This property is run down and has no amenities at all. A/C and ceiling fan not working, no safe, no mini fridge, no room darkening drapes. Doors are loud. I should have moved. Expedia should never recommend this.

This place was a mess. We pay $77.64 for a night and it was a nightmare. This place was dirty. The air condition has a problem and was making noises and not working, they tell us that they don’t have another room available for us to move in. The cabinet has cigarette aches inside. The room that they assigned us was very different from the one of the pictures. The host told us to close the door of the room well. We felt scare about that. Then he was offering transportation for the airport in a very insistent manner, we say no, and he continue offering. The pillow cases has marks of stain. The bed was super hard, and the room smells cigarette. I don’t know how this place has a rating of 3 stars in Orbitz. This place is not worth 75$ a night. We do not recommend this place.

Hotel Tucumán is a no-frills, basic hotel located in a very busy area of the microcenter. The service is adequate and the amenities are fully provided. My only complaint with the hotel is that as with other South American hotels, the expectation to leave one’s room key at the desk is outmoded & not reassuring. It may have something to do with the aged building it resides in. But it’s a custom that should be put to pasture.

I went to this hotel because the electricity and internet were out in my home. I understood from the description that there was wired internet connections in the rooms. My job requires that I have a wired connection for my daily meetings. The room provided did not have a connection and the desk did not in any way try to accommodate my needs.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Very old building, old towels and bed sheets. Noisy, cleaners talking loud early in the morning in the hallways.No air conditioned. Broken fan and tv would not turn on. STay away

Our stay was better than expected after some pretty shocking reviews. The room was renovated and clean. However, the property itself was showing signs of age (old elevators). Note, the breakfast wasn't great - a lot of cheap items & stale bread, juice undrinkable, disgusting sweet fruit salad. Luckily, the only saving grace was the ham & cheese (only edible thing on the buffet). The air-con also automatically turned off every 15 minutes. In saying all this, we felt like it was good value for money as it was a good price and the room was clean & comfortable - all in all, we would return.

Was a convenient place for us to stay, with easy enough access to Puerto Madero and San Telmo. Staff were helpful. But unfortunately the room smelt a little of stale cigarettes. Apart from that it was a pleasant and easy stay. I would recommend to a friend who was looking for a cheap, central place in BA.

Buenos Aires is a lively city and worth visiting. Word of warning regarding pickpockets. When we visited congress plaza unknowingly squirted with a dirty liquid. After a little while approached by what appeared to be a respectable well dressed man who produces a bottle of water and tissues to try and clean you off. In the process tries to distract you by constantly moving around you. Luckily we were aware of this scam and he left and got into a waiting car.

O hotel presta serviço muito bom quanto a hospedagem e a limpeza e os funcionarios sao particularmente simpaticos. Carece porém de uma internet WiFi de qualidade, em nenhum dia de minha estadia eu obtive uma boa conexão no meu quarto o que irritava, pois tinha que ir até a recepção para conseguir conexão decente. Além disso, um espelho grande no quarto ajudaria muito.

Tivemos imprevistos na viagem e chegamos poucas horas atrasados do check In, e desconfiamos que hotel encaixou outro hóspede em nosso quarto, pois usou do argumento que havia uma tubulação de hidráulica com vazamento, no que qual tivemos que dormir em um quarto muito inferior (cama com “buraco”, banheiro sem box, alagou tudo) e quantidade de cama inferior (estávamos em 4, liberaram 3 camas), paredes com infiltrações / mofos, rodapés do piso soltando, fácil para tropeçar.
Contratamos as estadias com estacionamento incluso (7 dias), porém ao fazer check in, o atendente informou que seria cobrado a diária de R$13.000 pesos por dia, e tivemos que pagar estacionamento todos os dias, inadmissível!
O atendimento dos recepcionistas não são dos melhores, sempre com má vontade em dar as informações.

As informações sobre o valor do estacionamento estão desatualizadas na página. Nos cobraram 700 pesos por dia (se não me engano, na pagina consta 270 pesos). Quarto tem cheiro de cigarro, mas a limpeza é diária. Cama confortável. Atendimento dos funcionários não era bom. Café da manhã era apenas croissant e pão fatiado (sem queijo, presunto ou frutas). Localização muito boa, é possível ir a pé até a casa rosada, obelisco, porto madero, centrinho. Achei a região perigosa para andar à noite.

El hotel es promedio. Para una noche esta bien. La zona es muy buena. Algo a tener en cuenta es que la cochera tiene capacidad para solo 4 autos y los asignan por orden de llegada. Con lo cual es muy probable que tengan que terminar alquilando una cochera externa. Hay varias en la zona, eso no es problema, pero el tema es que estas cocheras externas cobran cada vez que uno retira el auto, con lo cual termina siendo mas caro de lo pensado.
