The location is unbeatable — vibrant, upscale, and just a few blocks from the Alto Palermo shopping mall. Hotel Arenales is close to countless of coffee houses, chic shops, and fantastic restaurants. The hotel was impeccable. My room was always sparkling clean, and I loved that room service used a subtle freshener to keep everything smelling incredibly fresh. Free breakfast is provided for guests at the Experiencia Arenales Cafe which is located next door. The cafe's lovely patio is filled with lots plants and plenty of comfy seating. However what truly made my stay at Hotel Arenales so great was the staff. They were the definition of professional, super nice, and genuinely helpful with every request. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the city!

The hotel is very small, not even a seating area in the lobby. The elevators can barely fit two people and their luggage. The room photos they show do not reflect reality. The restaurant where you have breakfast is moving to another location. We paid for four nights but my wife became sick, we had to leave after three nights, they would not refund the fourth. Ripoff!

Recommend an executive room as so. much bigger than a standard for not much extra cost. Our room had a sofa, chair and desk as well as lots of storage space and a mini fridge. Walk in shower. Comfortable bed. Good air con. WiFi was good. Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Breakfast was fairly simple cold buffet but adequate. Location was OK. Plenty of eateries around. Most sights were at least 30 mins walk but subway is just around the corner and an uber ride even to La Boca is only around 7,500 pesos. For rhe price paid this hotel is a great deal.

Locations and check in great, room was spacious, modern and tidy, same as pictures on website.
The main air conditioning duct was exposed and dripped water in the lobby and cafeteria area, which was a bit of an inconvenience.
But overall, I would highly recommend this Hotel and would come back.

I stayed there for two weeks, and overall I'd say that this is a great hotel for the price I paid. Pros: it is well located in a safe neighborhood, it is near to a shopping mall, it is near a variety of restaurants (walking distance), and the most touristically places of Buenos Aires are at a short distance of driving. Hotel is clean, the room service is daily. Breakfast is daily. Staff is extremely helpful, they help with transportation from airport to the hotel, they also help with money exchange, all for a small fee.
Cons: my room was a little bit noisy during the day, it sounded like noises of construction from the other side, at night it'd stop. Also, the shower door isn't blocking the water from splashing outside of the shower.
Overall, I'd recommend this hotel, and if i have to go back to Buenos Aires I'd book a room again.

Biggest complaint is the Wi-Fi was very very spotty at times couldn’t even sign on most of the time. I’d say it worked only 30% of the time.

Wonderful hotel.

Checked in twice this week. Both times we were welcomed warlmy and quickly. The room was large and both the sofa and bed were comfortable. The hotel even helped to arrange, for us to exchange some money.. (tourist blue rate). Bring crisp $100US notes as ypu'll get the better blue dollar rate.
There are many great restaurants and 2 fantastic ice cream parlours near by. The Subte is 2min away... but it is currently closed for a few months. We found the area busy and safe. But locals will often remind you to pay attention and one even said we needed to take off any neck chains. The breakfast is simple, but very adequate. The Hotel Café where reakfst is served also has amazing cakes, smoothies throughout the day. Over all, we had a wonderful stay.

My check in experience was terrible and I was given very conflicted information. Room was very dirty and small. The walls were dirty as well. Also, my requests were simply ignored by the hotel management. I have called Hoyels.com multiple times asking for help but I was not provided with any kind of solution. Do not stay there!

The location is just fantastic!! All the staff was very welcoming, special kudos to Diego and Magali. Comfy and clean room. Great bedding (and I confess I am extremely picky about that).
Something to improve: I suggest the first bottle of water should be complementary. Also, the breakfast buffet could use some veggies.

The receptionist attitude was terrible, the restaurant/ breakfast personnel was rude and every time I asked for something they got it with bad attitude. I stayed for 5 day and I spend 3 days asking for an iron with no response. The place is OK but I never come back there again.

i found this to be a nice hotel. the rooms were very spacious and the a/c worked very well. althought the room was large i found the bathroom was a little small and the desk area for working was not ideal. but overall the rooms are quite good. wifi worked very well.

the breakfast offering is very limited, and the staff in the restaurant was not very friendly. the front desk staff was arguing with cleaning staff in front of guests upon checkout. the staff service and attitude could be a little improved.

in spite of that, this is a good hotel in a good area.

Stayed two nights between two legs of our trip through Argentina. Newer hotel, quiet street (for Buenos Aires) adequate breakfast, very large and comfortable room. The location is good for those who know Buenos Aires, but it could feel out of the way for first time and short term visits.

This was a very nice hotel one block in from the main road. The road the hotel was on was not that busy, but it was easy to catch cabs on the main road. There is a bar/nightclub a few doors down, but it wasn't noisy or crowded. The hotel is secure with 24/7 front desk and they lock the door in the evening, although the neighborhood felt fairly safe. The hotel restaurant is more like a cafe than a full blown restaurant and there is no bar. The breakfast was OK; the usual croissants, breads, yogurt, and juice.

When we first checked in they didn't have a room available for us because the previous guest had not checked out and was nowhere to be found. It was a bit of an inconvenience, but the hotel booked us a room for the night at another hotel and paid for our taxi both ways. Not much else they could do, and it wasn't the hotel's fault. The staff was very apologetic and nice about it all.

We stayed in room 33, which was huge and very comfortable with mood lighting. It was clean and nicely decorated, but the bathroom was a bit small. We had no views since the windows faced at another building wall, but the comfort and spaciousness of the room made up for the lack of a view. There was a big flat screen TV that swiveled around to face the bed or the living area, which was a nice feature. Word of caution for those who need to iron clothes, there was no iron in the room and when we called the front desk for one they didn't even seem to know what an iron is.

El hotel está en muy buena ubicación. Es limpio, los empleados muy amables. Desayuno está incluido con 3 opciones de menú. El mantenimiento podría mejorar un poco. Las puerta de vidrio de la ducha de la habitación donde estuve era difícil de abrir porque se arrastraba en el piso. El desagüe del agua del lavatorio y la ducha muy lentos para desagotar acumulando agua. También faltan tomas de corriente que permitan adaptadores para los que venimos del exterior para cargar teléfonos, etc. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien.

Hotel razoável para ruim, pois não cumpre as expectativas. Na foto o quarto aparece com sacada, mas não existe sacada. O café da manhã aparecem paēs do tipo italiano, mas não existe. O café é muito simples com pouca variedade de pães, bolos e frios. Se chegar tarde até quantidade de paēs faltam.
