The rooms were nice and the property itself was well maintained. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and the very large outdoor hot tub, both were great amenities and a highlight of our stay.

However, the staff interaction was a bit unusual. About 10 minutes before the posted checkout time, the front desk called our room to remind us that it was time to leave. I’ve never experienced that at any other place I’ve stayed, especially when I was still within the official checkout window. If earlier departures are preferred, it might make more sense to adjust the checkout time accordingly.

Overall, it was a nice stay, but that experience felt unnecessary and slightly off-putting.

Do not eat at the restaurant.

Cleaning could be improved. Our penthouse condo had a food stain just peeking above the couch, I left it untouched. The rest of the condo was cleaned, however the fridge was completely forgotten, inside and out. Before moving in completely, I had to clean the fridge first, which is not something I’d expect.

An amazing place to stay near Glacier National Park! My family enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated our late arrival and the house keeping ladies were so helpful in supplying our towels, toilet paper and tissues. My family stayed in the main area with a balcony looking at the mountains (1 king bed and 1 sofa bed for 3 adults). We were incredibly blessed with warm days in early October so we enjoyed eating breakfast on our balcony wearing shorts!

My family would stay here again! It was hard to pack up and say goodbye.

The room was fine except for the most uncomfortable bed I have had the displeasure to sleep in for many years. The bed made up looked like a sway backed mule. Not at all comfortable. The inn was fine and the staff was friendly and helpful. Now let's talk about the false advertising pertaining to the facility. We noticed in the advertising that the property had a lake with row boats, etc. Well guess what? There is no lake and we were told by a staff member when asked about the lake that the lake is a bit deceiving. That person told us that the lake in the advertising is actually Flathead lake, about 25 miles away. We were also told that the discrepancy is attributed to Expedia. That may be, but there are 9 year old videos on Youtube that seem to be posted by the company that operates Meadow lake. Figure it out for yourself. Now let's talk about the restaurant. I don't have an opinion as to the quality of the food because I didn't get the opportunity to place an order. The sign indicated that we should wait to be seated, but on two different days that didn't happen. If Meadow lake is going to operate a bar only on site go for it, but the grill is a bit of a problem. A lake that does not exist, and a restaurant that makes no effort to seat customers is questionable.

Our room was very outdated, which would have been fine, but the carpet was stained and the entire room smelled strongly of urine. The AC unit also didn’t work properly—it kept shutting off even though the room temperature was still 78 degrees.

On top of that, my husband (who is 6’4”) had thrown out his back and was in a lot of pain after our 8 hour drive. I asked the front desk if we could switch to a room with a jetted tub (they confirmed there were plenty available) and even offered to pay for the upgrade, but was told they weren’t allowed to do that. The front desk staff was also unhelpful when we asked for local restaurant recommendations.

Thankfully, we were just passing through and only stayed for less than 12 hours. The only positives were that the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Otherwise, this was a very disappointing stay.

We stayed here for our trip to Glacier NP since it’s about 30 minutes to the park entrance. Overall condo was nice with full kitchen amenities. The mattress was very squeaky with the tiniest movements unfortunately. The hot tubs on the property are very nice and large, however it is a little walk or drive to get to them. We only ate at the restaurant one night and food was good enough. The restaurant has a nice outdoor ambiance if you’re able to sit outside.

It was advertised that the facility provided dinner. They said they were short staffed and could not provide dinner. The couch in the room had no cushions.?A previous tenant also made the same claim. We had to call four times to get any action. All we got were bed pillows. The surrounding area was nice but we weren’t there for that.
