and drab. They shouldn't be charging 50 bucks a night. The pool area is disgusting. The main pool was closed. The hot tub had garbage and debris scattered around it. Carpet stained everywhere ceiling tiles stained everywhere Holes punch through the corridor walls. It's a miracle of the city of Bismarck or Mandan doesn't declare it unfit.

The pictures don’t show the sides that make it look like it’s a projects advertise as a pool, which was broken advertises the steakhouse which only serves burgers the room was dirty and small kids running around making noise at night in the hallway, slamming door and nobody does anything about it up until after midnight Absolutely ridiculous not worth the money

Rolled in at around 1 am local time, they disnt have our reservation even tho i proved that we had one.
Then made me stand there with my wife and 2 kids while she figured everything out by calling her manager. The service guy was there behind the desk and the clerk continously stopped helping us to address him. Would not recommend this place.
Really run down, our headboards in our room were all torn up and the property is falling apart. But at this point we just wanted to sleep after a 19 hour day.

The cons: The King bed was hard, the pillows weren’t much better, the tub/shower didn’t drain, and when there was a party breaking loose from 2:30-4am in the hall and in all surrounding rooms no one would answer the phone for the front desk and the front desk button on our room phone was broken!! 😡

The pro’s: nice gentleman during the day at front desk, temperature was comfortable, large hotel room fridge, fun pool and nice looking bar but didn’t have time to check out the bar.

The tv in our room didn't work and the front desk could not move us to another room.
In the hallway outside our room there were buckets to catch the water dripping from the roof, because it was raining.
The elevator was very dirty.
Our rooms bathroom had a bad smell and the tub was not well cleaned.
This was not a good experience.

Decided to stay here based on the property photos. I thought it looked ok and was reasonably priced. I should've read the reviews... The property was extremely dirty, smelled like a wet dog, and everything felt damp. The entryway was disgusting and there was dog crap on the sidewalk outside the entrance, this was my first hint that this was going to be bad. Being it was a quick overnight we just sucked it up and slept on top of the covers and bailed out quick in the morning. I'm not fussy and will occasionally surprise my wife with a stay at a motel as long as it's clean, but this hotel took the prize for being the worst place I have ever stayed! When finally going through reviews it appears that most positive reviews are from people coming for events and not staying in the rooms. So good job to the catering staff and do better to the management and cleaning staff, take some pride and clean this place up...

It served its purpose, it got me out of my mom’s house for a few days but gawd!!! Clean this place!! It’s filthy all along the baseboards! I’m pretty sure there was brain matter painted over on my wall. Headboard was torn, down behind the box springs and the headboard had like a quarter inch deep dust and hair! The drain on the tub took like two hours to drain the tub after I took a shower. I mean good grief! They’ve probably made a billion dollars since opening!! Do some remodeling in the rooms! Some bigger tv’s! SOMETHING!! This stay sucked but still put up with it to escape my surroundings!!

This place needs a complete remodel. I will never stay here again unless it’s completely remodeled. Everything in our room was old, especially in the bathroom. The hallways had wallpaper coming off and the exterior doors by our room were disgusting with finger prints all over them. I can NOT recommend this place until it gets a complete remodel. Staff seemed friendly but never asked how our stay was when we checked out. I think they knew better
