Reception friendly and efficient. Bedroom and public areas spotlessly clean. Good sized bedroom with clean dry comfortable beds. Excellent bathroom with bath/shower, lavatory, bidet and washbasin. Heating is efficient. Breakfast is buffet and one of the best ever experienced in terms of range and quality. Hot food limited to bacon, scrambled egg and sausage - yet this is Spain. We highly recommend it.

Very happy with room, very modern, bath and shower, very comfy beds and pillows. Great layout in the room. Breakfast was more than plentiful, so much to choose from, was spoiled for choice. Great service at the reception desk although disappointed on the first day, the second day, the same reception person could not do enough to help us.

Great stay. Beautiful spacious room, with a good lay out, very comfy beds. And wuut air conditioning. Kettle available with a few herbal teabags, not well stocked though and no milk. We asked for coffee on the first night and they weren't keen to supply anything. Managed to get two decaf coffee sachets. Not sure why that was because everything was so plentiful at breakfast and all the staff were super friendly, especially the gentleman on reception the second day. Great housekeeping staff, she consistently did a thorough job. He couldn't do enough for us which made us feel very welcome indeed. Fabulous breakfast. So much choice for everyone's needs and taste. Very clean and cooked food was perfect. We booked the Spa on the second night and needed it after our 30min walk there and back to the Science museum. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa which had a sauna, steam room, two good sized jaquzzi style pools and a very cold plunge pool! It also had a suspended cold water barrel to drench yourself with, after coming out of the sauna. We both felt that there was no relaxing ambience in the spa. This could easily be fixed with a few tall plants, some soft back ground music and perhaps a couple of atomisers with essential oils. Otherwise it was really good. Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back for sure!

Beautiful hotel, very clean and well maintained, staff very helpful. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times, the food was very nice and the breakfasts were equally very tasty. If I were to find myself in Villadolid again, I would stay here without hesitation.

We booked this hotel over others because it boasted a pool and a spa and after a very long drive that’s exactly what we needed
We requested a double bed but got twins
When we asked about using the facilities we were told we couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold and the spa was only open at the weekend
None of this was explained in the hotel information

Fantastic Hotel

This hotel just works perfectly. The rooms are very well laid out, the bathrooms are bright, clean, and organised. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend staying in one of this brand's hotels.

5* - Really Great Stay!

Staff were the most helpful - helped us book taxis daily, offered us an umbrella when it was raining and gave my friend sanitary products when she was caught out by shops being closed on a Sunday. Friendly, helpful and spoke English!

Bar was lovely, drinks were fairly priced. Measures were free poured and larger than what we get at home and the price was really good. We also got little bar snacks for free which was nice.

The rooms were spacious, clean, bright with large floor to ceiling windows and the bathroom was beautiful. Really lovely decorated, clean and shower pressure was great. TV and wifi included. The blackout blinds were amazing and really great for a good nights sleep. Beds were comfy and pillows were nice.

Breakfast had a good selection of foods and had plenty for picky eaters and healthier choices. You could also ask for made to order food like eggs. We enjoyed it and went back a few times.

Location was about 10 minutes in a taxi to the Playa Major, which cost between 6-10 Euros, pretty cheap! It would cost double that at home. It's walkable too in about 40 minutes. There were nice cafes around for a morning coffee but we didnt try any of the restaurants in the area as we headed into the centre. Taxi's picked us up right outside and were called by the reception.

We went in September and were sad to see the pool was closed but that's out own fault for not reading the website properly.

Overall, absolutely loved our stay and would visit again.

Very good hotel for the times

Good. Stayed mid August. Very clean and staff firm but friendly in enforcing current situation. Some facilities not open, as you might expect at the moment (restaurant appeared to be breakfast only, spa and gym closed) but pool open and very good. Plenty of eating and drinking options nearby. Signposting of the car park entrance isn’t great but there’s plenty of free on-street parking at the rear and in other nearby streets. We stayed at another Vincci in Valencia a month or so ago and that was a similarly good experience so it influenced our choice this time. About two miles from the city centre in a modern district of town, and close to the main roads, so good for tourers or business travellers with a car. Good WiFi. Number 1 bus passes, there’s a shopping centre over the road, all good!

One night stay on way to Santander to catch return sailing after holiday in Southern Spain. The Hotel was easy to find and very good underground garage 9some are really tight in Spain) .... Room, Bed, staff and food All Good I will definitely stay at the Hotel again .... Lots of Restaurants/Bars around but to fair I drank/ate at Hotel restaurant and would again.

Classy hotel for chea, great pool, excellent staff

We were a large family group (3 rooms) visiting a friend nearby in Valladolid. We picked this hotel given its proximity to our friend in the southern part of the city, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the Vincci Frontaura. It felt very classy but at a reasonable price. The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool area and even spent one afternoon/evening just lounging by the pool and ordering food from the restaurant until later in the evening. It was a very pleasant spot. There was one maintenance issue with a room door that wouldn't open but the hotel worked with us to get it addressed quickly, and were very accommodating. The location was a few minutes drive to the central part of Valladolid, which we did and it was easy to park downtown. But it could feel a bit removed from the central city if you would prefer to just walk or take transit. We used parking at (under) the hotel and that was very easy. The breakfast was included with our room rate and it was a great spread of food. Cooked items as well as pastries and local meats and cheeses. Everyone found something to eat.

Nice and modern hotel ~ 3km south of downtown

I enjoyed this hotel. Very nice, new, clean, quiet, with nice and helpful staff. Good and steady wifi signal, comfortable and roomy suites. Only issues are 1) the location which is ~ 3km from the plaza mayor so you'd need a car, bus, taxi, or an hour of walking to get there. 2) Pool was freezing cold, essentially too uncomfortable to stay in for more than a minute or two.

I did not eat at restaurant since breakfast was not included. But there are 3-4 bars and restaurants on the block open most hours including an Irish pub and 2 restaurants w great food.

Looks amazing and very chic but smells awful

Hotel checkin wasn't very successful three times back and forward with our key. Room was beautiful apart from the air conditioner didn't work and so noisy from the busy traffic if the window was open. Reception requested our parking charge despite this being included in our booking. We had booked this hotel for the spar facilities however we were extremely disappointed to discover that we had to pay extra to use this plus it was only open Fri - Sun, this wasn't mentioned in the Hotel information.

Disappointment!!

What a disappointment! I called ahead to confirm there was a gym onsite and the hours. When I arrived they told me it was closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. When I spoke to the front desk about it I was told \"well, its on our website\". I booked the room through hotels.com where it does NOT specify that the gym is closed 3 of 4 days. Also, the location of this hotel is not ideal for visiting Valladolid as it is outside the city center - about an hour walk to the historic center. Finally, the room is very cramped and it was hot. I'd choose a boutique hotel in the center next time for the money.

Easy to find hotel

The hotel is all shiny and modern, lots of black marble, mirrors and we were conveniently in a room near to the lift. The receptionist on the desk on arrival was extremely helpful, polite and welcoming. I couldn't fault her attention she even recommended places in the vicinity to go to. The room was clean and provision of toiletries good especially the body cream was greatly appreciated as I had run out of mine. The breakfast and evening meal was splendid what a lot of choice. Thank you for the use of free WI -fi which we found worked best in our room not in the communal areas. Only downside was we couldn't get the air con to work so we spent an uncomfortable night as the room was too hot. I would go there again as we did not have time to go into the centre. Thank you

Gutes Hotel mit angenehmem kleinem Pool (und etwas wenig Liegestühlen) am Stadtrand. Zimmer gut und komfortabel. Gleich gegenüber hat es ein Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Essoptionen. Parking auf der Strasse möglich sonst im hoteleigenen PP.

Problème d'accès spa

Nous avions choisi cet établissement notamment pour l’accès au spa, qui était clairement indiqué dans la description sur votre site. Or, une fois sur place, nous avons découvert que le spa n’était ouvert que le week-end. Cette information n’était pas mentionnée sur la fiche de l’hôtel lors de notre réservation.

Nous n’avons donc pas pu profiter de cette prestation pour laquelle nous avons payé et qui a motivé notre choix de l’hôtel.

Dans ces conditions, il me semblerait juste qu’un geste commercial soit accordé de la part de Hotels.com pour compenser ce désagrément.

Instalaciones excelentes y la piscina está genial. El único pero es que nivel de servicio al cliente de algunas de las recepcionistas deja mucho que desear. Una chica super maja llamada Daya nos atendió excepcionalmente pero cuando ella no estába de turno, todo era una lucha. Nos dieron una habitación con el aire acondicionado estropeado y hasta la 3ra noche no nos la cambiaron. Contraté el servicio de Spa pero tuve que pedir varias veces que me dieran el kit y me lo dieron incompleto. Parecía que la recepcionista me hacía un favor más que darme un servicio por el que yo estaba pagando. También trabajo en servicio al cliente y he de decir que una sonrisa y buen trato si que hace la diferencia.
