The most important thing to know is that parking a car is extraordinarily difficult at this hotel as it is street level punlic parking. And the hotel charges 70 euros per night for parking in their garage!! Big thumbs down despite the overall decent quality of the hotel.

Wonderful pet friendly hotel stayed in June and it was great But the ac was turned off because it’s October the weather outside was 90c and our room with 2 dogs was 86c overnight making it very difficult to sleep, we asked them to turn the ac on but they declined, very disappointed

Area is not downtown but was very easy for a overnight to Portugal - there are two cafeterias right next to the hotel that close late. Parking outside also quite easy. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Dog friendly !

This dog friendly hotel is a regular overnight stop on our travels from the French/ Spanish ferry ports on our way to Portugal. Primarily a business hotel, It’s situated in a residential area which is easy to drive to and 15 mins walk through a riverside park to the old town. Parking is either underground and secure for a charge or free at the roadside right outside the hotel. The hotel rooms are well decorated and comfortable, though a little small if like us you’re travelling with two dogs. The breakfast whilst a little pricey is above average with an excellent choice of continental dishes and hot food to order. The immediate area provides a choice of bars, a supermarket and importantly for us a vet and plenty of green area for those late night/early morning doggy visits.

This hotel is definitely not close to the center of Valladolid, as claimed in advertising, specially in view of the fact that Valladolid is a very small city. No concierge; front desk person was not helpful when asked for instructions regarding art museum, she just sent us to the city's information center, which was closed on that day because it was a holiday. She most likely knew that the museum would be closed, but never volunteered the information. Neither did she inform that the museum would be closed between 12 and 16 o'clock even on normal, non-holidays, a fact of which she was most likely aware.

Good place for stopover
I was travelling down to southern Spain and was breaking the journey. The hotel is primarily for business but worked out very well for my purpose. It doesn't have much character but otherwise everything was very good. WiFi is free and strong signal, room a good size, everything very clean. Breakfast was above average for a continental. About 15 minutes walk to the town centre. Plenty of free street parking close to the hotel so no need to use hotel car park unless there is a trade fair at the nearby centre. Easy road access. Would definitely use if it I wanted a stopover in this area again.

This is enough comfortable hotel located at the 15 minutes walking frome the city center.
All it's facilities is OK, the stuff, the cleaning, room sizes, furnishing OK.
The breakfast is relatively expancive, but we didn't take it, because there is the snack bar with varios tasty spanish things in the neighbor building and for the half price.

This was for business purposes; I stayed two nights. The hotel is nicely located, although not in the centre of the city, it is very close to the river, which is good for walking around. There are plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. The hotel itself offers very good food and drink facilities too. NB - to get to Valladolid from Madrid by train, travellers should note that the last trains depart Madrid by approx. 10pm

This is the second time we have stayed at this chain of hotels and were not disappointed. We found it to be very welcoming, clean and well appointed. The hotel staff would be a credit to any hotel as nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is situated in a reasonably quiet street but within easy walking distance of the Plaza Mayor and its many restaurants. There is ample secure onsite parking in the underground car park.

Our stay at the spectacular NH Ciudad De Valladolid was spoilt by the quality of the food served, we had the most magnificent room with views fit for a king but the food just let it down to say it was not good would be kind, My wife and myself stay in many Pousadas on our trips and love every minute but on this occasioin the food spoilt our stay in a amazingl place

hôtel très bien avec un parking , de cette façon nous avons pu nous rendre au centre ville à pieds Accueil passable , je parle très peu espagnol et l'hôtesse n'a pas fait d'effort pour notre arrivée voulant absolument que je lui parle Anglais langue que je maitrise très peu . Mais je crois que les Français ne sont pas bien appréciés.

My room was so hot that I was sweating, the A/C wasn’t working and they only had one other room available nd it was just as warm so I stayed in my room and opened the windows wide all night which kind of evened it out. Late in the evening someone stepped in to my room and woke me up, apparently the man at the front desk had given the person my room not knowing I was in it. Early in the morning the cleaning people just stepped in to my room again which was a bit annoying. The four people at the front desk just laughed when I brought it to their attention. First night I bought an americano coffee that was 2.95€ which felt a bit much for what tasted like a cup of warm water with a slight coffee taste.

El hotel no tiene servicio de restaurante ni de bar en fin de semana. Eso se avisa. La habitación \"de rebajas\" 179 euros, tenía vistas a las salidas de ventilación. Gigantes cubículos de ventilación, a ras de la ventana. Avisaban de la posibilidad de encontrar suspendidas motas de polvo (en un papel sobre la mesa), debido al cambio de sábanas. Si aprieto más el pie, me las cargo, ya que eran tan finas como una hoja de papel, no nuevas. Amenities? En la pared, un gel, un acondicionador y crema. Ah eso puede ser...
