The cleaness of this hotel is stunning. The breakfast buffet is always refilled on time with with fresh foods. They have gravy but it is not like the regular stale one sitting in the the warming pot for a long time! I think the staff and the management did a excellent job!! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

We were so thoroughly impressed with this stay! This is the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in quite some time. Every single staff member was so polite and kind! The pool area was gorgeous! And they were so apologetic about the hot tub being down. They had fresh baked cookies and cocoa for our girls. And the breakfast was 10/10! This stay was amazing!

I’d love to give this hotel 5 stars but I feel 4 is more appropriate. Overall the place is very nice. The staff is amazing and super friendly. I’m giving 4 stars because we found a pill in our bed so I question if housekeeping is changing sheets like they should be. I paid for my reservation but once we got there they added an extra $20 for “incidentals”.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The breakfast each morning was hot and fresh. Each night we came back from skiing. There were fresh cookies and hot chocolate that was complementary. The staff were friendly, and the hot tub was nice and hot. We plan to stay here again in the future.

The best part is we came for the hot tub and it was hot! not luke warm! and the jets were very strong! it was very quite. the only issue was when we stepped on the elevator it smelled like cigarette smoke and our room smelled also, when we left the next morning and walked out to our truck we could smell it on our jackets very bad. We did let front desk know it was not us who smoked and room may need deep cleaned to get rid of smell. Other than that was very impressed.

They have an awesome breakfast! The location is great being about 20 minutes to Whitefish and 30 to Kalispell. We loved the design/decor of the hotel and the fireplace in the lobby, it has a very cozy mountain cabin vibe. The hotel rooms are large, very comfortable and clean. There is always coffee, hot chocolate, apple cider, cookies & water available in the lobby. There is a small store for snacks & souvenirs. The parking lot was cleared of snow as needed. There is a laundromat type area, heated pool & hot tub. We were busy & did not use those areas. The hotel is in an excellent location in downtown area. It is about a 15 min drive from the west entrance of GNP. It was refreshing to stay at a nice hotel.

I wanted to give five stars because this hotel is lovely. The only reason for the slight mark down is that I was disappointed to be kept at reception for a long time when checking in, due to the receptionist having a problem checking me in and then keeping me waiting while talking to a potential customer on the phone for a long time about the park opening hours and other park information. So in future I suggest putting the phone on hold and serving the customer at the desk. Every other thing about the hotel was lovely and it was also very clean.

This location is perfect! Close to the airport in Kallispell and made our last night in the area before flying home the next day great! Not only is the location perfect, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, everything was clean and the rooms were well stocked, very large and comfortable!
