I booked a suite. I got one on the 5th floor.
Pros:
Good breakfast options (more continental than American, but that's ok for me).
Quiet.
Nice staff.
Nice location.
Great water pressure.

Cons:
No view (a nice, but abandoned building on front of the windows)
The shower was in a, kind of small, bathtub with a glass pane that was improperly sealed... So I made a mess everytime I showered. The cleaning staff cleaned it every time and told me that it was not a problem... But it felt like one.
Small elevators.
And my main con, there were two large TVs in the room, but the Internet connection didn't work so I couldn't use them for YouTube or Netflix... I had to watch on my laptop.

The location is convenient. The floor in my room is in bad condition. There was a half smoked cigarette on the floor from a previous guest in the bathroom. There is a huge abandoned building directly across the street from the hotel- interesting but unattractive view from my room.

Dishonest Hotel

This hotel is dishonest. We booked a reservation and the system told us that it did not go through therefore we completed the form again. I then realized that both reservations were active I went to the front desk to fix the problem but they told us they couldn’t do anything about it. I later called the manager and she said they had not record of the reservation but they still charged us double for the same night. The stay was ruined by this experience!!

Hotel rather tired in appearance. We last stayed here in 2018, we felt it has gone downhill since then. The old Harrods building opposite is still abandoned and looks terrible. It makes the road opposite feel very dirty and a bit unsafe. A few homeless people sleeping on pavement next door. Great location for the beautiful Pacificos shopping mall and lots of shops and eateries round about. Laundry charges are ridiculously high, we paid twice as much as at our previous hotel. Breakfast was excellent, the best part of the stay, really great cakes. We ordered a taxi through reception to go from the hotel to the airport, it cost twice as much as an Uber.

Good, but the NH Landcaster is excellent

A very good hotel. Unfortunately, there is construction with jack hammers most weekdays, so sleeping past 8am is not a possibility. Most of the front desk staff were very good except for one young man on the nightshift who probably doesn't belong in the service industry. He won't last long, I suppose. The NH Landcaster around the corner is exceptional... go there instead if you can

Good hotel in good location, especially for business travelers. Two people at front desk very nice and helpful.
But today I understood what was going on in regards to taxis to airport. Be aware that you might be ripped off by the front staff. I was quoted a rate to the airport of 3500 pesos to EZE airport last night by a very knowledgable staff (including tolls). That is what the taxi company we always use charges. This morning I was told the rate was 4500. I asked about the discrepancy and was given all kinds of confusing excuses. When the cab driver entered he signaled with the front staff, clearly to find out what the amount was he could charge. In the cab he immediately accepted the routine amount of 3500, but was surprised that I knew about the different amount the front desk was trying to push. It is not good for the hotel to allow a dishonest discourse about fees that have the goal to overcharge the the guests. Please do not continue to make execuses, but just solve this problem, it makes you look very bad, even though, I am sure it is not hotel policy. But the people are your employees and it looks so bad if they contradict each other and can't even keep their stories straight. The fact is that in some combo of taxi company and hotel front staff, they were trying to

The staff at the front desk was not helpful at all. I had a a couple of issues that I needed help with and the receptionist could not help me because he did not have system.
Luckily one of his colleagues expend some time looking for a solution and at least one item was solve.
Because of this situation I won’t say at this hotel in the future.

This hotel is an ok place to stay. The rooms and furniture are worn-out. Yet they are spacious and clean. At the price usually asked it is an acceptable value. The staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers various options.

Beware of early breakfast - no hospitality

The hotel is very clean and the room was clean and spacious. Not enormous, but a good layout and felt spacious. The hotel is well located and an excellent price for the location. It is near many tourist attractions and some transport. I would give it a higher rating except I paid for breakfast for two with the room as it said breakfast started at 5 am in the description. However, that is the “early breakfast” which was coffee and there were two bananas out to take. The breakfast we paid for started at 7 am, the same time as our ferry. Some hotels give you some items to take if you are leaving before breakfast starts - I inquired and after much huffing and puffing they emerged with two apples. So I definitely felt misled and ripped off.

Painfully slow check-in process, suite still not ready at 3pm, simply told \"you have to wait\". Room old, broken and stained furniture, curtains off track, A/C rattles and hums. Some bathroom amenities already used, not replaced. Room service errors, food cold, desserts dated and dry. Breakfast buffet food was great, but a line to get in, and not enough plates, glasses or silverware. Unbelievable. Hopefully NH will quickly abandon this miserable property.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The check-in went smoothly and our room was available well before check-in time. The hotel is in a great location to explore the city, including only a few blocks away from Florida Street. It is definitely a good choice for Buenos Aires.

I am very familiar with Buenos Aires and this hotel is very well situated. Although is close to Plaza San Martin the street is on is very quiet. Check in was very easy, the room is large, the bed very comfortable . Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was good and included scramble eggs, plenty of fresh fruit as well as bread, croissants , ham , cheese etc. Plenty of food during breakfast time. Would stay in this hotel again without question. Excellent WIFI in room. One thing they need to improve are the towels. I am sure they can find something softer.

Good stay at NH Buenos Aires Florida

The location is very good. Very close to the downtown centre and masks, with lots of restaurant and shopping close by.

Rooms are reasonable sized, though a little on the smaller side. The only thing missing is iron table and iron, which I had to request every day from Housekeeping.

People are friendly, bilingual. Breakfast has a good spread.

This hotel stinks...literally

Last minute I booked an 18 night stay at the NH Florida. I chose this hotel because it fit into the perdiem that my company offered and it was very close to the office.

Positives: location and reasonably priced.
Negatives: the bathrooms have a constant stench of sewer gas coming from the bathroom. If you don't keep the door closed your entire hotel room will smell like sh$t. I informed the hotel staff about it and they said they would fix it, but never did. They offer me another room, and I said I would like another, but when I asked again they said they were full and could not move me to another room.
When the hotel staff \"cleans\" your room they do not change the sheets or wash any of the laundry. I verified this by identifying spots on the sheets and blankets that clearly identified that the cleaning staff was cutting corners.
When the staff cleans your room they will spray perfume or febreeze all over your bed. There was so much perfume in my sheets that it made my eyes burn when I tried to sleep.
The internet access is absolutely terrible. Wired access is less than 1mb/sec and wireless access is next to non-existent.

I really wish I had booked this stay with travel insurance...I would have then been able to change hotels. Without the travel insurance it was.non refundable. Instead I roughed it and stayed the entire time...never again will I stay at this hotel or any NH Florida

Very Disappointing

The hotel, although from the NH chain, it is not up to its usual standards! The location is good, however, beware; at night is a hang out place for \"the ladies of the night\". The rooms are in urgent need of renovation and/or repair. I hope all the issues will be addressed by the NH management. However, I will not take a chance at the NH Florida again, I don't think there is much that they can do about the night crowd.

We decided to stay in that hotel because it has very good location (one block from Florida Street) you can go walking to the obelisk, Puerto Madero and many interesting places.
Unfortunately when we got there, we realised that \"good location\" is all it has.
1. They gave us (a couple) a two individual (really small) beds bedroom, when we asked the hotel staff to assign us a different bedroom they just said that it was the bedroom in my reservation but it wasn't.
2. When we asked for tours they just gave us a list of available tours with Subject and price but they weren't able to give us a description, they said we can go outside and contact a tourist agency.
3. Despite the two beds issue, the bedroom wasn't that clean, pillows weren't comfortable, and the shower was old and full of sediment, the toilet was next to the washbasin but really close that your legs had to fit down the washbasin, the lights in the bathroom weren't enough.
4. It was friday night and we needed a taxi, the hotel staff didn't call the taxi for us because (according to them) there was a lot of traffic and it would take a lot. We had to take one taxi on the street.
5. Camara out of battery and our plug wasn't compatible so we asked the hotel staff to borrow us an adaptator, they didn't have and we have to buy one.
6. Hotel staff wasn't kind, they seemed to be bothered every time we asked for something.

The room was much smaller than I had anticipated, but was adequate.Cleanliness is not bad but, since I am a stickler for cleanliness, I was not satisfied. We had to request many things which should already be in the room like towels and soaps (there was only one of each). Breakfast was good but the staff seemed uprepared for the many guests staying at the hotel at the time and were always scurrying around to replenish the trays and the coffee fountain. We were always waiting for something: more coffee, more milk, spoons, etc. They also served day old bread one morning!

Nice 3 star hotel

The staff was wonderful, We were concerned about the area since we thought we were in Recoleta but in fact were in the Microcenter. The area seems transitional. Across the street was construction and perhaps there used to be businesses there but it was undergoing some type of renovation (maybe?). The hotel entrance was very comfortable with enough chairs in the waiting room and the dining area was quite large. The staff was very helpful with explaining the area and suggestions regarding what to do. The room was average but spacious. The walls seemed to be a bit thin - we could hear the next room when the television was on. Other than that the room worked for the one night we were there. Cabs to Recoleta were only pesos ( about 6 US dollars so very cheap to get around ). ALso, the breakfast was the best of the entire 7 days we stayed in Argentine ( eggs, breads to choose from, yogurt with all the accoutrements ).

Great central location, yet on a very quiet street. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff very helpful. Room was a bit spartan, but quite comfortable. The only disapointment was twin beds instead of a queen in our case.

Also, the hotel is a relatively short walk to the Tienda Leon bus station which provides great service to and from the airport at 1/4 the price of a cab

NH hotels are, in general, a \"fair enough\" chain. Hotels are clean, rooms are small and the price is adequate for what you get. This hotel is very well located, 1 block away from Galerias Pacifico and Florida Street. Breakfast is good. There is no restarurant service for dinner (room service only, rooms too small for that). Late at night, the neighborhood is not pretty. However, you may save good money in transportation given its centric location. I'm going back next week to Bs. As., and I'm trying a different hotel for a change...

Hotel with excelent location

Me and my wife stayed for 6 days. It is not a luxury hotel but it is conveniently located to Florida Avenue and the price was reasonable. I was attending a professional conference while my wife spend most of the time in Florida Avenue shopping. Internet and breakfast were free. Personnel was very friendly. Definitely will recommend to friends.

Nice but could be better.

Hotel was better than I expected for the price, but there were a few minor things that left me a bit dissapointed. They do offer a $30US room upgrade, that I wish I would have taken advantage of but didnt. Hotel does need new towels, they are a bit too rough for my liking.

Hotel is walking distance to Florida street and Puerto Madero which in my opinion, has some of the best places to eat!

All in all, hotel is very modern, clean, and hotel staff is friendly. I would likely stay there again.
