Honestly this was An amazing hotel from the staff to the views from the balcony. Pablo at the front desk was amazing!!!! The room was extremely clean and if you went to ADA next door you get a 10% discount. The area was super safe to walk at night as well and many restaurants near by. It’s in a good location where you can walk to things. I would stay here at again.

We did not get restful sleep, as doors would rattle constantly, and every time another guest left their room, their door would slam, and echo down the hallway.
Additionally, we were on the 5th floor, and heard extremely strange noises -- like construction -- intermittently the entire time. It would often sound like someone moving heavy furniture, and then lots of rhythmic tapping/metallic sounds.

El check-out estaba programado para las 11:00 a.m., pero el suministro de agua se interrumpió de 9:00 a 10:00 a.m., por lo que solicitamos una salida más tarde. Fantastic place, although front desk syaff may need more training. I arrived at noon, 3 hours prior to check in and although my room was ready and available, they denied free early check in and told me I should pay nearly a 1 night rate if I wanted the apt immediately. Also, they said my payment had not been registered by their accounting unit, even when I showed my Hotels.com receipt. The issue was later resolved, but it was uncomfortable and I think it wouldn´t have hurt to allow me access to the room a few hours earlier without a charge, as many places do.

I had two dramatically different experiences at this hotel.
The first day I checked in and was put on the 2nd floor in a corner room I paid extra for. I wasn't thrilled to be on a low floor but wasn't going to complain about it. The room seemed nice enough at first but I started to notice problems: furniture I saw in the listing online was not present and the windows were smaller, there was no Nespresso machine as advertised, and I had to pop open all of the product bottles in the shower. I think I was literally the first person to stay in this room, and it showed—the room was clearly not finished. The first night there was a private party in the hotel's restaurant space below me and my walls were rattling until 1am. I texted the front desk about it (there are no phones in rooms yet) and they said they'd take care of it, but it didn't stop. I then asked to switch rooms the following morning but did not hear back. The second night was quieter—but then the next morning I woke up to ear-splitting drilling at 8am. So: two nights of my trip ruined by egregious noise levels.
The third day I broke down and asked again to transfer to a higher floor. Finally they moved me to a room on the 8th floor and it was a dream: all the furniture I expected and a Nespresso machine were present, windows were bigger, and it was perfectly quiet for the following three nights.
So: 2 stars for the first two nights, 4 stars for the rest—an average of three. But who knows which version you'll get.

Great hotel in a nice, walkable location. It’s new and super clean and chic. Perfect or a quick stay. The shower/bathroom is small but it was easily manageable for us.

Very nice boutique hotel. Newly refurbished property, everything is spotless. It is not a full service hotel and does not have a restaurant, or bar, but you are in an area with plenty of bars and restaurants. The pool was too cold. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Vilon Recoleta.

Only downside of the hotel was that the WiFi didn’t seem to work. Or at least not very well. Also the door to your room is a key pad instead of a hotel key. It was unique but not practical to remember the code for one night. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was super clean and comfortable. Nice view from the rooftop pool. Strong AC.

The hotel is excellent — new and clean accommodations, and extremely well located!
You can walk to practically all the main tourist attractions in the city, and if you have a bit of energy, even to those that are a little farther away.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, especially from Saira (I hope I spelled it right 😅), who was kind, friendly, and always available to help us. A special mention: I made a special request for the room, and when we arrived, everything was exactly as agreed. 10/10!
The only points that could be improved — but that do not take away from all the hotel’s great qualities — are the shower box, which is quite small, the two municipal trash bins almost right in front of the hotel entrance, and the pool, which could be heated since it’s outdoors — that would make it much more enjoyable.

En revanche, le lendemain, une autre réceptionniste a été fabuleuse, et je lui adresse toutes mes amitiés. Quel bonheur d’être reçu de cette manière ! Rien à voir avec l’accueil de la veille.

. Atendimento, limpeza, localização, perfeito. O problema é a acústica do hotel. Rua muito barulhenta, os vidros não são acústicos e tão pouco portas e paredes. Cada vez que chegava um hóspede, batia a porta e não tinha como não ser acordado.

Leitungswasser wird zwar an der Rezeption und im Gym angeboten, ansonsten hat man nur zwei Optionen: außerhalb Wasser kaufen und ins Hotel schleppen oder im Hotel kleine Flaschen für jeweils 2 US-Dollar bezahlen. Beides ist ärgerlich.
Der Balkon ist faktisch unbenutzbar, da die Klimaanlage direkt dort verbaut ist. Sitzen bei laufender Anlage ist dadurch kaum möglich.
Der Dachpool misst etwa 3 × 9 Meter bei rund 70 cm Tiefe. Das ist eher eine größere Sitzbadewanne als ein Pool – enttäuschend, wenn man Fotos und Beschreibung auf der Website glaubt.

Excelente custo x benefício. O hotel é muito bem localizado na Recoleta, em uma região muito bonita de Buenos Aires. Em torno do hotel há vários comércios, restaurantes, pequenos mercados etc. O prédio é novo e os quartos são totalmente condizentes com as fotos do site. A equipe é extremamente educada. O único ponto negativo está no banheiro. Apesar do banheiro ser amplo e o chuveiro ser ótimo, o espaço destinado ao banho (box) é minúsculo. O espaço é tão reduzido que eu, com 1,71m de altura tive dificuldades de me movimentar dentro o box. Ainda assim, eu voltaria a me hospedar no hotel e recomendo.

O café da manhã é bastante limitado e deixa a desejar: faltam itens básicos, mesmo em um café já restrito, como iogurte. O café é requentado e praticamente impossível de tomar, e os ovos costumam estar secos.
O ar-condicionado do quarto é barulhento e, em alguns momentos, há um cheiro de esgoto no banheiro tão forte que acaba se espalhando pelo quarto e pelos corredores do hotel.
