good choice overall, just lacking a few details

I'd DEF stay there again. The location, price, comfort, and overall condition were all excellent. The bathroom could offer more amenities (no shampoo, no \"wash cloth\" that we use in the US) and the kitchen utensils were \"dated\" but these are just minor. My items were locked in the in-room safe overnight and the security guy couldn't open it so I had to wait the next day. They need to \"equip\" the security guy to do more but overall, I was DEF very pleased and I'd stay there again. Oh yea, and for Uber, very few drivers could successfully find the street! that's not the fault of the hotel tho!

Good hotel !

My only problem was that some things in room are run down and wifi doesn't work. I stayed in 2 different rooms, both with same problems. Apart from those things, it's a very very spacious room with modern bathroom . Don't get mislead by other reviews.
You get what u r paying for!
This place is a bargain, so don't expect a Four Seasons

Save your money and avoid this run down location

I've stayed in IQ Callao several times in the last 7 years but it's time to say goodbye.

The property is run down and poorly run. Upon arrival at 7pm we were showed to our room (8B) which hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest left. So we found an unmade bed, dirty dishes in kitchenette sink, and a VERY dirty bathroom (including excrement in the bidet). Just horrendous.

Since there is no staff available in the evening, we asked the building guard for help. He unsuccessfully tried to contact hotel staff. He was able to give us the \"emergency\" apartment, which was clean but very rundown.

Other hassles: the property offers no cleaning services, skimpy towels, literally only one roll of toilet paper (which may explain the dirty bidet), so you might as well be renting any old space in the city and given current rundown conditions this should compare to a 1 star hostel not to other properties in the Recoleta area.

All in all, we had a terrible stay. So we suggest you look at the many other properties available in Buenos Aires.

Check-in time on hotel's website is incorrect

We booked this property because of their early check-in advertising, which says is 9am. Flying in from Atlanta our flight landed early in the A.M, so this place seemed like a great choice. Well, as soon as we got there, the front desk employee told us that the check-in starts at 1pm and said that he had no idea why the website was stating something different. Then, he said that none of the rooms would be ready due to maintenance and that we would have to go to a different property about a mile away. Although he allowed us to use the spa to take a shower and change clothes, we were really disappointed with the service failure, lack of communication and false advertisement.

I spent 30 days iin Buenos Aires and this place was the nicest place of all for a reasonable price. Beautifully decorated and beautiful swimming pool and Jacuzzi on the spectactular rooftop. Prime location and modern. Very nice.

New building in great location

I have stayed twice already in this apart hotel. The location is great, very near Santa Fe y Callao ( prominent cross road in BA) and walking distance from Recoleta , Plaza Francia, the Recoleta Cultural Center, Museo de Bellas Artes, etc.
This is a condominium where a company is renting and managing some of the units, which may be a bit odd. Nevertheless, they hace a front desk open at business hours (Sunday is closed).
I had a couple of things that were out of order in the suite and ask them to get them repaired and they did pretty fast.
Wi-Fi is mediocre, but this is a problem in the whole city: some times you have good signal and some time it disappears.
Downstairs there is an excellent coffee and cake shop called Nucha, where you can enjoy the delicious local pastry, and at the corner Volta, which is a famous Italian gelato chain. Do not leave without tasting it!
You have on the same street a restaurant called Melo which has amazing food too.
The unit is well equipped and if you need something they can find it for you.
The only really bad amenity is the gym: it has a couple of old bikes and treadmills that barely work.
They called a car to drop me off at the airport which was much better than a taxi at the same price. (Try not to get taxis on the street, always get them by phone, because they may scam you, specially if you do not speak Spanish)

Bitter Sweet Goodbye

Overall my trip to the Argentinian capitol was amazing. But booking through cheap tickets sucked. They are a nightmare if anything goes wrong. you get connected to someone in the philippines or somewhere out there that cant do anything. But 1st off... the 1 double bed really means 2 single beds pushed together, so expect to fall through the middle. 2nd. I booked with the breakfast included deal. But it didnt show up in the hotel database. And don't expect them to help you out. And like i said, cheap tickets will keep you going in circles. I called maybe 6-7 times and spent maybe 8-9 hours total on hold while they \"tried\" calling the hotel or transferring me to some1 else but could not ever get ahold of the hotel or they did not answer. And still never got resolved. So i got screwed completely on that. 3rd, right when my gf and I got into the room the safe was locked so we had to wait to have them open it and low and behold the maid has the key, and she had came the next day after we asked to have it opened and front desk guy wasn't there so he couldn't have given it to them... So Whats the point of the safe if the cleaning staff have it then. 4th Money was lets say \"missing\" from our room... not enough to explode over but enough to notice. I brought the attention to the front desk and said that the staff would not risk their jobs for stealing so little... lol and they cannot be held responsible unless you leave something in the safe and then it comes missing... lol no sense

The staff was wonderful, very helpful and kind.

I love the location. I could walk to so many things. Public transportation is at ones fingertips. This was my sixth trip to Buenos Aires and I always stay here. For me, it is my home away from home. I always manage to get a room overlooking the garden. I sometimes have tea on my balcony, if it is just a friend visiting. I come in very late after going to a Milonga and I feel safe, because security is always there. While the kitchenette is well equipped and small, I have cooked a meal for friends. I keep saying I will try some other places and I still have not. My longest stay was two half months last year and I was quite comfortable.

Great location, nice rooms, bad gym, horrible Wi-F

The apart hotel is located in a nice , not so busy street filled with trees. You can easily walk to Las Heras or Santa Fe, two of the main avenues in BA.
The building is quite new, and the units are comfortable, modern and ample.
The problem is the management and maintenance. The AC was very dirty so it was super noisy, we needed to call twice until the came to clean the filter, which was filthy.
We asked three times for a toaster, and they told us :\"Let me see because they steal them often\". ?!?! They finally brought one after our third request.
The side bed lamp was hanging and they never came to repair it.
The gym is a joke: two treadmills (one not working) and one old fashioned bicycle, there is nothing else.
The steam shower room is out of order.
And the worst part: the Wi-Fi is terrible. I needed to join a conference call with the US and it was impossible, nobody could hear me without breaking out. The reason is that the just have two routers per floor, to be shared by 8 units, so we are all \"fighting\" for some signal.

Overall pretty satisfied. Three things left much to be desired. 1) WIFI is so slow it is useless for anything but checking email. 2) Gym AC wasn't working. Not good in 90 F. 3) Pool water was murky and you couldn't see your feet.

Everything You Need

We loved the space we had here: bedroom, living room, kitchenette and lovely bathroom as well as a balcony. There is a rooftop pool and fitness room. Staff is very helpful in giving directions and assisting with tours. Location in Recoleta is great, lots of cafes and little stores nearby. Try Melo's restaurant next door or Rodi's Bar, both great places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Decent place to stay in BA

Overall, good. The room was nice, there were sufficient kitchen supplies, and there was a table and couch to make it feel more homey. The front desk staff was excellent in helping with remise arrangements, directions, suggestions of places to shop, etc. The desk is open open during business hours though.

Christmas in IQ Callao

We recently spent 3 nights at the IQ Callao over Christmas this year. We thoroughly enjoyed the room and the staff were very eager to please. The breakfast at the adjacent Nucha was ok, coffee and croissants, but a good start to the day. The room was very spacious and clean, and we enjoyed using the balcony for a drink after much walking around Buenos Aires. Good sized bathroom with great hot and strong water pressure.
Our only negative comment would be the cleanliness of the outdoor pool. It was disappointing when we came back from our long day of walking around Buenos Aires too find the pool unswimable and not cleaned (green and murky) and had not seen chlorine for a few days. It was too bad as we were looking forward to relaxing by the pool and swimming before heading out for the evening. Apart from that it was a great location and great neighbourhood.

Only problem was that the key to the room was a card key and it wasn't clear on how to enter the building after hours (after dinner) when there was no one at the desk - no one after 4pm. We followed the instructions on the call box but it didn't work. Luckily, some people were leaving the building, which gave us the chance to get in.

The room was filthy and untidy and staff very unhelpful. Bed sheets and furniture were run down. On top of it, a massive blackout left the hotel without any power for 2 days... and no staff whatsoever to assist guests. surrounding buildings got power generators but ours stopped working pretty quickly and again, no qualified staff to assist. A place to avoid, in spite of its wonderful location.

Nice apartment in an excellent location

The place was worth the money we paid, although if one wants to extend the stay, the rates go up in about 35% when dealing directly with their reservations office. The cleaning and maintenance of the room should be improved, the sink clogged and dripped (was promptly fixed) and there was no coffee maker available although it was provided promptly.

Do not waste your money!!

We spent the first night in a humid cold room as the heater was not working. After much begging they switched us to a different room for the second night. I left a tablet in the first room while moving, and checked back with reception a few hours later. The tablet was no longer in the room and the hotel was not helpful in recovering it. Overall an awful experience. Do not waste your money.

Good Location, Good size apartment.

Good Location, Good size apartment, however let down by a few details. While kitchen and toilet areas were well cleaned, the main living area and bedroom was in need of a good clean and dust.

Also some furnishings had seen better days, leather worn and pealing from sofa and stitching failing on some seats.

Nothing to spoil the stay, but fixing these simple things would have lead to a much improved experience.

For a self catering apartment the kitchen implements were less than minimum required to do even the most basic meal. No bottle opener or can opener either! The rug and the edges of the room had not been cleaned properly for a long time. The hair certainly was not mine! But the position and comfortable beds were appreciated.

These are apartments are in a great location not far from the Recoleta Cemetery and close to plenty of Cafes, shops and restaurants. The woman on the front desk spoke excellent English and was very helpful. However the apartment seemed rather tired and the walls were dirty - it needed a thorough spring clean. We enjoyed the pool on the 10th floor which has other facilities like spa, sauna etc.

A very nice place to stay in BA...

I was very pleased with my stay at IQ Callao. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location in Recoleta is very safe. quiet, and convenient. And the hotel/apt. was exactly as advertised. I have been in Buenos Aires six times before and have had some less than positive experiences in hotels and short term rentals. Everything advertised here, the pool, steam room, sauna, etc., not only worked but was constantly cleaned and maintained. The check-in hour--3pm and the checkout time--10am-- were awkward for my flight times, but the staff did everything possible to accommodate me and my belongings upon my arrival and until my departure.

quick check-in. helpful staff, But they said they had no record of free breakfast I had paid for,and so no voucher given until the second day when we had 2 coffees after i found my Expedia printout. rooms were clean, utilitarian. I loved it mainly due to the independent nature of it. Room had everything that was needed. it was clean and beautiful. WiFi was ok too and staff was good too. They should just put little more attention to the toiletries but that's a small thing. Area is the most secure in Buenos Aires and plenty of shops around.

you can go walking to recoleta (historic place, 2 malls, restaurants and nightlife). on the groundfloor you fing Nuchas and very good place for a dessert and coffee or tea. there are many small market arroundwhere you can buy everything you need.
the confort is excellent, but the cleaning service is not traditional. they change towels and soap under request, they pick up garbage daily, but they made the bed and claen the room every 4 days.
the apartment is full equipped, you have dining table, small kitchen whith all you need.

Great room...great staff. The location was perfect for us. We were there 3 weeks. The housekeepers were a bit loud in the hall in the morning, but the door muffled the noise somewhat. They were congenial and willing to help. I would recommend and will stay here again!

Stylish apartment in great location

The apartment itself looks more stylish than the photos on website, which comes as nice surprise. My apartment has balcony facing pretty inner courtyard, very peaceful. Kitchen is well equipped even though I only use it for making tea and breakfast. BsAs is a place to sample good restaurants! Last but not least thanks to Karen, the receptionist who is most helpful with information of the city and she is ready to accommodate your need if possible.

IQ Callao by temporary apartments

I was very satisfied with IQ Callao by temporary apartments, and I will use it again. I picket it up because of the location being so close to my friends. I was pleasantly surprised as to how good it is. It offers everything you need without extravagance. They have one person serving on the front desk, so, sometimes you have to wait. The towels are clean, but need some bleaching. Everything was very clean and the location is great. For the price I paid, I am very satisfied. The view from the balcony was really nice and it was quite, which is not common in Buenos Aires I give it 4.7/5.

Great Value in Recoleta

This hotel was a surprise. Very inexpensive for the neighborhood, on a Nice location. Right next door to our favorite local restaurant, Melo. This is an apart-hotel so services are a little different than a regular hotel. No desk people after 8 p.m. Room is spacious and modern in an IKEA sort of way. Very comfortable. Nice kitchen. Lovely balcony. Lovely garden behind the hotel, great rooftop deck with lap pool and hot tub, nice gym. Lots and lots of value here at about $60/nite for a studio apt. Very accomodating staff. We had a great stay.

We loved our stay at these apartments. The location was brilliant, being close to Recoleta tourist attractions and many good restaurants, especially the Tea Connection just down the road. We enjoyed a bottle of Malbec virtually every day at a restaurant in av Santa Fe. The front desk staff were so friendly and efficient; we used them to book tours etc, get advice and book cabs. Karen was the one we dealt with mostly and we have nothing but praise for her. The building is a little older, but the rooms have been renovated quite well. Rooms were clean and serviced every second day. We would recommend this place for an extended stay in B.A

Felt like home in the Recoleta

This is a good alternative to a hotel. I stayed for 13 days and it was convenient and comfortable. The WIFI was good and the furnishings were simple but adequate. The desk staff were friendly and dealt with a couple of small problems quickly and efficiently. The place is what it advertises. It felt like I lived in the Recoleta, if only for a little while. It was good.

We chose to stay in an apartment-style accommodation for our last 2 nights of our vacation to give us a bit more space. Having a kitchen was amazing and the place was nice, well decorated, very comfortable. What we didn't expect was the excellent customer service. While reception was only open during business hours (8-6), they were able to accommodate our late check-in and allowed us to keep our bags at reception and use the pool showers before our late flight after we had checked-out. Excellent stay in Recoleta, highly recommend.

The pictures doesn't show the real hotel

I rented this hotel relaying on the nice reviews and specially on the photos, but when I got there I was really disappointed to see that pictures doesn't reflect reality.
The room was in really bad conditions, most of the closet where broken. And the largest closet was so thin that I was not able to hang one single pant.

If you can't find an hotel at a reasonable price, this may be an option, just bring an screwdriver and hammer because you will need to fix staff!!!

Nice, modern, MINIMAL stay

Moved from Palermo Soho area to experience Recoleta. You can take the Subte here, but it is quite a distance to walk from the green line. Keep in mind this area of Buenos Aires is very similar to NYC with all the people, traffic, and tall buildings. The apartment is pleasing to the eyes, but what I did find some things lacking, which I would have liked. For example, soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom, as well as a hand towel and face towel, would have been nice. Also, there is no computer to use and the wi-fi was extremely sporadic for me in apt 8F. I also suspect The pool and laundry facilities are on the 10th floor. The gym consists of two elliptical machines and two treadmills. The pool and jacuzzi look great, but it is winter and not amenable for use.

Noisy street and drippy AC makes for poor sleep

Staff were amazing but not enough to make up for 1) an air conditioner that constantly leaked condensation on the head of anyone on one side of the bed and 2) a streetside room with such loud noise we had to sleep with noise canceling headphones on.

Excellent location and apartments

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and tastefully but simply decorated. The kitchen and cooking supplies (utensils, plates, glasses, pots/pans, coffee maker, hot water kettle) were adequate for cooking each day. The apartment building is well maintained, and our room was cleaned each day. We had a balcony onto the garden courtyard, which was very quiet and a lovely view. The bedroom had floor to ceiling windows (sliding door out to the balcony), that provided a lot of light. The walls were a bit thin and we did hear some noise from neighbors, but otherwise there were no problems. There was plenty of space for two of us for a full week - lots of closet storage space and a nice living room to lounge. It was perfect for our stay. Two small complaints: (1) the front desk did not have any extra keys until three days into our stay, which caused some problems for us when we were out in the city separately; (2) there were not any salt, pepper, spices, sugar, etc in the kitchen. I did not buy them, but having a small amount available would have made cooking easier. The neighborhood - Recoleta- is very quiet and charming. It is a bit lacking in restaurants in the immediate area, but there are good ones about a five minute walk away. Try Cumara, or walk on Vicente Lopez toward Montevideo. It is near the cemetery, a beautiful place to walk, and there are many bus lines nearby that make getting to any part of the city very easy.

Hidden treasure - beautiful safe accommodation

IQ Callao is an apartment hotel tucked away among upscale condos, cute restaurants, and grocery stores that are open at 9:00 PM and later. Neighbourhood feels very safe walking at night. Location? It's a ten minute walk to the world-famous La Ricoleta cemetery, and a $10 taxi-ride to the centre of Buenos Aires. Three very helpful front desk people have flawless English and one of them is always on duty (except that the front desk is not open after 6 pm; there is a 24 hr security guard system that monitors the building entrance). Housekeeping cleaned the apartment daily and even did our dishes! Our favourite part? The beautiful little garden seen from our balcony. Two very small things in the apartment needed repair (a towel rack and a wiring faceplate). The front desk noted this, but repair did not happen during our stay. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and have recommended it to friends and family.

Great neighborhood, cute studio, lovely garden

Lots of good here - the best possible neighborhood in La Recoleta, twin beds, well-fitted closet, couch and cable tv, kitchen (coffee pot, tea kettle, utensils, fridge, micronda) and table, nice bath. Reliable maid service. An amazing sculpture garden below. Close to cafes, shopping, transport, and the cemetery/city tour bus. 15 minute walk from my conference at UBA Economics. Little supermarkets all around for supplies to cook meals. The not-so-good, but liveable: hotel staff are not problem solvers, and kitchen is poorly equipped. What you get in the kitchen is what you get, as they won't supply basics like kitchen towel or corkscrew. But they had two kinds of wine glasses. Go figure! Nonetheless, great value, and the courtesy of 99.9% of portenos makes up for the desk staff.

Hi,

my most objective thoughts:

clean
large space
nice, friendly staff, multilingual
staff never had anything fixed we asked for
poor internet service (slow)
elevators slow and small
good location, near lots of food shopping and parks

all in all, if you understand that you are in latin america and not europe or north america, I think you will be satisfied with the place. Also one needs to understand this is not a full service hotel, more like an apt rental

The apt are spacious and the mini kitchen has enough to cook full meals in. The beds need more of a blanket. Turn the AC off for warmth. Pretty decent apt if your paying under 1 bill a night for a single room in high season. Markets and Pharmacy close by. Nice modern touch. Cafe right downstairs.

Not a Hotel. you are on your own and that is fine for me since i can go to the local market around the corner and fill my fridge with all items I like. Beer,Vodka chips, Agua con Gas etc.
This is a comfortable apartment with all you need to move in a stay for the long term. wifi works AC and TV good and the spa on the top floor is nice too.
I specially liked the free night after buying 3 since it balance the cost when I compared to other options.
Greengos should be careful KEEPING towels hanged. In Latin America just like at your house Towels DO NOT GET CHANGED EVERYDAY SO Keep that in mind before you start trowing towels around.

The hotel was in the upmarket location of La Recoleta and was easy to reach using public transport. The studio was very clean and decorated with taste and had all modern comfort. Kitchenette had also all the needed tools to cook a proper meal. Next time I'm in Bs I shall for sure stay in the same hotel.

Best location, but needs improvement

Best location in Recoleta but very poor services. No phone lines (reception informs they are still to be installed), very few electricity plugs in the spacious and nicely decorated room. Unusual wardrobes with large doors but extremelly shallow, which accomodate only 4 hangers only. Very clean with a nice garden. In short, has a good potential that needs to be developed.

Good quality accommodation in a central location

The hotel is actually an apartment hotel so the desk is only staffed during the day but this didn't create too much of a problem. A doorman was on duty at night but didn't speak any English but some creative sign language usually worked. Staff at the desk spoke English and gave us misc. advice inbcluding where to find a good doctor when one of us got sick. The location just off of Ave. Calleo was great and cab rides downtown and to the Palermo area were cheap and easy. There are so many cabs there!
We stayed in two rooms during our trip and staff were very helpfull in making everything as easy as possible. Great bathrooms and small kitchenettes. Refrigerators were very small but worked out OK.
Close to great restaurants and lots of attractions and in a very clean and sfae neighbourhood.
Met some nice people form various areas in the lobby so it was not totally as isolated as an apartment might have been. Would likely stay therre again if going back since we got a great deal for the quality of the property

É importante saber ao reservar que não tem serviço de quarto, você precisa comprar papel higiênico para repor e material de limpeza caso queira limpar sem pagar uma taxa de 500 pesos. Fiz a reserva pelo hoteis.com e nela informava que existia limpeza diária. Questionei na recepção e fui informada que a limpeza só ocorre a cada 7 dias.
Wifi péssimo.
Ar condicionado só funciona até 23 graus. Se abaixar mais ele congela e para de funcionar.

Localização boa, quarto com estrutura boa, mas precisa melhor o serviço ou deixar claro o que está oferecendo.

Muy buen apartamento...funcionaba absolutamente todo,sin ninguna queja al respecto. Solo que en los dias previos no pude comunicarme a ningún teléfono del establecimiento .El check in debería operar antes y permitir en forma rentada late check out.Acerca de la limpieza minima diaria,que es algo que consulte al teléfono en el cual me atendió gente de expedia,no sucedió.

Estuvimos , 4 personas en 2 habitaciones , 4 noches . Pagamos al contado en dólares y a la vuelta a Estados Unidos observe me habían cargado el importe a mi tarjeta de crédito de MasterCard que según Expedia era simplemente como garantía puesto que el pago era en el hotel . Después de un mes no lo han subsanado y el tema está ahora en disputa puesto que indican que el cargo ya lo han abonado pero no aparece en el estado de cuenta . Muy mal por Expedia por permitir eso

Lo único bueno es la zona. No volveré.

La zona es segura y el tamaño de la habitación está bien. Pero el wifi era malo, no hay suficientes enchufes, los muebles son feos y están en mal estado. El baño tiene muy poca luz, solo ponen jabón.
Hay que tener en cuenta que es un departamento, no tiene infraestructura de hotel. Y la limpieza y arreglo de la habitación la hacen cada 7 días.

Great apartments but bad check-in/out

The late check in at 3 p.m and early 10 a.m aren't very adapted for travellers from Europe. The receptionist is only there a few hours during the day so you better not get problems after 4 p.m if you need help. A part of that the building is very nice. The room was very spacious with all comfort and the wifi worked very well! The pool has a fantastic view and not over crowded. Could be cleaner though. The location is ideal, Recoleta is a living and safe area during day and night.

Fiquei insatisfeito com a alteração de hotel efetuada no dia de check in. Me alteraram do IQ Callao para o Concord Callao, o qual possuía diária com valor inferior e era localizado em uma área com trânsito intenso e muito barulho.

Muy costoso para los servicios que brindan.

Es la tercera vez de hospedarme en este apart y noto que no se hacen mejorías algunas, al contrario sacan beneficios que se tenían.
Muy pocas tohallas y viejas, lo mismo que las sábanas y mantas.
Deben dejar en heladera algo (agua míneral como mínimo), algún saquito de té..... etc, lo elemental para salir de un apuro (llegue 11 de la noche, todo cerrado....).
Champú, enjuague...
En cuanto a la atención, quiero que quede en claro, que el encargado es EXTRAORDINARIO, la mejor calificación se merece. Me dió mucha pena tener que comunicarle las falencias porque se preocupa mucho, pero a nosotros nos salió muy caro el alojamiento y MUY POCO ME BRINDÓ.

excelente ubicación y lujosa estadía

Viajé con mi novia 4 noches y nuestro objetivo era salir y visitar la ciudad durante el día y descansar por la tarde/noche. Tuvimos una excelente experiencia allí, el hotel es muy refinado, con detalles modernos de lujo y muy buen gusto estético pensado sin dudas desde el comienzo. La atención de los conserjes y el personal es cordial y solucionan inconvenientes enseguida. Tienen personal de seguridad con guardia 24 hs. Nos dio tranquilidad tener siempre con nosotros la llave electrónica del depto aunque salgamos. La limpieza de lugares comunes es excelente, pero la habitación sólo tiene limpieza una vez por semana (la recibimos muy pulcra). Fuimos a la habitación tipo \"estudio\" y disfrutamos de un amplio depto luminoso con sofá, TV 32´ con panel corredizo a lo largo para verla desde la mesa o desde la cama King size 2x2 metros, aire acondicionado, ventanal corredizo que daba a un balcón propio con mesa y sillas exteriores y con vista al hermoso jardín del hotel. El baño no escapa al lujo general: es grande y moderno. Tiene anafe eléctrico, heladera y microondas para llevar comida de afuera o cocinar allí. Lo malo: sólo había una olla y un hervidor sin manija para ello. Hay muchas cajoneras distribuidas y el placard pasillo es enorme y corredizo. Cochera interna opcional, sino externa las 24 hs a 200 metros. Las fotos no son engañosas! Recomendamos el lugar y volveremos sin duda porque estamos satisfechos por el lugar, atención y la relación precio-calidad.

O bairro da Recoleta, onde está localizado o apartamento é muito bom e o flat fica próximo à grandes avenidas que nos permitiu pegar ônibus e metrô a quatro quadras. O quarto é grande e confortável. O wifi no meu quarto tinha o sinal ruim, tão baixo que por vezes falhava. Achei ruim o fato de a arrumadeira só ir no quarto limpar a cada 7 dias e trocar toalhas, papel higiênico e sabonetea cada 4. Esse período é muito longo. Fiquei lá apenas 3 dias e é claro que meu sabonete e o papel higiênico acabaram... E tive que solicitar na recepção. No entanto cheguei no apartamento ao final do dia e niguém tinha colocado papel higiênico no meu quarto. Tive que descer e pedir pro segurança papel higiênico!!!! Falta grave, mas que foi compensada pela honestidade das pessoas que lá trabalham, pois após fazer check deixei minhas malas com o segurança e fui passear até dar o horário do meu vôo. Ao final do dia meu marido lembrou que tinha deixado o relógio dele no quarto. Voltamos correndo e preocupados para o prédio e quando chegamos lá o relogio dele estava em um envelope para ser entregue! Apreciamos este gesto!
No geral a acomodação foi boa.

Es muy incómodo dormir con pantalón largo y campera. Pero es a lo que se exponen viniendo a este hotel de mayo a noviembre. Recomendable solamente de noviembre a abril.
