The hotel is close to the mall and shopping area. There are lots of dining options around here. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The staffs does not speak English so it is somewhat difficult to communicate. We relied on Goggle Translate app to get help.

We love the comfort of the two bedroom apartment suite. Love the fully equiped kitchen. Enjoy the continental breakfast- they have something for everyone. The staff is exceptional; they answer questions and help you make arrangements for transportation and tours. The hotel is clean and in a very convenient location. We love the neighborhood- very walkable and close to subway and train stations. Great value for the price.

The friendly accommodating staff and convenient location made this a great choice for our holiday. The buffet breakfast is generous with cereals, fruits, bread rolls, toast and cake to choose from. The desk personnel were helpful and friendly. We were able to check in at 10:00 after getting off a cruise ship, our room was ready. The breakfast was good. The location was very accessible to all parts of the city for metro, walking or taxis. There are lots of good restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
Our air conditioner did not work properly. We mentioned it on our last day and it was fixed immediately.

The hotel is serviceable, but dated and old. Our room stunk of old sweat and shoes, but it was spacious and it's really nice to have two bedrooms for a family.
It isn't ideal for touring but close to the C line at the subway, at least.
Breakfast is only continental - no hot eggs - so just know that.

I got to the hotel early. I asked them about early check-in. It wasn’t not even a consideration. I would think that within the 4 hours I was in the lobby waiting for a room, they would get a room ready for me for early check in. Hotel was noisy; you can hear the plumbing from above. Breakfast was so-so.

We stayed one night. They were very busy and had only 2 staff to deal with many clients. Even with only a couple of people waiting, we weren’t greeted or addressed.

They kindly stored our luggage when we arrived before check in and stored it for a couple of hours as well before we made out next flight. Hotel is perfectly adequate, just nothing special. rooms are clean and bright but spare. Air conditioning worked well in 30C temps. Breakfast is adequate: coffee and tea, cold cuts, bread.

One note, there is a craft beer bar next door and it was very noisy until late in the evening.

good for the discounted price

We have been staying in the Lois Recoleta for many years but, due to the low rates at the Esmeralda, we decided to take our chances. The location is excellent, the staff needs more training, especially the night concierge who seemed to be engaged in a personal discussion and had no time to give us information. Others were fine but not overly welcoming. The breakfast was fine but repetitive and limited. We had a nice apartment, that is most definitely, better than the single room in the Recoleta but could have used a carpet shampoo and an extra touch in the bathroom.
All in all, we might go back but not paying more than the low rate that we paid this time around.

Hotel located downtown.

Hotel close to many tourists attractions that are walkable if one doesn't have any issues walking 1-5 KM. I.E. Florida Street many shops malls etc., Cemetery de la Recoleta, many parks and green spaces. Taxis, bus transportation easily accessible. Price very reasonable, however if you expect a five star, it is not, it's older, needs some renovations, but it is clean and front desk staff friendly.

The times I stayed there, the kitchen staff were accommodating in providing me salt and oil when ever I needed and also I would take breakfast to the room. They change administration and now you can't take any breakfast to the room otherwise you would be charged and also they couldn't provide me the items I needed to cook such as butter. The breakfast was very poor.

Great value for money in BA

We stayed at Loi Suites for 6 nights in May 2015. We were checked into a Superior Suite in the 4th floor with a view over Marcelo T De Alvear.
The room was spacious, clean, light & airy. There was no stuffy smell upon entry. The window has external timber blinds which were partly drawn we took these up as far as they could go and left them there. The heavy curtains provided sufficient block out to sleep and the windows held out most of the noise from the city.
The room is air conditioned allowing the guest to set their own room temperature.
The bathroom is clean and of a good size with a shower over the bath. Great water pressure.
Breakfast was included. Spread of cereal, fruit, bread (toaster provided), spreads, ham, cheese, juice and coffee.
Staff are courtesy and helpful, although were unable to provide a knife to take back to the room??
The room did advertise separate living space - two chairs at the end of the room, and a kitchenette - a tray in the cupboard with kettle and cups for coffee.
Location is great, just a few blocks from a large shopping mall. The area is all at so good for walking and did places further away taxis are abundant supply.

Nice hotel in pretty nice neighborhood. The room needs a little updating, carpet looks old and dingy, like it needs washing.
Our room had a beautiful terrace, however it looked a little unkept.

Nice hotel, big and comfortable rooms. We were a couple with 3 children. They gave us a room with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen.

It's close to road Florida at retiro, microcentro (downtown), but if you are planning to go to Palermo Soho or Alto Palermo Shopping or Recoleta, you better try a hotel closer to those areas, because you are 15 minutes in taxi away.

In general the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, The hotel needs a general makeover as the rooms were a little tired. The first room we stayed in was quite pleasant however on our second stay the room was much smaller, there was a slight musty smell and the safe was not working. Upon mention of the safe the staff were very quick to offer the use of the safe at the reception area. The linen is in need of replacing as some of the towels were quite tatty and the sheets were showing signs of wear with some small holes appearing. However, in general we were pleased with the hotel and the location. The breakfast was more than adequate and the food fresh and replenished quickly.

Loisuites did not come thru for me this time

Although I am a frequent guest at this hotel, this time, it seems there is a new management, therefore nobody knew who I was, on check in, I had to wait almost 3 hours to get a room, then starting this week, they started charging for internet access, they told me there is a free option still, but when i tried to access internet from my room, the system was not working. Overall I was very dissatisfied, it's time for me to look better options.

Helpful and friendly English speaking staff. The building could deserve a refurbishment, but was not in a bad shape. Room spacy enough for my wife and me. We could not really see the big difference between our room and our friends room which was described as a small room. There is no view from most of the rooms. A few rooms facing the street will pobably have a noise problem. We had a room on the inside and experenced no noise from the street. Our friends room was close to the elevator and they complained about this. We did not test the pool or the gym in the neighbouring hotel and can not comment on that. All over we would probably use this hotel again.

Two night stay in Downtown Buenos Aires

Very good experience at Loi Suites Esmeralda with quick checkin, friendly and helpful staff, clean/comfortable room, very nice breakfast spread and excellent location in Downtown BsAs.
A little noisy during the day (might have been room cleaning vacuums) if you want to catch a jet-lag induced nap but quiet at night, it took a little while to figure out the toilet flushing button (looked like a hook for a coat hanger:))
I'd certainly go back again.

The location was not bad, really near to the city center what makes the location perfect for someone who wants to go everywhere in the city.
The Lobby was really not bad, nice furniture, and a clean appearance, the staff was friendly.
The bedroom was big, and not dirty, the internal window did not gave us any view apart from other bedrooms, but I wasn't expecting any views there, but one of the things that made this experience one of the worse in my life was the noise, we heard everything, as if there was no wall between rooms, you tell the noise, vacuum cleaner, doors, windows, toilet flushes, people talking, cells ringing even steps could be heard.
Other thing that contributed to this experience was the bathroom that was very small, but this is not a huge flaw as the shower that was impossible to keep the water inside the bath, the entire bathroom and even the room carpet was flooded(cheers for the cleaners that did a great job cleaning the bedroom everyday).
definitely not coming back, for US 100 I think I can find a better place, if it was US 25 I would think about it.
I cannot end this review without saying that the staff is really friendly and professional, they deserve a better hotel to work for.

There are a lot of mid priced hotels in this part of Buenos Aires, and I'm sure we could have picked better. The front desk staff was courteous but rather clueless about goings on in town. The two rooms we booked were cheaply furnished and one smelled of cigarette smoke. The kitchens were very functional and well equipped. Only one of the two rooms had the printed hotel materials, mini bar menu etc. Even after four days, this hadn't been fixed. Breakfast was a decent spread each morning.

El hotel está bien ubicado para disfrutar experiencias cercanas (a pie) o en un radio aceptable con otros medios de locomoción (buses o de plataformas de transporte). También está muy cercano a los cita buses que permiten conocer toda la ciudad. La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones y era tal cual se muestra en la foto. Si bien no tuvimos mayores problemas, los ascensores son un punto donde existe espacio para mejora pero también es cierto que el edificio tal vez no permita mejorar el tamaño de los mismos pero sí su capacidad (sólo 3 personas) lo cual mejoraría el flujo en los momentos picos (fundamentalmente los horas del desayuno y de los check-outs). Por el resto, la atención de todas las personas del hotel es excelente. Muy serviciales, correctos, amables y cálidos en el trato. El desayuno, completo y variado y con muy buena calidad en lo aportado.

15 mins from AEP airport. Restaurants and supermarket, drug store in walking distance. Facility was a little outdated, but clean enough. Reception desk was helpful in reserving taxi to the airport in the very early morning. The inly downside was we could hear some noise from street or from hotel corridor at night, as it was Sat evening.

La habitation triple tenia una cama matrimonial y un sofa cama. En el cuarto fue difícil poder cargar nuestros celulares porque los outlets no servian. Las lamparas no se podían encender no servían. La atención, las instalaciones y la cercanía a todo hacen querer volver y recomendar el hotel.
Nos hospedamos dos noches con mí madre y disfrutamos cada momento que pasamos en el hotel.
El desayuno buffet súper abundante y con bastante variedad (lo único negativo fueron las medialunas pero como había otras cosas no creo que importe mucho).

Hotel bem localizado, café da manhã não tem muita variedade mas o suficiente- leite, café, chá, yogurte, frutas- banana, maçã, laranja, tem suco de laranja natural, yogurte de baunilha, sucrilhos, bolos e doces, pão de forma e baguetes, manteiga, doce de leite e requeijão. Muito próximo da Galeria Pacífico e do obelisco, restaurantes próximos. Cama confortável, internet wi-fi muito boa, chuveiro quente e com boa pressão. Gostamos muito da estadia.

Hotel bem localizado no centro de Buenos Aires. Pode-se fazer tudo a pé ou de metrô.
Quarto de bom tamanho, bem limpo e atendentes do hotel simpáticos. Café continental correto.
o único porém fica para o carpete no piso do quarto. Mesmo com boa limpeza parece um pouco velho. Seria interessante um laminado, como o usado no corredor do andar ou algum outro piso de madeira.

Personale eccellente,pulizie della camera ottima e stanza molto grande e spaziosa. Molto soddisfatta del mio soggiorno,hotel in pieno centro si può raggiungere tranquillamente qualsiasi metà vista la vicinanza al centro città.

Llegue temprano al hotel y fui recibido por un señor mayor con muy mala predisposición a la atención de las personas que estábamos queriendo hacer el check in no nos dejo hacer nada hasta las 14 hs cosa que provocó un cuello de botella en el momento que teníamos que ingresar , sin lugar a dudas habían habitaciones listas que no fueron dadas

Localizado no coração de Buenos Aires, próximo ao Obelisco, rua Florida e outras atrações turísticas no Centro histórico!! O hotel é simples, é tipo flat, com quarto e sala separados e cozinha equipada, cama Boa, armários grandes, mas precisando de reforma! As cortinas tem q estar sempre fechadas pois todos os cômodos dão para aptos vizinhos. O chuveiro é bom, mas banheiro estilo antigo! Café da manhã deixa a desejar!

Excelente localização, instalação muito razoável com apenas 2 observações (críticas): cheiro dos carpetes velhos e cortina do minúsculo box de banho (deviam substituir por vidros!)
