Great staff, very understanding and helpful in time of need. For a mOtel 6, I thought it would be one of the cheapest quality motels but it was ACTUALLY great minus there not being any elevators lol I got lost a couple of times but overall, I would go back.!!! Theres vending machines, ice machines, a computer room if you need to use the computer, and free coffee!!!

For the total of 10hrs we were there, basically to sleep and shower the hotel was decent. The room was clean, bed was freshly made with good pillows, sheets and blankets.
The a.c worked well . The bathroom was fine and shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. The front desk staff was very nice.
The hotel itself was old and run down, parking lot is sketchy, doors from outside to inside don't lock, carpet on stairs and in hallway was old and nasty.
We could smell what other guest's were smoking outside their rooms as we walked to ours.
Hallway was also loud.
For 1 night to sleep and shower it was decent but I wouldn't stay more than that or stay there again.

A little nervous parking my car in the back. People were sleeping in their cars and smoking dope, not what i needed for my granddaughter to see.
I started parking my car up front and felt safer. The room itself was updated, but you can tell this Hotel is old and in need of repairs.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The desk attendant didn't look up when I walked in. I had to wait till she was done on her phone. The lock was broken on the exterior door we entered through to get to our room, and the parking lot was adjacent to a wooded area, so we didn't feel safe. The room was bare, with no pictures or decoration, which is OK since we were there to sleep, but it felt unloved and like no one cared what it looked like. The bed was comfortable and we slept well, but in the morning, we found there was no hot water. At all. So we skipped showers and will skip this hotel next time, as well.

Nice staff. Dirty room. Soso coffee. Cobwebs unclean a unit. Slept on top of covers. However, if you're just trying to sleep for 7 hours and don't want to do it in your car, this is the next best thing. Had 30 bucks in rewards on my account so the stay ended up only costing 16 bucks. Well worth it. May stay again.

The sign says there is a bar and grill, but they offer no food services. The air freshner is so steong you can hardly check in.

Our first room smelled of mold, (hence the air freshner, I presume) and the TV didn't work.

The front desk agent was the best. He got us into another room. The tub drain was rusted and kinda gross looking. There is no frills. No shampoo or conditioner. We shall see how the night progresses.

Got to your motel to check in after the Lumber Jacks football game and had to wait 20mins, after multiple times calling, for a desk rep. To Come and check us in cause no one was at the front desk. Got to the room TV or the remote would not work and A.C. put out a faul smell as if the filter needed to be changed. Did not complain to the front desk cause no one would ante phone!

Room was clean but smelled musty, even with A/C running all the time.

Parking was plentiful and well lit

Noisy hallway, Doors slamming at all times of the night. People talking loudly.

Room looked dirty, had a weird smell. Room didn't have a remote, had to get one from lobby. Had a 2 night stay & key cards didn't work on the 2nd day, had to go to lobby to get reactivated.

The parking was easy but not secure, a lot of riff raf under the side carport drinkong amd smoking pot. One of the side door handle is broken so it does not lock so anyone can come in at any time.
AC was ok. Mold on the ceiling in our room above one of the beds. The wall outlet by the ac unit is barely hanging on and the wall looks like mold is all over the bottom half. Mold by the wall by the ac.
Flooring is coming up and its bubbled and peeling up. Fridge kept food cool.

The hotel is really clean. It is a bit dated in the bathrooms but the room is nice and modern. I just wish the room had a but more furniture as it echoed. The room was clean and comfortable and felt very safe.

Front desk person could not be found. Given room on back of property and there were people getting high in their car next to us. Dogs barked from multiple rooms half the night. Sketchy area and did not feel safe going to my car after dark.

The back entrance door did not latch. There was no remote control in the room. When we called to come and get one at the front desk, it did not work because the channels had to be programmed.

Nice enough room and the very nice young lady at the front desk graciously offered to give me a noon check out because I didn't arrive until 3:30 AM. But this was apparently not communicated with housekeeping and house keeping apparently didn't bother to check. At 9:54 am they knocked on the door very loudly. I said 'I have a noon checkout and they went away until 10:50 AM when they knocked again. In between that hat time there was intermittent hammering going on in what sounded like the room next to mine. I would have rated that a place highly, but like so many less expensive hotels the housekeeping department ruined my experience by disturbing my sleep.

When we checked in the check in attendant was friendly and asked if a second floor room was ok. He stated that it was in the back and I didn’t know what the difference would be. When we were walking in there was an immediate smell of marijuana. The carpet was extremely dirty walking in the hallways and there was dead roaches. The pictures on the website were extremely deceiving because the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been updated for about 30 years. My daughter was extremely concerned about our safety so we ended up leaving and going to another hotel.

Little things that should matter

Overall it was ok. Room was clean, ac worked but there was no remote for tv. We had to get a replacement from office, which wasn't even programmed when we tried it, so no tv for the night. Also, the fridge wasn't cooling even though it was set at coolest. Our only concern was that one of the back doors through where we could enter the hotel at the back side entrance didn't seem to lock. Oh, and we did receive one towel that appeared to have a red blood stain on it.

Stay was nice except for a room key that failed to work after 24 hours on a two day stay. Front desk would reset it, but that reset was only good for the first door unlock. After that, it would fail again.

Do not book the roach coach because

The motel is run down . The tv didn’t work and when asked for assistance the first time I was told to try another outlet . The following morning I asked for assistance with the tv it was shrugged off . When I arrived back the tv was still not working and the gentleman at the front desk came up to check and got the picture to show but it was no sound . I will never book this motel ever again .

The room was clean and neat. The hallway always smelled like weed; the stairs were not vacuumed over the 3 days I was there as the same grass/leaves etc stayed the whole time. The door to come in has a card reader for security however the door was broken, and you could just pull it open.

Room was very basic. A small table with a chair would have been nice. Air conditioning was terribly noisy. It couldn't keep up with the heat. I asked for extra pillows, but apparently, they dont have extra. But a good enought room for the price.

Lots of parking options are available and there are many convenient exits/entrances into the building with doors that guests of the hotel can utilize with a room key.
