The hotel is located in the industrial park of La Mora, a district of La Cistérniga, just 5 km from Valladolid. It is situated between the Soria and Segovia dual carriageways.
It offers excellent links to Fasa Renault and the San Cristobal industrial zone. There is a bus stop right in front of the property.

The hotel's location is absolutely magnificent, situated just 25 meters from the central square and the church of San Miguel. It's truly steps away from the heart of the plaza. When I initially booked the hotel, the photos and location looked promising, but the reality far exceeded my expectations; the rooms were superb—easily 100 times better than pictured!
The manager and the entire staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay truly unforgettable. The privileged view of the church is something I will always cherish. I will never forget the wonderful vacation my wife and I had here. A heartfelt thank you to every member of the staff.

The room was very clean, comfortable beds, and great lighting in the bathroom for us women. The modern bathroom is a plus with big shower and very nice toiletries. The room has both a/c and heating. We called front desk and they sent up help immediately for coffee machine and TV settings (user errors). Our bags were courteously taken up and downstairs. Location was 1/2 block from Cathedral and The Jardin which was excellent and put us in the middle of festival. We did not have any issue with noise. Immediately next door is a very good restaurant- Ojo de Agua - a hidden gem. They even delivered an amazing salmon salad to our room. The from desk is manned 24/7. The hotel is quaint, Spanish colonial and very clean and safe. We will definitely be staying here again. Love it!!

Las camas son duras y lo peor de todo que no hay luz adentro del cuarto me tocó solamente una pequeña luz en el tocador y no se ve para maquillarte en general muy poca luz eléctrica y si abres las cortinas se ve todo 😓

Very close to Center area. Customer service was excellent. If you have a room on the church side the bells ring all night. Some of the rooms don't have windows which keeps the church bells quieter but can feel claustrophobic.

The pillows are extremely hard so I slept without them and San Miguel was celebrating San Miguel Arcangel and they had fireworks 'til 5am and since this hotel is right there next to the Plaza, we weren't able to sleep well. But, any other occasion, hotel is very well situated, staff are very nice and I do recommend.

It is probably the best location in town, however, the rooms don´t have AC and the property does not have any cafeteria or restaurant. For this reason, the room price per night is not justified, because if they are charging at between 150 to 200 USD one should expect at least to have AC in the room, specially with current weather conditions of 36 celsius.

The only thing that this hotel is missing is a restaurant to have a free breakfast for customers during the stay but other than that everything was great. We had to change rooms 4 times!!!! Room #1 no A/C; room #2 A/C ran out of coolant while we were out; room #3 the A/C blew air but it was not cool; room #4 was fine. The staff was helpful with all of this but it was ridiculously annoying. Room #4 had no iron or ironing board so I had to request and did finally get. The hotel is in a great location.

I love the city and the history of San Miguel de Allende, everything is wonderful. The hotel location is perfect and can’t complain about it because it’s right in the middle of the central area. The room is nice and comfortable and clean, and staff is very polite, the housekeeping lady is amazing.
I have a great time staying here, however there is something i have a little concern, first I don’t think I have any benefits for gold members , I don’t think my room has upgraded and front desk don’t say anything while checking in, just give me the key to the room only.
Secondly I’m looking for a massage cause I might have discount for my membership but once again i can’t communicate with front desk guys, so I have to go the other place to get massages.

I've visited San Miguel for many years now. Having stayed at many hotels close to the town center, our favorite is La Morada. We now return there with each visit. The rooms are very contemporary, stylish, clean, and quiet. There is always someone on staff during business hours that speaks English. They helped us with taxis, covid testing, on call doctor, and more. At check in... we arrive, give them our name, and they hand us the key. Its that easy. All rooms are beautiful, and baths up to date. Some rooms have views. Some have air conditioners. Request your preference. In May its chilly cool in the morning, and hot in the afternoon. The best for under $200 / night for two queens.

This is a wonderful property, located within crawling distance of the jardín. The exterior is nondescript, and the entrance and check in area are small—suggesting that what lies ahead may be disappointing. However, the interior gives quite a different impression. We had a large, ground floor room—one of several rooms surrounding a large, private interior patio which is a great escape from the city. The staff and service were great. We hope to stay there again.

Nice hotel very close to the tourist region of SMA . Check in was quick. The only thing I did not like it was that the pillows were not soft at all, I had difficulty to sleep with those pillows in my bed. Everything else was fine , nice hotel
