Just stayed here for 6 nights. Location is excellent for shopping and dinning/ bars, everything is right at your door step. Apartment is very basic, could use some updating and a really good deep clean. Bed is not the most comfortable and a thin mattress. All in all I would recommend for location.

Layout of the rental was great! Kids had their room with their own beds. The washer/dryer helped us with packing light because we were able to wash clothes mid trip. Location was great! Go right and you have shops. Go straight you have attractions. Go left you have restaurants. I would recommend! We did not use rooftop pool because it was November, but views were great!

Our apartment was fantastic. It had all new appliances. The place was spotless. The view from the 4th floor balcony of the cathedral, the playground, and the street life was wonderful. The location is very good for touring in any direction of the gothic quarter.

I would definitely come back here as it is very walkable and near everything. We enjoyed our stay here as it was very clean and with complete ameneties. The place was spacious. It included kitchen and laundry which is a huge plus. Only thing is that communication needs some improvement.

Really excellent location in the gothic quarter of Barcelona, just steps from historic wonders, shops and restaurants. A completely virtual check-in process which was seamless. The small rooftop pool with cathedral views was a nice bonus. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Perhaps could have done with some English instructions for the washer/dryer. Overall extremely happy.

As a lot of other reviews mentioned, this apartment is so convenient for families with young kids, as there is a playground downstairs and my kids enjoyed there everyday. Overall, the location is great, close to all kinds of attractions, restaurants and supermarkets. However, the bathroom needs some upgrades. It’s not comfy to use because there is no shower curtain to prevent water spread.

The location was amazing. Incredibly easy to walk (or take a metro, but we chose to walk) to pretty much everywhere we wanted to be in the city.
Only things I would change: 1) Mattresses weren't the most comfortable. Not horrible, but could be better. 2) More dishwasher detergent (only two tablets were provided). But we had a great time and we would absolutely stay here in the future!

There was a huge glob of hair in the toilet- couch was filthy, the place smelled like smoke- did not look anything like the Pictures, only stayed there one of the three nights I paid for & moved to an amazing boutique hotel down the street the Yurrbana Ramblas, which was less per night than this disgusting apartment.

We enjoyed a brilliant stay at the apartments. They are ideally located at the top of the Barri Gotic and very close to Placa de Catalunya. The apartment was perfectly kitted out for our family of 4 and the balcony overlooking the square was a haven for people watching after a long day sightseeing.
It wasn’t noisy at all (the “road” outside is populated by only taxis, bikes and trash collectors) apart from one evening when a new store just below had an opening night and to be honest, we were just sad not to be joining in! I wish them good luck - it looked like a true taste of Barcelona off the tourist track.
Clean, easy to use, ingenious and safe entry system, the only two things of any note I have to say about the whole experience in the apartment is 1) check junk email as lots of my correspondence ended up there even though I added them as a safe sender and 2) they aren’t kidding about the 4pm check in - we arrived at 3.15pm and couldn’t get in, but of course that was to be expected - the lockers downstairs for luggage worked for us even with 3 big bags and we went and got groceries from Carrefour (n.b. we didn’t rely on the lockers on our leaving day as 2 of them were broken when we arrived and we didn’t want to risk it). Trash and recycling can be found if you head left, almost to the Main Street leading to Urquinaona and don’t miss the violin duo often found performing in the Catedral square at night.
Do not hesitate to book your stay here, especially for families.

This place was just ok. They were extremely strict with the 4 pm check in even though the unit was ready. The area outside felt safe enough and was close to a lot of things but it was loud! Even on the 4th floor we could hear yelling and loud noises all night. We could also hear any noise the neighboring units made as well. There are no black out curtains so luckily we could shut the storm shutters for more darkness. The bathroom was older and the ceiling and shower were a bit moldy and some of the lights didn’t work . We were alap giving just one small hand soap for a weeks stay and had to wash our own towels. I asked at one point if someone could take our garbage as the small trash cans were all full but I was told to find a public trash can? I guess this isn’t a hotel so I should not have expected the same service but it would have been nice if they just asked the cleaning crew to grab our trash. The rooftop had a nice view but the “pool” wasn’t exactly that. It was maybe a foot deep and 6 ft by 6 ft wide so it’s not really made for swimming and I’m honestly not sure of its purpose other than to stand in??? Overall it was just ok for me. Having the washer and dryer and fridge was nice while traveling with a child but I don’t think I would stay here again

Overall decent property and location. Lockers for storing luggage prior to 4:00 PM check in were not available. We arrived at 8:30 AM and had to wait outside apartment until 11:00 to store in room while being cleaned. We had verified with management prior to arrival that we would need somewhere to store luggage. Please note that there is no lobby or front desk. Upon receipt of pre check out email we were asked to check out prior to 9:00 AM.

Overall experience was good with everything as hoped and expected. We did have a dirty mug in the cupboard and a make-up covered towel left as fresh which made us question everything we used.
Also worth noting is all the lockers for dropping luggage off before checkin were taken when we got there mid morning (obviously by people checking out) and the electric door code activates at 4pm to the second so no chance of checking in early even if ready. Not a negative of the apartment but we would have planned our day differently if we’d have known.

The hosts were super, as well. We just got off a cruise ship, and they let us check in early, which is a big deal given all our bags and the baby (not patient). They do have lockers, but we travel heavily, and our large bags would not fit in them.

Once we got there and settled, it was marvelous. Washing machine didn't work but they replaced it. Loved balconies. Apartment was modern and very nice. Beds comfortable. I would recommend.

The hotel is very centrally located at the hearth of Barcelona. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and efficient with all needed amenities ,washer/dryer, coffee machine . The office of the management of the apartments is next to the building and you can easily communicate with them.
The main disadvantage of the apartment was the noise during the night even with completely closed windows, if you are a light sleeper probably it isn't the place for you.

We had a terrible experience staying here. It took us 45 minutes just to find the property. There is no signage indicating. It was very frustrating walking with luggage around to find. Bathroom was disgusting with stains on the toilet and leaks from roof. Smelly and not clean at all. Bed sheets and covers are moldy smell and was very bad. Bed covers have stains on them. Booked for three nights but checked out after one night as we could not stay there. I would not recommend the property to families.

We were very lucky to find this property during our trip to Barcelona. The location was excellent. All of the shopping and dining that you can want is all walkable. We felt like we were in the middle of the best that Barcelona had to offer. Cristian (I think that was his name) was very friendly and allowed us to check-in early. Since we were coming in from a cruise, we arrived at the apartments at about 10 or 11 am, and Cristian at the front desk accommodated us. The room was very spacious for my family's needs. It had a living room, a table for four for eating, a full kitchen, and two bedrooms. The kitchen had everything that you needed (cups, plates, pots and pans, utensils, microwave, dish soap, even salt and pepper and olive oil). It only had one bathroom, which was our only gripe (since my daughter takes forever in the shower). We felt very safe, given each apartment had its own entry code that you used to enter the apartment building as well as your own apartment. We went up to the pool on the fifth floor, but it was locked when we got there, so we were not able to use it. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone that is staying in Barcelona, and when we return we will surely stay here again.

We loved this hotel apartment. It is in a great location. The apartment is in great condition, super clean. There is a nice balcony where you can relax. There is a small rooftop pool as well. We loved the apartment. It had all the convinces of our home. It was walking distance to sights, dinning and La Rambla which has everything tourist. There are bicycle for rent just outside the apartment. Great view off our 3rd floor balcony.
The only downside is, it is difficult to get a taxi to your door. The streets are closed often because of pedestrian traffic.

Our apartment was very clean and in pretty good condition. The couch needed to be replaced but it was ok. Kitchen could have stocked been better. No sharp knives, only very small glasses, no salad bowls.

You can't beat the location of this property. We were in easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping and meeting up for tours. It was fun to explore the area and walk through all the different twists and turns of the Gothic Quarter. Communication for the complex was not great but we got the information we needed. The unit itself is spacious and has all the appliances needed. It's not very cosy and welcoming - more modern and cold - but it was clean and mostly updated. Having the directions for the washing machine in English would have been a huge help. Security was good. Noise in the hallway from neighbors was not good. We had three guys staying opposite us for one night and they were loud and inconsiderate when they came home at 3:00 in the morning. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear them easily. Thankfully they left after one night.

Very nice apartment, great location, excellent facilities. The plunge pool on the roof terrace was a nice touch which our children loved. We had a one bedroom apartment with the children on the pull down sofa bed. This was fine but if we were to book again we’d go with the 2 bedroom apartment. Everything is within easy walking distance and the road the apartment is on is quiet. You are very close to Barcelona Cathedral so you can hear the sound of church bells at night. Whilst it didn’t bother us, if you are a very light sleeper you might want to consider staying somewhere else or earplugs :). All in all a great apartment, centrally located with all the amenities you’d need. We’d definitely use again.

The place was amazing! It was close to everything! The neighborhood was so nice to walk around do shopping have something to eat! They arranged my transportation from the airport! The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed! When I come back to Barcelona I want to stay here again!

Really love the 2b apartment we booked! The sofa actually turns into a very comfortable queen bed like magic. The kitchen got almost everything we need (pots, utensils, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, tower, paper tower, dish soap, scissors but only a small knife). It's 5 min walk to Catalonia square, 7min walk to the La Boqueria Market ( love it). A lot of shopping and dinning around it. We walked to half of the places we visit. We stayed there for 9 days and they clean up everything on day 4. Really love it and would recommend it to every family.

Brilliant location, central to everything and in a relatively quiet area. Only downside was the bedding, which was two small single beds with a double sheets over them - not great when your over 6 feet tall ! Other than that, could not fault anything. Loved the location, so many things to do in walking distance. Loved having the balcony and rooftop for a coffee in the morning before heading out. My only gripe, and it's a small one, the apartment wasn't serviced the weekend we were there. Otherwise it was very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine and capsules to get you started.
