Totally healthy breakfast, no pork sausage, bacon or ham. In fact there was no meat! I had 2 unpeeled boiled eggs and yogurt with walnuts and cranberries. I would have loved it if the eggs were already peeled. No crowd in the breakfast room. Great parking, clean room. Road construction makes it difficult to enter property during rush hour.

The rooms were clean, but there was dog urine in the elevator that stayed for at least 4 hours, and the pool water was discolored. There was not really a breakfast due to a lack of food, and the lady at the front desk was too interested in her book to make eye contact, pretend to be interested in what we were asking or give more than a 1 word answer to any question.

We stayed at Comfort Inn next door during our first trip to Nacogdoches and had a much better experience.

My only issue is the water pressure you had to. Basically stone under the head to take a shower and the pillows had no firmness but over all the hotel was clean and very nice and the guy and the front helped and answered all the questions I had about restaurants and bars in the area for the price is was a good deal

The room was descent. Fridge didn’t get really cold. Our biggest complaint would have to be the pool. Booked here because of the indoor pool. Pictures makes it look way bigger. The main problem was the imbalance of strong chemicals. We couldn’t even sit in the pool/hot tub for a few mins with out sneezing our eyes burning with out even getting our eye/face wet, the smell was breath taking and it wasn’t a chlorine smell. We told the staff and they said pretty said “oh sorry about that” and that was it. And the pool is like sitting in an ice bath as well. Needless to say we spent less than 30mins total at the pool. Other than that everything else was okay.

Depositn was taken and said its be return the next day, when asming the frontndesk again upon checking out they said they didnt know when i would get it back. Walls are thin hard to sleep, you can hear everything happening in the next room and hallways. Wont stay here again. There is nicer and cheaper thag comes with breakfast and thicker walls. Disappointed with my stay.

Attentive staff ! Clean , quiet , and beds very comfortable . Could have more high protein options for breakfast . Could have extras like cotton balls in bathroom . Also I’d tell guests not to leave their food trash outside the door . They could walk down to the trash bin . Love the hotel and loved the employees !

Very nice and clean. The staff was good and attentive for the most part. Don’t look forward to breakfast as it was not worth it. Hard boiled cold eggs (very) hard to peel, cereal looked old, bagel in toaster but not filling, no choice of yogurt, had to dip the peeled eggs into hot water to warm it up. Very disappointed with the breakfast. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Very private overall after entering the room. Clean property too.

The water pressure was low in the bathroom sink, but otherwise, everything else was excellent. Very clean & modern. Bathtub finish was coming off a little bit. Wish there could have been a coffee maker in the room. Otherwise, everything else was good! I would stay there again!

Stayed 2 days, no room service, towels, bed linens 2nd day. When I inquired as to why, I was told you have to ask for towels and room service is every other day. In my opinion, if you are not going to get service, the price should be cut in half. Not happy, won’t stay there again.

It was easy to find and get parking. The front desk was extremely helpful. The pool was very cold, but I personally prefer a cold pool for an aquatic workout.

The room was clean and spacious. This is first hotel I’ve stayed at in Nacadogches that didn’t have a stale mildew in the room and I really appreciated that.

I will definitely being staying there again.

Staff- I was asked to verify the dates I was staying and sign confirming. I shared that it was incorrect and was showing “26” instead of “25” the attendant looked at me and said, yes, today is the 30th. I said the year says 12/30/2026, not 2025. She looked at the computer, bewildered, looked back at me, still confused.. takes the paper from me says her computer is correct, scribbles out the date that is incorrect, marks it correct and then hands it back to me to print.

Hands me my keys with nothing. Tells me the hours of breakfast to which I could hear, I asked what time the pool closed and she responded with 10. No additional, oh the elevators are that way, your room number is blank and located on blank floor. Obviously she was not pleased with me doing what was asked and correcting the date.

Doors are not insulated well. I heard everything that happened in the hallway. Polyester sheets, really? The absolute worst and the beds are the main reason people pay for hotel rooms. Terrible nights sleep the actual beds were horrible too. If I’m ever in the area again I’m going to check out the Hampton next door.

Terrible! Staff rude and unhelpful. Loud. Work trucks park in HC parking and take up multiple spaces. Hotel will not honor reservations and will cancel week of a big weekend only to reopen availability last minute for inflated prices. Beware and don't take the chance. Used to be a shady motel but they painted it and trying to make it more than it is. (You can't put lipstick on a pig and make it fancy - still a pig!) Multiple Hilton properties in area doing the same shady practices on big event weekends. I had a reservation from July 2025 and they cancelled mine and many others the week of my reservation in sept. Town was sold out so no other options had to book in Lufkin 30 mi away. Stay away.

Okay so I will start off by saying it’s clean. No bugs no nasty rooms. It’s very cheaply done honestly that doesn’t matter to me since it’s clean and safe. The bathroom tubs were peeling and didn’t really drain. The breakfast was bagels, muffins, cereal, and dried powder made omelets. It’s free so I ate it lol. Not saying anything bad just wanting to let someone know if you’re trying to figure out where to stay so you know what you’re getting!
