Misleading pictures. We reserved the best suite with property and All same suites have a wall outside the balcony. No sun comes in and o relooks dumpster at bottom. So we downsized to next suite under. Took 3 hours to switch rooms. Also we booked because it says you can reserve a private hot tub. No heated water, and bubbles diddnt work property needs upkeep. Had to ask for included bote of wine every day and only received it after on before check out.

When we arrived, the first room we were given was less than acceptable--dated with uncomfortable beds. Furthermore then smell of paint fumes from a few floors below was wafting up and creating a strong odor in the room. One brief discussion with Diego at the front desk and then \"magic\" happened. Great room, comfortable beds, good view and no paint fumes. Gustavo, the bellman was also an incredible help--responsive and kind. Would gladly stay here again, especially in the updated rooms on the 10th floor

The property is located in a very nice neighborhood close to many attractions. Unfortunately it is on a major thoroughfare which makes for traffic noise. The staff us very friendly, professional, and helpful. They are the best feature of this hotel. We got a suite for seven nights, which had a small sitting room and a second bathroom. This was another big plus! The property is still under renovation and there is construction taking place next door. This made for some noise, but not extreme. The included breakfast was excellent.

Exquisito Hotel! CasaSur está en una de las mejores áreas de Buenos Aires, Recoleta. Vinimos en parejas de matrimonios, de aniversario y de cumpleaños, y ya queremos volver. Este hotel boutique cuenta con un excelente servicio, desde el check in y cada día, todos sus empleados muy respetuosos, amables y atentos, verdaderamente se esmeran en que la pasemos muy bien. Un lindo staff, que desde el front desk, en su comedor, y hasta el servicio en la habitación está lleno de detalles. Inmediatamente se dieron cuenta del cumpleaños y todos celebramos con flores y bizcocho. El hotel esta muy limpio, habitaciones amplias, con wifi y cable TV, baños modernos muy limpios, un sitio tranquilo, bueno para descansar bien toda la noche, con un desayuno completo y delicioso, es seguro y cerca de muchas atracciones con buena comida y buenos vinos. Nos encantó!!!

The staff was wonderful but there were several problems with my room: issues with the WiFi, the coffee maker, the internal telephone, and I had no hot water until I complained. I would not stay there again because of these issues. I have lived in Buenos Aires and know there are systemic problems, but these were localized to the hotel. Despite that, the breakfast was great.

Overall, this premuim boutique property is the best value compared to luxury brands like Sofitel and Hyatt (where I also stayed). The pros: the premium quality has a lux-feel with contemporary decor, terrific location, excellent customer service, nice lobby area, breakfast is downstairs and included, and has a nice, high-quality range of foods. The room was very CLEAN. The bathroom has a bidet and shower, the room was also surprisingly quiet (we faced the street) with excellent blackout curtains. The cons: (I'm being nit-picky)The space is small and tight --but we were out all day--so it didn't matter too much. They are also a little too tight with how many towels they allocate to the room. I didn't ask if I could have more and I'm sure they would have given them if I had asked...
Of all the hotels, based on price for value, I would highly recommend this property above the others where we stayed.

This property needs some urgent upgrades and renovations. Only the showers are up to par. Floors and walls are in bad condition. Internet is only available in certain areas at a very low speed. The hotel crew otherwise is very nice and willing to help.

The hotel is beautiful . Breakfast was very good and the location was walkable to the mausoleum and shopping. Unfortunately , the little coffee pods in the room were not free which was very surprising but we had complimentary wine.

Lovely staff. Very helpful and bilingual, or more, for most part. Bedrooms small. Chairs used throughout facility very uncomfortable and don’t fit under table in bedrooms, making it harder to navigate room. Breakfast very good with good variety of sweet and salty options. Location excellent although Avenida Callao is very busy at all hours so earplugs for sleep are a must.

We stayed for 3 nights in March 2023. We chose it for the location and were very happy. The front desk staff were so helpful and always ready to give directions or suggestions. All spoke very good English. There was a nice breakfast each morning on the lower level. The rooms were nicely appointed and the bathroom was spacious--some minor wear and tear was visible, but overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend CasaSur in Recoleta.

The location is amazing. So safe recoleta is so beautiful and there’s so much to do.
The hotel is great for sleeping and being in and out of the area of the actual hotel it’s small so if you plan on being there all day it’s not really like a great place to hang out.
Some negatives that I blame Expedia for I guess because the reception told me it wasn’t guaranteed was getting a room upgrade and receiving a free bottle of wine. Also when we were there the spa was closed for two days. To make up for it they gave us two free water bottles. Overall it was good maybe a little over priced that staying in a apartment. The breakfast was ok just small basic stuff you would get at a extended stay here in the states. Expedia told me I was a gold member so I got all these perks I showed the receptionist this and they stayed that wasn’t true because it wasn’t available. So I would give this place 3.4 stars because it’s only a 4 star hotel.

A beautiful boutique property situated perfectly in the Recoletta neighbourhood. Close to great shoppin, dining and attractions. The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The property was lovely. Very modern with beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms.

We really loved our stay here, the staff was very nice, and the location is convenient. The balconies are best part of the room (which are a little dated). The reason for the 2 star deduction was that we were charged for the in-room coffee (Nespresso pods -$8 for 3 pods). We travel a lot internationally, and for a hotel that you’re paying $200 USDs for, it’s the first time we’ve ever been charged for in-room coffee. It not about the money, but more so seemed really cheap of them. Plus they didn’t tell us about it during check-in, and there was no note on the machine. Otherwise our 1 night stay was great.
