Upon arriving just out from sugery to check in on my room i booked day before,the young lady in the box was saying no small dogs allowed,i told her i was having my cousin who lives here in Rosarito was coming to pick her up and visit me to see if i was ok,Laura the lady in box says no guests allowed. So i i immediately gave back the key,and called expedia for refund and the agent said Laura hung up the phone on him. And i drove back to California just out of surgery because of this huge inconvenience.

My stay was very pleasant. It’s a quiet place and conveniently located near shops and great places to eat. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The parking was free, and there was always a security guard on duty, which made us feel safe. We walked through the neighborhood behind the hotel and had access to the beach. It’s definitely a place we would come back to.

Avoid this hotel. The rooms have no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker, and the TV was literally falling off the wall. The pool was filthy and the jacuzzi was ice cold. Worst of all, the bedding was unsanitary—I broke out in a rash and couldn't sleep. Unsafe and very uncomfortable.

The room and bathroom seemed very clean, with the exception of the carpet which caused our feet to get dirty walking from the bathroom to the bed. All channels on TV were in Spanish and didn’t allow for closed captioning in English. We didn’t seem to have internet, and could not sign in to stream tv. No hooks in the bathroom to hang clothing or towels. No washcloths or hand towels, only bath towels provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Good parking. Safe location. Decent location near food, bars and beach within walking distance. Have a printed or full pdf to show them when checking in since they did not seem to have a computer to reference. Overall pleasant

There is a little shopping center on the corner of the hotel it’s quite my kid’s loved the pool and the jacuzzi, even though the Jacuzzi wasn’t warm because possibly it wasn’t working to get the water warm. besides that everything was good.

The pictures online are extremely deceitful. The noise was unbearable, house, keepers, maintenance, men, and construction going on by 7:30 AM. Bathroom extremely small and wash area as well, Took several times to flush the toilet, so we skirt go down whether it be urine or not.

Check-in was easy, though the entrance and reception area were a little confusing at first. Room was freshly cleaned, with a simple but functional layout and good shelf space. The bed was decently comfortable, and the A/C worked well. We received two large towels, one small towel, two small soap bars, and two mini shampoo bottles.
There was a coat rack but no hangers. The shower looked nice and worked great, but many bathroom features felt flimsy, the toilet felt fragile, and the sink had some clogging. The soap left a filmy residue on our hands.
Noise from outside was medium to high, especially at night. Wi-Fi was okay. TV had Netflix and YouTube (bring your own login). Staff were friendly and check-out was easy, they did a quick room check before we left.

Amazing hotel staff! I’m a Filipino-American who doesn’t speak Spanish too well, but we used Google translate and they took care of any issue I had. I even had my rental car locked in a parking garage in zona Rio which had my hotel key in it and with my identification, they helped me get in my hotel. Best staff ever. Location is okay if you have a car. Few good restaurants in the area, and a 7 eleven within 5min walking.
