The only problem I had was that they needed to upgrade their air conditioning system! I had a restless night due to the old school air conditioner unit that was barely functioning! Everything else was fine as far as the property and the room overall including the bathroom and shower! Great place to go if it’s not summer time!

We had to get our keys remade 2 or 3 times because they did not put in our correct checkout date. I was blamed for \"putting my phone near the key\", but i keep my hotel key in my back pocket. So this is NOT the case. The tub was totally cloggee & fills up quickly when you shower. The ac, only worked half the time we were there. Too overpriced for what you get

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, but the humidity leaves a vaguely musty smell. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but is allowed just outside the rooms in the exterior corridor, and that is one thing I wish they would change. Other than that, this is a good place to stay on a budget!

I ended up not staying here- it’s an INN which means your access to the room is facing the street. I could not enter the room after many attempts, without having the front desk open it for me. Never offered another room. Disappointed.

Piss poor stay. Got locked out of our room on a Friday night and it took 30 minutes for the owner to walk out of his house and open the door. Then it would not lock again. Talk about a liability to guests. No offer or discount. Rooms are old and burned cigarette marks on the toilet. Room also stinks and smells like a musty wet dog. The towels stink and feel like sand paper because Indians won't buy any new ones for guests. We all know how that works. They just use old crap. Never again will I make the mistake of staying here.

Clean room was very nicely furnished with everything that we needed. We appreciated the electrical outlets and USB ports on each lamp which were easy to access all around the room. Also, it was surprisingly quiet since the doors didn’t slam loudly like most places where we’ve stayed. Breakfast was decent with yogurt, sausage, and eggs for protein options.
The only negatives were the outside lights shining through the side of the blackout curtains and the strange position of the toilet right up against the wall. Other than that, it was the best hotel we stayed in for the entire trip.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this property! It doesn’t look like much from the outside, and the photos don’t fully capture it, but this is a motel—not a hotel. I’m usually not a fan of motels, and I even joked to my family that we might have to go across the street to a nicer hotel when we pulled up.

I’m so glad I gave it a shot, because everything was fantastic. The lobby was clean and inviting, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was incredibly spacious and came with so many amenities: a large mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sturdy luggage rack, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, desk and chair, and an additional comfortable chair and more.

Cleanliness is my top concern when traveling, and this Best Western did not disappoint in that area. The room, lobby, and breakfast area were all very well kept. And the breakfast exceeded my expectations—rather than just cereal and yogurt, there were hot items like waffles, eggs, and sausage each morning.

I would 100% stay here again!

I arrived at 2pm knowing that check in was at 3pm. I had driven in from Houston & wanted to see if I could check in a little earlier. I was told that there would be a $25 early check in fee even though the room was empty. I’ve stayed in all kindThere was dried blood stains on the shower curtain.

Did not like service by front desk clerk (older lady). Cleaning lady gave great service! Shower had stains on the wall. Towels were a bit dingy.

Customer service was horrible. It’s a motel not a hotel although picture don’t show it. The rooms did not match what the pictures showed.

The room was clean, had a distinctive smell…The bathroom had damage to the ceiling, from a leak. There were some shady looking folks a few doors down. The breakfast selection was below average.

The room had a musty smell when we arrived so we went to the store and bought room fresheners. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and bathroom was clean but both nights we saw a few roaches so we were uncomfortable.

People set up outside dmoking and barbecuing. Microwave had rust in it. Beds were clean. Bathroom was not the cleaniest. I canceled a reservation I had that was scheduled after this visit.

Had a nice stay. No issues to report. The property is older but still in good shape. Rates were good. Convenient location. Would stay here again for sure.
