Room is spacious and the hotel conveniently situated near the Laojie MRT station. It is also relatively new and hence clean. It is just next to the 1234Space Mall & Dongmen Pedestrian Street. For travellers to Hongkong, the hotel is just 2 stations away from the Luohu terminal station. Overall, it is a good place to stay in Shenzhen.

Room is clean and spacious. Staff is polite and helpful. Good shower facilities with both shower head and rain shower with good water pressure.

Outstanding experience in Shenzhen

This was our 4th stay at this hotel, and it is always our 1st choice when we are staying in Shenzhen. The hotel is impeccably clean, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the breakfast buffet is awesome - a great experience, every time! Good location near Dongmen pedestrian street. Helped to carry our luggage from the car and bring to the lobby. Also helped one of our elderly in wheel chair to get into the car. They gave us a bottle of wine and a plate of fruits even though we did not tell them one of us are celebrating her birthday. Very grateful to the service provided to us.

Horrible two days.

Ist room provided was horrible. It had webs and smelled as though it has not been open for a while. The room smelled musty and very old. I immediately requested a change. The provided a lower floor room. I could hear street noise and commotion including car horns. The room supposed to ve non smoking but I vould still smell smoke and presence of ash tray. I dont know how I survived 2 days there. I am requesting a refund.

Easy access to the subway, lots of food choices and shopping. It is located in a very popular business district and is very crowded with locals.

Hotel room was very good, spacious. I requested and got a room that was quiet, no traffic noises.
Breakfast was more than satisfactory. A good choice for the price.

It’s not new hotel, the room were just “repainted” in grey. Furniture are really old and used. No USB in the room. Was quite clean, breakfast is good and service is fine. Can find way better for the prices in dongmen

More than the basic stat - the room was comfortable with excellent AC and good amenities. The bed was soft and plush and the furniture was in good condition. The toiletries were high end and the location is convenient to public transport, shopping and food. Don’t expect too much from the buffet breakfast.

Rooms and public areas are well maintained, clean and tidy. Location is just great. Right next to Dongmen shopping street and right above Laojie subway station. Areas that might need improvement are the futon and the mattress. The futon was a bit too heavy and the mattress not soft enough.

Perfect location for us as we wanted to explore the dongmen food street for a day. Located just above the laojie subway exit D.
Hotel room was clean simple and spacious absolutely liked the aesthetics of the suite room.
Breakfast was a decent spread
thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Our stay here was great! We really enjoyed it. It was comfortable. The shower was really comfortable and the location excellent. There wasn't much to complain about and we were really happy with the service plus amenities we received. The egg guy at breakfast made the eggs perfectly. Also the guy at the front door was really nice. Downside is there is not enough room to get a table at breakfast. Also we asked for 4 extra pillows because we were using the sofa couch for our kids and the guy laughed and said \"no this is a hotel, I can. only give you 2.\" The couch is a long and big but only has a twin bed. Slow wifi, but they do have a VPN.

Entrance was hard to find - was around the corner from the mall and train entrance - you need to take a lift to the 6th floor (only one option - Marked Lobby). Hotel had a nice lobby you can spend time in - Breakfast was nice with many options.

FO confirmed a late check out for me when I check in, but then there a call from FO saying that my check out time was 12pm. I told them your staff had extended my check out time and your staff was notified. I was so disappointed that another FO staff call me again which was still not yet check out time. When I check out, I told this situation to the FO and they just said this was an error in the system without apologising or promising there won’t be happen again.
I was so disappointed with the communication between their associates, they called me for two times, and this obviously not the problem of the system but there miscommunication between their associates. And obviously that the two staff that called me were just staying together at the FO which the first staff who call me didn’t make a remark or told his associate that I had an approval of a late check out. Worst experience with the stay.

This hotel is in a great location, right across from Dongmen Pedestrian Street and a massive food court. There is a modern shopping mall and a Metro Station adjacent to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day!

Overall experience is great!
Location is superb, metro is just less than 1min away from the hotel entrance.
Leisure trip is recommended to stay here as there are a lot of shops around.
the only downside for me is that the lobby is not on the Ground floor (this is just my personal preferences staying in a hotel).

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. We had a cab driver try to charge us double what the fees should of been. The night manager protected us from the cab driver. Its nice to know that you are safe at this hotel. Even though I am a large man, all guest are protected. I would recommend this hotel to all Americans.
We have a wonderful stay!

The room was excellent. Very clean, quite, and comfortable. The check in process was very fast. The only difficulty was locating the entrance at night. The lobby on the ground level did not have hotel logo inside of it, so I wasn't sure if I was at the right place or not. That does not impact my comfort.
Internet was fast and I had no access issues.
Great place. I'd stay here again.

Great location with easy access to the mrt. I stayed here with my family (2 adults and 1 child) and a king room with a sofa bed. It was an excellent size for my family. There was a reasonable selection of food at the buffet breakfast. If I was to return to Shenzhen I'd definitely stay here again.

Good Hotel with good conveniences

4th time staying at Hyatt place. Good clean hotel, kind staff with a good breakfast spread. Just directly the Shenzhen metro. Exit H gets you within 30m of the hotel door.

Staff was attentive and met our needs. Rooms are always clean and comfortable with a sofa inside. Bedsheets are sparkly white and rooms have good Aircon. A good place to stay at. Highly recommended.

Overall, the facility was clean - nice bed, shower. I always prefer Hyatt if there is one nearby. However, the people in the reception lack local knowledge and how also lack the will to help people. For example, we landed up at 10 pm and wanted the shuttle to hong kong, and they didn't do any action related to this. They could have easily helped me. Then they misguided me on how to go to Hong Kong by train and I almost missed my flight. Breakfast is lousy and bad. They can improve breakfast by providing local offerings.

Well Thought Out Rooms To Match Every Need!

Excellent, spacious and comfortable room with a great view! Bathroom and shower were excellent. Desk is very nice and the 180 degree rotational TV is nice also. Only issue is the bed is too firm so good sleep can be an issue - I definitely wish the beds were a hotel series mattress and much softer. Everything else was absolutely excellent! The breakfast buffet is 5 star. Location is great for shopping and restaurants and 2 minutes from the Luohu/Lo Wu Border Crossing. Perfect hotel to conduct business and travel throughout Shenzhen - sits directly above the train station!
