The bathroom sink faucet spays water all over.
we asked for a iron, they said they will sent it over and never got one, terrible service!
bathroom need maintenance, dirty moldings, toilet water flush extremely LOUD, you could hear the the next door conversations in the room

O hotel é bonito e fica bem localizado, proximo de muitas atrações, a localização foi um ponto ótimo. Porém, tenho alguns comentarios a fazer:
- o pessoal da recepção não foi nada atencioso quando chegamos e fizemos o checkin, nao se esforçaram nem um pouco para tirar nossas duvidas, ainda bem que eu ja sabia sobre o imposto IVA na entrada, porem no checkout, eles obrigam a pagar 1,50 dolar por pessoa por dia de estadia, segundo eles é uma lei da cidade.
- se for escolher um quarto com sacada, nao escolha, escolhi um quarto com varanda e tinha vista para uma parede de concreto.
- o barulho dos banheiros dos andares de cima é MUITO alto, vc acorda de madrugada muitas vezes com alguem puxando a descarga
- a cama de casal é bem pequena, sou uma pessoa baixa e eu e minha noiva ficamos bem apertados
- o serviço de quarto é bom, fica bem limpo e organizado
- o café da manhã é gostoso também mas nao é nada demais: suco de laranja, café, cereais, pão (seco na maioria das vezes), medialunas gostosas, salame e frutas
- o ar condicionado/quente do nosso quarto nao estava funcionando
- a wifi simplesmente nao funciona no quarto, eu tinha que ficar sentado na porta do quarto para funcionar, precisei trabalhar dois dias e tive que usar roteamento do meu celular e comprar um chip para poder trabalhar.
Existem com certeza, opções melhores na cidade pelo preço que cobram. Não recomendo o hotel.

We blacked listed your hotel.

I arrived and faced my room with dirty towels (face and body ones) as if somebody had wiped its ass with it.
No toilet paper at the room.
There was no telefone set in the room (unnexpected) and noone told at checkin about this WhatsApp application to communicate to the front desk (which I learned about only by the next morning).
When going up I got stacked at the elevator, which went down instead of up and after some clangging the door opened and I scaped.
The breakfast is poor, the scambled eggs were raw, and the omelet may be provided under extra charge (I never experienced that at no other hotel of this category).
After billing me a printed receipt has been promised for the next day, but nobody gave me one till I asked for again previously to my last night.

Wonderful place to stay while in Buenos Aires. Good breakfast, close to restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff. Luana was so kind and helpful. We will stay here again when in Buenos Aries. The hotel held some of our luggage for 2 weeks while we were in Antarctica.

Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Very helpful staff. Stored our luggage for a few days while we flew to Iguazu Falls. The hotel is storing our small carry on while we cruise Antarctica. Hotel is in a great location for shops, restaurants and more. I am very glad we stayed here.

A week in Buenos Aires

The staff at any hotel make the difference, as long as the room is clean and tidy ,which it was, then it's purely down to their attitude to the customers.
From the reception staff who were tremendous, answering all our queries and helping with printing various forms, to the breakfast staff who were all smiles each morning, to the house maid who was as friendly as could be, it was all good.
The location is right in the middle of the city with the hop on hop off tour bus a two minute walk away to get your bearings with. If you want a sea view book somewhere else , but for the price the hotel was perfect for us, we would happily stay again.

Perfect location and clean hotel

The hotel is located about 2 blocks from Galerias Pacifico, and Florida street and 2 blocks from Puerto Madero.
The area is very safe. We did not hear any noise in our room. The breakfast is good with fruits, yogurt, eggs, and croissants. The employees at the front desk are so lovely and always willing to help. The room and bathroom are very clean and the AC unit works amazingly. I will recommend this hotel.

They were supposed to have free shuttle to take us to air port and we asked them about it and they said yes we will have a free shuttle and they made reservation for us. A van came to the Hotel picking us up and taking to airport. Then the driver asked to be paid. We called the hotel and they said we have to pay for the shuttle and we end up paying $25.00.

Australian in Amerian Luxury for a Few Nights

There are wonderful things to see and do within 1km or so. The Amerian is a very good quality hotel. Very secure. Nice breakfast, not a 5-star breakfast but way better than the breakfast in a slightly less expensive hotel I stayed at in Buenos Aires. The area is quite safe late at night, but stay alert.

Great place to stay in Buenos Aires

We stayed at the Amérian Buenos Aires Park Hotel because of its location close to the ferry dock in Buenos Aires. We arrived very early and the hotel welcomed us and stored our luggage until they could accommodate us with an early check in at noon. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Some of them spoke excellent English and everyone was interested to try! The room was average sized with a refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was convenient and had tasty food. They arranged for our taxi the next morning. I realized that I left my cell phone in our room after arriving at the ferry dock. The taxi called his dispatch who called the hotel who brought my phone to the desk and we made the ferry with no problem. This is wonderful and a huge testament to the staff of the Amérian Buenos Aires Park Hotel.

We had two 2 night stays in January and February. The first stay was in a superior room that was okay, nothing special. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable, just okay like everything else. The second stay, three weeks later, wasn't pleasant. The standard room was shabby, not dirty, but in poor condition. The AC vent and wall around it had been repaired, but left unpainted. The towels were thread-bare and dingy. Half of the toiletries were missing and there wasn't a pen or scrap of paper in the room---we had to call to have someone come to assist with laundry because there was no bag to leave items and no pen to write on the form. We returned to our room after a great day in the city to find a note saying we could come to desk to change our room. We didn't; we were busy trying to track down the rush laundry order (to be done by 6pm) but wasn't. Laundry was delivered while we were out to dinner in less than fresh clothes.

the hotel was wonderfully located. It was very hot in our room and took about 18 hours for the air conditioner to finally get there the room was actually cool. They also are using some kind of incense in the room and if you don't like the smell of incense as I don't then this may not be the place for you. The hotel staff was just exceptional and bend over backwards being nice and helpful. I can't tell you about the breakfast as we left at 6 o'clock in the morning. I did ask if they could have a piece of fruit or something for my diabetic husband and they weren't able to provide anything like that only coffee and a cookie

Continued to stay after our group tour was completed. Due to Christmas holidays the hotel did not offer all its amenities....such as the bar being open. However, one was able to get assistance to find alternatives.

Ok yet critical for business is WI FI and that was not possible. Was down during stay. Not a happy camper and post inquiring the bit arrogant front desk young man that checked me in said well server is in Cordoba not much can be done and simply looked away.
Not going back again. Heads up for business travelers. ..

During our trip to South America we checked in and out of the Amerian Buenos Aires Park Hotel on 3 different occasions for varying durations. On each visit we found the staff to be superbly helpful and friendly. They kept for me a hat I left in the hotel room in their lost and found and it was delivered to my room when I inquired about it on the next visit. On our last day there we were to check out at 10:00 am for a 9:00 pm flight that night, but my wife came down with an illness that would have prevented us from doing anything else between those times. My request to remain in our room until 6:00 pm that night was immediately granted - with no extra charge!

The one suggestion I have is for them to employe someone to provide information about the city and especially tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was the best part of my stay in Buenos Aires! Located about 20 minutes on foot from Casa Rosada. The room was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. WiFi is free and reasonably reliable and fast--I had problems connecting only once, late at night. No coffee maker in the room, but plenty of coffee shops within one block of the hotel. Highly recommended.

The location of this hotel could not be more convenient. It is within walking distance to the Mayo Plaza, Florida Street (major shopping district), Puerto Madero and a lot of other sights and restaurants. This is a hotel that caters to tourist groups and business travellers. The rooms are small but adequate. Breakfast was ok.

Nice hotel close to Galleria Pacifico

Really enjoyed the close proximity to the shopping area and restaurants. The staff was pleasant and friendly. WE liked the traditional lobby decor, a nice mix of old and new world! The continental breakfast was very nice and adequate for our needs. The hotel room was comfortable and nicely appointed. There was enough soaps in the bathroom and it was clean! Would definitely come back and stay again as the price to value relationship was right on!!
