Room was fine, very good room cleaning staff.
Lobby had strong odor of \"air freshener\" smelled like chemical, not natural. Same as my stay last year. I would prefer no air freshener.
Breakfast buffet was busy at 9 am, I was offered to go to adjacent hotel's \"same food\"- it was not the same; much inferior options.
Gym was under renovation, so had to go to adjacent hotel's gym.

Sheets were too small and didn’t cover the mattress, hair on the mattress, the blanket was not covered, only a cover placed on the sides, not a real blanket cover, and it got exposed with any movement,

And there was even a wet toilet paper roll in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. The service is excellent, the rooms well maintained, and the St Regis Restaurant is a wonderful place for breakfast, or dinner. Room service provides many options, and the service was always excellent.

The Park Tower Hotel is part of the Sheraton BA property and they share amenities including health & fitness club. There are separate lobbies, but are both accessible with provides for an expanded selection of bars, restaurant, and amenity options.

The best part about staying at the Park Tower is the customer service - from the front desk, bell stewards, waiters, gym staff, and concierge - they all go out of their way to ensure you the best possible stay, and remember your name. I enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the St Regis Restaurant on the 2nd floor and room service, with provides options from the 4 various restaurants.

My room was on the 10th floor with an amazing view over La Torre (Inglaises/The English Tower) and Retiro, on the opposite side, views are over Plaza San Martin. You will have an excellent view on either side. The rooms are spacious, and if you reserve a corner Junior Suite, it's huge! The furnishings are classic, well maintained, and very comfortable. There is a nice seating area, desk/work area, and comfortable bed with very nice bed linen. I love the bathrooms - marble counters, with brass fixtures, soaking tub in addition to walk-in shower, toilet and bidet in a separate WC. The towels they provide and of good quality and they are very generous.

This is a large property that's been around since the 1980s, and there are some maintenance issues; however, my overall impression is that they are making an effort to maintain and update the hotel(s).

We were in room 353. The air conditioner drips water into the closet with the safe. Water soaks the carpet outside the closet. We did not notice until morning two. This entire floor and room smells musty. This is not a new problem.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very big room and comfortable bed. We had access to club lounge with good view of Buenos Aires. Delicious breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant. The lobby bar served snacks and great cocktails. Staff friendly. The only downside was check-in and particularly check-out which took ages and was understaffed bearing in mind a couple of big cruise ships were in dock so hotel very busy.

Lovely classic style hotel close to port

Lovely classic style if a little dated hotel. The rooms are spacious. The food was good and the service was excellent. Every single member of staff was so helpful and polite with great customer service skills. Close to port makes it a very good choice for those going or returning from cruises.

The Park Tower is a grand hotel. No tour groups. Beautiful lobby. You are checked at a desk, not a counter. Superior service. Assigned butler. Elegantly appointed rooms. It’s a disappearing breed. Even if you want something more informal and casual, as many younger travelers do, you ought to experience a hotel like this once in a while. Finally, as expected, the staff are extremely courteous. I would also say they are genuinely warm and kind. There is not the slightest hint of condescension but rather an honest desire to be of service. It felt like they enjoyed their work.

Phenomenal hotel! We just spent a few days there. The service was amazing. The restaurant for breakfast was spectacular. We looked forward to going there in the mornings. We arrived at 4:00 AA. We called the day before for hotel to arrange a taxi or driver, they did not have one. We arrived and there was no one in Park Hotel to check us in. They sent us to neighboring Hotel Sheraton for checmin at 4:30 AM.

The hotel does not have SPA and also very old and moldy. It is NOT more than a 3 Start hotel. We had reservations for 4 nights and we checked out after 2.

The service at the hotel was top notch from start to finish all staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! The hotel itself is a little dated in places but this does give it a certain charm! The breakfast was good and there were a suitable range of options and the local area was great as well. A top location for exploring Buenos Aires and getting around the city! The room service was also delicious and the pool is a lovely place to relax. The gym was well equipped and pleasant to use.

Bar and restaurant closed early and no advertised food options were available. There were no options open around hotel either according to staff. Facility was nice and staff were mostly friendly. My first time in Buenos Aires, and If I come back in a near future, I would stay in this property again.

What a wonderful stay. Luxurious hotel. Staff was so helpful and friendly, and the woman from Guest Services was so incredibly helpful. The Concierge made us reservations at a wonderful steak house in Puerto Madero. We could not have asked for better! Easy walking to dozens of restaurants and cafes in Puerto Madero, very close to bus and train station, short cab ride to Domestic airport. Great pool too.

We will return to BA, and will definitely return to Park Tower.

Park Tower is an amazingly luxurious hotel in a convenient location to several sightseeing sites, restaurants, subway stop and the bus station.

The hotel, its entire staff, the amenities and cleanliness are above grade. The staff even went above and beyond in helping purchase soccer tickets that would otherwise be unattainable.

The room was beautiful with an amzing city view.

Aside from the pillow (I am very particular about my pillows), evryrhing about this hotel was amazing.

Check in was slow and disorganized. Ok if you were the only one.
Executive lounge is only 2 hours 5 till 7pm.
Most hotels it's all day.
Breakfast area....too small for number if rooms and basically a bun fight.
Meant to be luxury....rooms are nice however basics let it down

We LOVED the Park Tower. The lobby is beautiful, and smells wonderful. The staff are welcoming, extremely helpful and accommodating. I wish I could recall the woman's name who checked us in, but I can't. She was lovely (long dark hair in a ponytail and glasses, if anyone from Park Tower is reading this...). The bellhops, concierge and wait staff in the lobby lounge went above and beyond to make our stay the best. Carlos, our waiter in the lobby lounge, was A+++. We loved him! Our room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was spacious, all in marble. Lovely.

Great location for sightseeing. Very close to pedestrianised area and shops of Calla Florida. Rooms were very big we were on the front of the building on a very busy intersection but the room was very quiet and the view incredible. Concierge Edwardo Was very helpful as were other service staff. We booked a hotel car instead of a taxi to the international airport cost about £50+ but had a quote for a taxi of $70. Good. Alice for mone6 and excellent service no hassle. All in all a very enjoyable stay in Buenos Aires
