THE STAFF WAS VERY HELP[FUL AND AT LEAST ONE PERSON ON DUTY SPOKE ENGLISH. THE HOTEL IS WELL POSITIONED A FEW BLOCKS FROM THE OBELISK AND THE PRESIDENTIAL PALACE. THE STREET ITSELF WAS NOT VERY NICE IN ONE DIRECTION BUT IN THE OTHER DIRECTION WAS FINE.A SUPERMARKET WAS ON THE CORNER WHICH HAD EVERYTHING AT REASONABLE PRICES. THE HOTEL ITSELF WAS IMPECCABLE, CLEAN AND WELL DECORATED. BREAKFAST WAS SUPERB AND INCLUDED IN OUR COST.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Wyndham Tango Hotel, Buenos Aires

We had a lovely three-night stay at the Wyndham Tango Hotel and were thoroughly pleased with the experience. The reception team, especially Ignacio and Iara, were extremely professional, warm, and always ready to help, which made our stay smooth and comfortable.

Breakfast offerings were good and satisfying, and we also enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant. Josefina, our waitress, was very courteous, attentive, and made the dining experience even more pleasant.

Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return on our next visit to Buenos Aires.

The best customer experience ever. The staff was amazing. They helped with an unexpected medical problem, gave amazing recommendations for meals and terrific directions. The rooms were spotless. Kudos to Mara, Jose and the rest of the staff. Have already recommended the hotel. It is centrally located and there is a 24 hour market on the corner.

I've stayed at this property three times. I'm very fond of the people the swimming pool which is only open after November to March so beware. The rooms are great the cleanliness is great the staff hospitality is great everybody is friendly. If you are booking this hotel and I see you better book way ahead of time because it sells out everyday. I would most definitely stay here again as I have three times in the last 5 months.

The reception staff were brilliant, the room clean, but the breakfast disappointing. Little variety. Plates, Coffee, medialunas and brown bread ran out every day, the staff smiled but were not on top of this and didn’t seem too worried . Good enough for a 2 star hotel but poor for a four star hotel.

We booked into a king suite. The room and hotel were very clean, comfortable and no smell of smoke. We had an inside room and there was no road noise at all. The front desk was always manned with 1 -2 people who were all friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a very nice assortment of options. There is easy access to the subways, buses, or taxis. We enjoyed our stay here.

This hotel is situated just off the main Ave 9 de Julio, which was a great location for public transport as well as bars and restaurants. The staff were very polite and helpful. All appeared to be bilingual. The catering was great, with a continental style breakfast. Scrambled eggs were on the menu but omelettes or fried eggs were extra.The room (we had a suite) was very well equipped. The location of the hotel was on a side street, which made is quiet, however there were a number of homeless people sleeping nearby so not all that safe to walk at night if going in the direction of the Plaza de Mayo. On the whole, this hotel was great value for money.

Stayed here for one night after a trip in September 2025. Very clean, lovely reception staff, and very comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend.
My only comment is to ensure you’re booking the correct hotel as there is another hotel with almost the same name around a 20 min walk away which my friend accidentally booked so ensure it’s this one you’re looking for.

I like the location of the hotel with the pool is not heated I like the rooms and I like the benefits that I got I'm being an Expedia Platinum member. When they say they give you a complimentary bottle of champagne / sparkling wine for being plotting remember they actually only give you a quarter of a bottle. It did let me check out late but breakfast at that hotel is a disaster. Every day I think they must have been intentionally giving me burnt omelets and they use the same stale food for 6 days in a row I saw them packet and every day at 10:30 put it in sealed containers and then the next day all of the suites that they serve kind of pastry things cookies / cakes quite stale. The cooking stuff reheated coffee in the microwave and the selection was very poor and monotonous. Another problem is they charge you for cappuccino and their coffee is just plain terrible. Like the location of the hotel and I would have liked the hotel pool headed and heated but it was freezing so you can only go and use the pool in the hotter months. Would stay here again but this hotel does have some deficits in the food department avoid the restaurant at all costs if they burn anomaly imagine what they would do to escape or something more complicated. Message general manager of the hotel you seem like a very nice guy with food is the major deficit of that hotel if the food doesn't matter then it's a very good option.

The location of this hotel felt like a good central point to any area you might want to tour. Recoletta was just 15 minutes by taxi. We walked home from the Buquebus ferry terminal and went through the Florida Street Pedestrian Mall. Tortoni is just 3 minute walk. Taxi, bus, subway, walking... all was easy, although after dark the area right by the hotel felt sketchy. After dark - take Uber or Cabify! Lobby is a secure entry.

It is an awesome hotel. The price is fare and location is fantastic, basically you can walk to all the important attractions in the city. There is only a few chairs in the lobby as shown in the photo and no coffee or water for guests. The breakfast provided is substandard. The room is clean and spacious. The staffs are helpful. If you want to leave your luggage in the office for a side trip, you need to lock them up. We only discovered that a Coach evening purse with a $100 bill inside was missing after coming back to US. Very disappointed.

The superior room was nice but the floors were very slippery and there was no bath robes or slippers. The breakfast was buffet style and basic. The recommendation for the restaurant for dinner was not good as food there was very bad. I had to return the steak. It was tuff as a boot, even knife could not cut it. So lots of room for improvement

Hotel made arrangements for a car to pick us up.

Locals recommended Uber vs taxi. Uber was cheap.

Hotel has restaurant but we didn't us it. We like ice and they accommodated us with a large ice bucket.

We had vip status so we were upgraded and allowed to check in a 10:30am.

What a Super Hotel

We loved this hotel. It had it all, spotlessly clean, comfortable, nice restaurant, great breakfast, close to shopping and restaurants and the staff was outstanding. Great tv in the room with Netflix, You Tube, etc... We really can't praise Esplendor enough. We stay in a ton of hotels, and this is one of the very best.

The staff at front desk are exceptional; helpful, nice friendly, and all in english. They are your hosts during your stay and are your go to for help and suggestions. Room was very nice, modern, well maintained. View was interior court. Location is rough and maybe out of the core of the nearby tourist area. Hotel is on a side street. Breakfast each morning was ok but something is wrong - eggs and potatoes never available together, bad buffet flow made the room always seem confused. refresh off. Personal welcoming hotel (not huge) and the great front staff are big strengths that have people returning

We only stayed for one night, but we would absolutely stay here again! The entire hotel was clean and beautiful, and the room had everything we needed. The bathroom in the room was so nice too! We didn’t see any pictures of the bathroom prior to arriving, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was.
