Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms.

Fabulous Elements

hi - this was my second stay at Elements - and it didn't disappoint - very clean, amazing amenities and a tranquil atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful without you feeling they are just doing their job - you actually feel very welcome and that nothing is too much trouble. The food beside the pool or room service was yummy with a great menu - and the cocktails added to the enjoyment. Thank you guys will return for sure.

This is the 4th time we've stayed at Elements. Great location, villas well appointed and Byron is fantastic. Each time they manage to score an \"own goal\" with service. It isn't consistent. The spa and bar were great. Housekeeping non existent and checkout a disaster.
It needs to try harder to deliver consistent service

Beautiful resort with dedicated adults only pool in addition to main pool facilities and beach club with direct beach access. Unfortunately the service was poor throughout our stay from the check in and out process, to the delays in servicing the room. Service needs to lift drastically if they want to be considered as one of the best.

Fantastic resort, pricey but worth the splurge

Amazingly maintained, immaculate and makes you feel relaxed and energized. Enjoyed the AO pool (32C) cocktail and the large pool +cocktails (the mescal cocktail was to die for). Had dinner at the Graze restaurant which also tried to separate the couples from families and create a great atmosphere. The food in restaurant was also top notch. Room was just right size, we had a bath and fireplace, heated tiles in bathroom, could hear the roar of the waves overnight. During our stay (early Oct) wWas a bit too windy for the beach, though enjoyed watching the sunset from the lookout above the beach. There is also a pub and restaurant within walking distance to resort (1.5km), so with 2 nights we were not tempted to go into town and just laid back. It is pretty expensive, to splurge on the hotel on the regular, the one thing that is particularly overpriced was Mexican at AO pool ($20 for two taco's that were not that big honestly). We loved Elements of Byron bay, great layout of the resort, beautiful pool complexes and stunningly set right by the beach. We also appreciated the gas fire and underfloor heating in the bathroom as it was chilly through our stay, would definitely recommend.

My husband and I went there for our babymoon and we are very happy with our stay in Elements. It is so convenient that they have the 24 hours buggy service that drive you around the villas. The staffs are so nice and friendly. We went to the swing at the lagoon pool in the morning at 9am and wanted to take pictures, but the swings are all covered and the staff is willing to open up the rain cover off the swing for us to take photos! Overall it is definitely a very pleasant babymoon for us!

Swim up pool bar is the best part of the whole place and the staff there were very nice, accommodating and attentive. Also the beds were super comfy and a nice touch with the free in-house new release movies being available for free. Wouldn’t probably return though due to the high pricing.

So........ this is a 5 star resort. And mostly was one... we did find a nappy under the bed.... the service around the pool was a little off. As i ordered black tea. It came white and was told basically to bad.( This really is the biggest complaint.) The food in restaurant was faultless . Would definitely recommend this place. Its not cheap. But well worth it

Situated north of Byron Bay in a very peaceful location adjacent to the littoral rainforest. Fabulous huge lagoon swimming pool with cafe service as well as beach bar. Excellent restaurant food in dining room. Modern private bungalows well fitted out and surrounded by beautiful native gardens. A short walk to a little tourist train which goes to the centre of BB without having to battle the traffic so adds to the relaxed vibe.

Loved our stay - the resort caters for everything and everyone. You can keep to yourselves and enjoy all of the amenities in the resort (which there are heaps) or you can make the most of the buzzing atmosphere in the restaurant/pool areas etc.

The staff are great and no request was to big.

Amazing place, beautiful rooms and the pools are spectacular. My only criticism would be with the breakfast, they have a really nice cold buffet but if you want a hot dish you have to buy the buffet and additionally pay for the hot dish which makes for a very expensive breakfast. Regardless of this we would happily stay here again

Beautiful Byron stay

This was our second stay at Elements and it was wonderful again! The staff are always friendly and happy to help. We stayed in a different room type to last time - All rooms are basically a cute little bungalow - I believe some are like duplexes some are completely detached. The actual resort is huge, however it never feels like there are lots of guests or that it is crowded. Both stays the hotel has been almost at capacity and yet it feels so relaxed. We LOVE the bathrooms! The beds are SUPER comfy and the fireplace makes it nice and cozy if needed. Coffee machine in the room was great too, however the restaurant makes a great coffee! Food at the restaurant and bar area was delicious! We didn't use the pool this time, but it was really nice last time. Great cocktails by the pool and a good little shallow bit for our daughter to play in. I believe there is an adults only pool too - we haven't used it, but friends said it was wonderful.

All in all, we will be back and have recommended friends to stay.

I should say, the hotel is out of \"town\", this is part of the reason we chose it originally, however friends who stayed this time hadn't realised when booking. It is super close to The Farm too.

Nice hotel but a bit far out of town.
The prices were not cheap but that's seems to be the norm these days ,the ultimate insult was having to pay a surcharge for paying with a credit card. Surprisingly included in the room rate was the supply of linen ,towels,soap,etc . They do still accept cash.

Room was only half cleaned when we were given keys to check in
Bars were nice & pools were nice. Water was tepid , but it was winter. Im sure would be lovely in summertime.

The hotel is amazing. The facilities are top notch. The staff are very friendly but a little unprofessional with the exception of reception they are amazing. Wait staff have a few issues. For example a staff member around the family pool delivered our drinks while we were swimming. I saw them get put down and shortly after returned to drink them only to find she had spilt them all over the table. Spilling them is fine but she left the mess and didn't return to clean it. We had smoothies and it splashed all over the table and our towels in the gazebo. I went and got serviettes and cleaned it myself only to find the stone table stained from the spillage. Another example was grounds staff cruising in their 4x4 buggy with feet up on the dash. Or being sent over to our breakfast table from across the room then having to chase down staff to ask for a menu explanation (it's $25 for continental breakfast then if you want hot food you pay another $10 and order it). Also didn't get asked if we wanted a coffee. We found drinks put on our tab too that we're not ours so it pays to check cause some staff mustn't check names against room numbers when taking orders it would of been a $50 mistake for us. Again the amazing reception staff fixed it without an issue. So really just little things. But overall an amazing resort and we had such a wonderful time. Very relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect for a honeymoon

Went there for my honeymoon. We loved our stay. Everything was just perfect. The villa was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff are always very helpful. I did a lot of my activity bookings through the front desk even for things in Byron not run by the hotel.
The pool, the beach, the beach club, the tennis court, the welcome drinks at the reception, it was all heavenly.

Great Family Visit To This Fantastic Resort

A very lovely hotel in a great tranquil location just outside of the buzz of Byron Bay. The facilities exceded our expectations. The open layout of the rooms was smart. Great tech.
